Here is a strange question: What do you do when you want to do nothing?
What is your answer?
Not a very funny answer, but when I want to "do nothing" I come to the HP forums. I've worked very hard at doing nothing over the last two days or so.
Snow and ice outside. No work 'til after the weekend. I'm amazingly skilled at doing nothing, apparently. Well, not entirely. I did write a few Hubs while doing nothing - but they're "nothing" Hubs, so maybe that counts (for nothing). Then again, maybe wasting so much time on the forums balances out the fact that I wrote Hubs in my do-nothing time. I figure being on the forums gets a whole lot of "do-nothing" points.
I do the same, or go sit outside on the patio and listen, look at the sky, close my eyes ~ take a walk with my dog.
Today it may be a nap, something cozy, maybe a book.
I thought of writing a hub, but I want to do nothing today.

Get myself a cup of black coffee. Sit in a stationary position on my favorite couch. And not watch TV. Listen to radio. Read anything. Just sit. Sip coffee. Maybe for thirty-minutes at a time.
I feel dirty admiting this, but...
I toddle on over to 4Chan and browse the paranormal section. Sometimes I even join in on the "discussions."
That or look for new funny YT videos.
I float on an air mattress in the pool with the music on an a drink in my hand while soaking up some vitamin D
Past experience dictates that when I want to do absolutely nothing, and avoid any form of "honey-do" lists, I saunter slowly out to the garage. Grab my well padded and comfortable "jeepers-creeper" and slide very carefully under my 1964 GTO. It's absolutely forbidden to mess with me when I'm working on my old goat....take it from a human old goat...it works all the time.
...a form of meditation...clear my mind...to nothingness....ahhh...nice rest...and then back to reality

I took a hiatus for awhile from Hub Pages! However, in the past week or so, I have added new hubs participated in forums, asked a question or two, participated with the Hub Hopper, have read some Hubs, yet my Hubber Score is lower than it was when I was doing nothing. I don't get it!

How would you feel if you are offered variety of themes for your hubs or forums? How would you feel if you are offered variety of colorful backgrounds to choose from while publishing a hub or forum?

First, you're not allowed to post links to your Hubs anywhere on the forums except in the Makeover section, so asking people to post links is problematic.Second, everyone wants to find those magic subjects that do well in the search engines . So it's a really bad idea to go telling everyone...

I was just looking at the titles of the threads for the forums and was immediately struck by the large number of religious topics, many of which have God in the title. I am just wondering why there are so many religious posts here at present? It makes hubpages look as if it is full of religious...

For those that have missed the information buried in the other forums the minimum score for gaining do follow links on your pages is now 85, with my hubber score having plummeted to a mere 80 for some reason (I must be a terrible person and hubber) it means that I no longer gain the benefit of...
