Please take some time to read Nithya’ s excellent response to the word prompt, Happy.
A beautiful poem, with valuable and insightful writing. That ‘If’ should be removed from our thinking, in order to feel happy.
You have touched upon many factors, which can make us happy. I loved reading both your poems, and you concluded it perfectly.
Thank you for sharing.
Nithya, you did a wonderful job with these poems and this article as a whole. A wonderful response to the word prompt “happy.”
This is a beautiful poem about happiness, Nithya. You certainly have a good response to the challenge.
Thanks for posting this article, Chitrangada.
Nithya has created lovely poems. She has also shared some good advice. Living in the moment, helping others, and observing nature are great ways to find happiness.
Your article is right when it says happiness is different for each of us.
There are times we put happiness on the hinge of what if....if this happens then happiness will follow. Not always the case.
This quote is such a great way to look at happiness.
"Happiness is like a butterfly; the more you chase it, the more it will evade you, but if you notice the other things around you, it will gently come and sit on your shoulder.”
Kind of when we least expect it...it will happen.
Your poem, "Happiness Is Just Like" is quite amazing.
I can picture that light streamning down into the forest.
Kids playing, couples in love...you paint the perfect picture of happiness.
"Happy - an Acrostic Poem"
Shows us how we find happiness by experiencing both the high and low points in life.
We make memories. We spread joy and encouragement.
Each day is truly a gift.
A wonderful group of poems.
I really like how happiness will find us...just like a butterfly..it's beautiful.
I'll post a link in the word prompt article.
Nithya, I enjoyed everyone of your happiness images. They're so versatile but with the same pleasurable effect. Chitrangada, thank you for sharing.

Chitrangada has written a realistic commentary on the generation shift between the older and newer generation. Today's generation is working 24X7, which was not the case in the older generations, who led a easier life. I loved the poem, which talks about handing over culture, values, and finally...
