Wonderful Thoughts here, Gianella.Your article reminds me of the wonderful book "The Secret" by Rhonda Bryne. The book's premise revolves around one fact "if we need something or someone badly, the universe would conspire with us and make the event happen."It is a very thought-provoking sentence, but actually if you see some examples in your life, it would have worked just like that

Unexpected people also work under the same design. We think or dream of an underlying purpose, and the said person comes into our life to help us fulfill the same. Thanks for sharing your excellent article as a response to Brenda's prompt.

Thanks, Brenda for sharing Gianella's article

Gianella has raised some interesting points. I often wonder about what purpose we can assign to life. I think it depends in part on our spiritual or religious views, but I think it may be an intriguing question for almost everyone. I think that answering it to the best of our ability is important. Thanks for bringing the article to my attention, Brenda.

    Gianella...
"Exploring the Word Purpose ~ for What Purpose ?" gives us some food for thought.

You are right, some people only come into our lives for a short while, but we usually learn a lesson from those encounters.

You certainly show us how that cliche ~ "Everything Happens for A Reason" occurs in our life.

It does seem like they might be messages from heaven...what a lovely thought.

Like driving down the road and hearing a song on the radio that seems like it was meant just for you.

    I've had that happen alot.

Even random sounds like a bird singing can catch our attention.

I remember once after my grandmother passed away, I had a new flower in my flower garden.
I was certain it was a sign from her & heaven letting me know she was okay.

So, it seems that everything in life has a purpose.
We just need to take the time to listen.

Even the cat had a purpose when it went after that insect.

As for dreams, I'm certain they do have a purpose.
Sometimes a warning, sometimes a gift...
and those deja vu moments really stop us in our tracks.

I don't know if we can out all the pieces & clues together...but I do know that when the time is right it will hit us like a ton of bricks.
Like an A-Ha moment...and then we understand.

I do believe that as Writer's we leave our mark on the world.

Sadly, others will always have their own point of view about us that may not be true.
I'm not sure a biography would hush that gossip, but a book of your own words will tell the world your story.

This is a good piece of writing and thoughts which define Purpose in more ways than one.

I hope one day we will meet...
Perhaps the purpose will be to promote that book you are writing.

I posted a link in the word prompt article.

Here's the link again for Gianella's work.

      Hi Brenda,

Thank you for taking your time to read my response for the word prompt.

It will be my honor and pleasure to meet you in time if I'll ever get to publish at least a book in  my lifetime. Glad to know someone in this world will already be there waiting to promote my works, I mean that's so much confidence and trust in my capabilities as a writer.

Thank you Brenda...really hope we get to meet someday may be.

      take care always.

        Gianella...
You are already an inspiration to many by the way you live your life.

You face so many struggles, but you don't give up.

You find that glimmer of happiness in each moment.

        Book or no book....
        I'd love to meet You.
