Broward County FL in 2016 caught on video cheating, making up false ballots. And the same county, with the same people running the election, are at it again, tonight, trying to steal the election. Literally creating ballots AFTER the election was over last night, and refusing to report to the state how many they have left to count.

Is it possible this is the work of Facebook Russians?
I lived in Los Angeles for eight years. I saw people paid by Democrats go to different places and get huge amounts of absentee ballots. They each had a list to fill out the absentee ballots. I asked one of them what this was about and a guy said "these are our just in case votes." I asked them if they knew that was illegal and they laughed. One said "It's only illegal if someone has a problem with it." Nobody confronted these people. I understand out there...it happens every election. I saw people who proud to not be citizens and people would give them ballots. Out there, voting was done in a person's house. I saw a lot of things. Most of the voting was okay, but there were some blatant disregard for the laws.
I guess that I shouldn’t be surprised Ken. Here I am questioning the closeness of many of these races, which should not have been anywhere near close, while the Dems work to find more votes and they always do....one way or the other!
How anyone can continue to get behind the corrupt, misguided Democratic Party, is beyond my comprehension.
What I have a hard time comprehending, is how the State allowed those who were found guilty of Election Fraud in 2016 to run this year's election.
More importantly how did they not have oversight there to ensure they did not attempt this again, filling out absentee ballots and casting them is not that hard, when you do it AFTER an election, and have the list of those who already voted.
Like I said, 3rd world here we come.
"What I have a hard time comprehending, is how the State allowed those who were found guilty of Election Fraud in 2016 to run this year's election."
I tried to find out who was convicted of election fraud in 2016 and still currently running elections in Florida, but no luck. Would you mind sharing that info?
Trump's voter fraud commission, packed with his own people, couldn't find any evidence of fraud and finally disbanded.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/President … _Integrity
Trump and his followers believe that simple human error is the same as fraud. It is not, as his own commission found out.
Two words; political correctness. Worry and hand-wringing over how it will appear if these people are demoted, let go, challenged whatever... Appearances are everything, apparently, while honesty and integrity are wavering, to put it mildly!
Kudos to Rick Scott for facing this head on and calling it what it is, "an attempt to steal an election."
Ken said that officials who were found guilty of election fraud in 2016 are currently running elections. If that is true, wouldn't Gov. Rick Scott be responsible for that? I can't imagine not firing an elections official found guilty of election fraud.
Do you have an explanation for this?
Good question. Ms. Snipes has been 'overseeing' elections in Broward County forever....maybe she received the proverbial slap on the wrist, was re-elected on name recognition (having been there forever) and returned to her old ways.
I am in Central Florida, so I am not privy to the local News, south of me.
Based on what proof other than an anonymous blog?
Who are YOU to say that they should not be anywhere near close? Where did you get your crystal ball, Swamy?
Who am I to say? I am a citizen of the United States Of America and I can plainly see what is right before my eyes. A Party, your Party, the Democratic Party, is attempting to steal an election.
Prior to this, I questioned the “closeness of several races” and I stand by that comment. The Democratic Party has embraced socialism. They seek to keep We the people, under their thumb, in control, in servitude to them. Yes, I have a big problem with that. The Government exist to Serve we the people, not the other way around, so yes, I have to question close races.
Have you read any stories, watched any videos of what is happening in Broward County right now? Are you paying attention or are you waiting for permission from your beloved Party?
You seem to be a very intelligent person, don’t just walk away from the Dem Party Cred, run as fast as you can and don’t look back!
Don't want to ruffle your feathers, Ms. AB, but I am, myself, a citizen of the United States of America, and what you speak of is not what I see. Is your vision of things any more valid than mine? Why would it be? There are a lot of people in this country that see things the way I see them. That is one reason why there now is a House of Representatives in Washington, where the Dems are now in control. I help put them there.
I have a LOT of problems with Republicans, too. I simply do not trust them nor their political instincts.
I will wait for the officials in Tallahassee to rule on the viability of the ballots in Broward County and go with their decision. But I want ALL votes counted.
Then you see that it is in my interest to question close races for the same reasons that you do but with a desire for a different outcome.
As a Black man, I run away from the Republicans as our natural adversary in this place and time.

Black men and women are indeed gravitating toward Democratic Progressive Salvation, the party which has their best interests at heart:
Just FYI: Democrats are fighting for Universal HealthCare, lower premiums and deductibles, fighting for protection and enhancement of our senior citizen's social security and medicare and medicaid, fighting to save our environment before Bozo Trump completely destroys it, Dems are fighting for women's rights, LGBTQ rights, racial equality etc while short timer Bozo Trump and his Russian Republicans fight AGAINST all of these critically important issues and believe it or not, Donald has instructed his DOJ to bring legal action to CANCEL the law enacted by the Obama Administration which PROTECTS pre-existing health conditions, a law which protects ALL Americans:
Just the Facts:
So you know more about what is going to benefit me than I do? That is pretty formidable...

What percentage of the approximately 1 Trillion dollars we spend each year on welfare programs goes into job creation for the poor?
Hardly any Wilderness. Welfare seems to be INCREASING. Poor people are whining about Section 8, food stamps, & other so-called entitlement. They want OTHERS to provide them w/ a decent lifestyle w/o them making an effort. I say cut welfare 90-95%! There are MORE ABLE-BODIED on welfare than those who aren't. It is those ABLE-BODIED people, particularly women, who are PRODUCING CHILDREN & LOTS OF THEM to get MORE BENEFITS. I say again cut welfare 90-95%. Liberalism has created a monster called welfare! If it weren't for welfare, there would be FAR LESS taxes.

Does it matter to you how I answer that question?
"Yes, does the Democratic Party recognize an individual’s true potential or do they seek to keep them down, keep them dependent, needy, in Servitude, thinking they know better than the individual, all while they use them to their full advantage?
First, "the Democratic Party," as a monolithic entity, cannot recognize anything. If you are speaking of the official Democratic platform, I cannot say whether it explicitly states anything about recognizing "an individual's true potential." As a Democrat myself, I would say that ensuring impoverished young adults with excellent academic records who meet admissions requirements can fulfill their potential by attending college is not only recognizing their full potential but ensuring it is realized.
Is that what you mean?
As for this: "....or do they seek to keep them down, keep them dependent, needy, in Servitude, thinking they know better than the individual, all while they use them to their full advantage?"
Again, I haven't read the platform but I'm guessing it doesn't say any of that. If you're referring to individual Democratic politicians, I've not heard anyone state that position nor have I seen anyone demonstrate it through action.
This type of animosity I hope for your sake you grow beyond one day. The worst most corrupt individuals in politics will use this sentiment to get you to work against your own best interests.
You cannot have black identity politics, and Latino identity politics, while ‘white identitarians’ are demonised as driven by hatred. Whites are the sole race the mainstream media forbids to forge a sense of unity or to defend their own interest. The only identity whites are allowed is self-disgust. Whites who stray from ceaseless self-criticism are considered moral degenerates by the 'left'.
The American left urges every race to organise, pull together, demand their rights if not special treatment, recognise their common experience, celebrate their people’s separate history and separate accomplishments except one. If white people do the same thing, they’re bigoted and racist.
Trump rises in popularity, as the MSM doubles down on its idiocy, calling him evil, racist, and anyone who supports him as such, it leaves more and more Americans with little choice but to turn completely away from the 'left' and the insane antics of the likes of Don Lemon and Rachel Maddow. To do otherwise is to support the 'white-people are evil' mantra of the left.
That message may be something easy for you to go along with, it may speak to something you have felt inside all your life. But I would hope most people, regardless of whatever race they identify with, are turned off by it.
To be clear, I’m not arguing for white identity politics, but against identity politics of any brand.
The current Progressive Liberal effort insists that what we are is more important than who we are. That our lives derive their meaning from our membership of groups. That your complexion eclipses everything else about you. Identity politics are overtly and explicitly racist.
White people alone cannot be regarded as a cohesive people, cannot experience solidarity, cannot feel communal pride, cannot fight back when slandered or stereotyped, cannot advocate for their interest and cannot ever, ever feel sorry for themselves. Eventually, there will be push back.
Credence, you are promoting this reality with your position, your posts, and your politics. You are advocating racism even while you believe you are fighting against it.
Yep. The Democrat party has always been the party of racism. Nothing has changed.
I don’t know if “urges” is the right word for what the left does, but, well stated Ken.
+1 This.
This should be printed a billion times and posted on every window in the country, it is that important. Identity politics are the single biggest (nearly the only) dividing force in our country and it is destroying us as a people.
This Ken guy. I think everything he says. I just don't have the patience to say it. I get very angry too quickly, and start throwing things. I'm glad we've got Ken around.
Thank you both for the praise.
I try to make a point, rather than take or make it personal.
This situation with Broward County is so blatant, and it is so unbelievable that we have people who were found guilty of committing fraud STILL running the county election process.
If we had real justice in Florida, we would be seeing headlines like this right now about Broward County:
https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/ne … ing-scheme
Instead we have them adding over 80,000 false ballots to the count after the election was already over. And so far, getting away with it.
Ken, I am interested in knowing who was found guilty of committing fraud and is still running the election process in Florida. I have searched and not been able to find it. Can you help?
In May 2018 a judge ruled the Broward County Supervisor of Elections (Snipes) Office violated state and federal laws by destroying ballots from a 2016 Congressional race, while the ballots were the subject of a lawsuit against the office.
In September, Snipes approved the destruction of the ballots, signing a certification that said no court cases involving the ballots were pending.
Snipes said the action was a “mistake” during testimony she gave in the case, saying the boxes were mislabeled and there was “nothing on my part that was intentional” about destroying the contested ballots.
In August 2018 a Judge ordered Snipes to stop opening mail-in ballots in secret or before the county's three-member canvassing board to determine the ballots' validity.
Someone I know who has 'ears to the ground' in Broward right now believes that Snipes is not 'the problem', but some of the people who were working the polls may be 'in trouble', he believes officials are in the process of determining what level of election fraud may have transpired, if it warrants federal criminal investigation and possible prosecution or if recount and state disciplinary action will be enough.
I have a feeling this will simmer along until next week.
An update to the situation:
A circuit judge ruled Friday that Snipes violated Florida’s open-records laws after failing to fulfill a request for information by the Scott campaign.
Snipes was ordered by a judge to release an initial a tally of votes counted — broken down by absentee, early and day-of voting — and provide information on how many ballots had yet to be counted.
Snipes announced that as of Friday, Broward still had 2,100 more absentee ballots to process, three days after the election was over.
On Friday, Snipes also said that more than a dozen rejected ballots were accidentally mixed with over 200 valid ones, creating an irreconcilable situation where either good votes will be thrown out, or bad votes counted. “The ballots cannot be identified,” Snipes confirmed.
Of course, we only have her word that only a dozen rejected ballots were accidentally mixed in, we will never know how many 'rejectable' ballots were included in the process unless a full investigation and review of the votes takes place.
On Saturday, Snipes requested that the entire batch of ballots be counted, and they were included in the final tally sent to the state Division of Elections.
“It seems unfair to be to disenfranchise 205 voters at the expense of a small number,” Snipes said, adding that the number of invalid votes would be too small to sway any of the races hanging in the balance.
More than 80,000 ballots 'found' and tallied since the close of the election in Broward County on Tuesday... too small to sway any of the races, indeed.
This is so outrageous Ken, she should have been dealt with long before now, meaning; let go, dismissed, fired, arrested.....corruption runs deep in South Florida.
She must not get away with this and my preference is that she gets jail time, there is years of evidence against her, backing up my preference and more being gathered by the day.
It will be interesting to see where this goes on Monday.
There are protocols for the transfer and movement of ballots that were not followed. The 'provisional' box of ballots turned in by the teacher days after the election was over, the video of improper transport and custody of ballots, etc.
Thousands of Ballots counted without the required observers in place between Tuesday and Friday.
The Supervisor of Elections (Snipes) herself has admitted that an unknown amount of 'rejected' ballots was included in the tally.
If this is allowed to be swept under the rug, there is no way to believe in the integrity of any election in this country. I don't even know how many laws were violated, it appears we are talking several at the minimum.
So you don't take the FBLA's word they've found no corruption, Ken?
Fla. Governor Rick Scott Files Emergency Motions Amid Recount
OAN Newsroom
8:30 PM PT — Sun. Nov. 11, 2018
Governor Rick Scott takes further legal action to crack down on shady voting practices as Florida’s ballot recount scandal continues.
Scott filed two emergency motions in Palm Beach County and Broward County courts Sunday — requesting for all voting machines, ballots and devices be impounded and secured while not in use.
His campaign reportedly filed an additional complaint in Broward, asking to bar the County Canvassing Board from counting ballots cast after Saturday’s provisional ballot submission deadline.
Both counties are due to submit final recount totals to the State Secretary’s office by Thursday, November 15th for certification.
---
An effort should be made to invalidate all ballots tallied after the close of the election, as they were not reported to the state as required, not handled in accordance to law, when those processing the ballots are violating the law, the ballots should be considered fraudulent.
Do you want all the ballots tabulated or not, Ken. I suspect not....
I say we just do it all over again. A re-do. My uncle has a barn. We can do it there. My aunt can sew some official looking costumes.
And if you can, you can count the ballots! May take years and there's still the chance of incompetence involved.
I meant this for you Ken from a previous thread and now, for the rest of you...
No you won't live long enough and I won't either.
We are already divided, it is not broken down by race but by policies of one party verses the other. The conservative, white dominated party, Republicans want to maintain the status quo, that keep whites, generally in the drivers seat. I, as the underdog, am duty bound to break up that power and influence. Of course, you are going to resist, it is natural.
For example, black families earn ON AVERAGE $57.30 for every $100.00 in income from white families according to the Census Bureau's Current Population Survey as part of a 2017 NYT article. For every $100.00 in white family wealth, black families hold $5.04.
When that disparity ceases to be as stark, perhaps we would get on board with the Status Quo as well. In the meantime, we agitate for continued changes, as we must. When it comes to the GOP and their policies, not even income is a much a determinant for how 'blacks" will vote. Oprah will vote the same as the poorest inner city resident.
Since the founding of this republic OUR existence centers around agitation for change, and when I look at the political allegiance of other ethnic groups, I see much of that there as well. The vast majority of our folks simply cannot vote for your candidates, no more than chickens will vote for Colonel Sanders, regardless of candidates in blackface or whatever spin the GOP chooses to use.
But not to worry, the demographic game changer may not be so significant because we know that in America money and power can compensate for greater numbers. This is why without any major upheavals the Anglo based system will be safe through this century at a minimum.
No one is attacking white people, just seeking parity within the system. When that improves, you will see less stark racial and ethnic division in American politics.
I get it, I do... but the problem is, supporting the Democrats destroys the very things you are fighting hardest for, you don't see it, I get that too because mostly 'white guys' are the ones arguing against this socially and culturally destructive Progressive Liberal effort.
"its not broken down by race" ..."the white dominated party"
30 years of BS Creedence... 30 years of BS... what did you get from Democrats when they had TOTAL CONTROL???
Obama gave us the ACA... what did it do?
Do you know? Did you ever have to use it for your family?
I did for one year, when we moved, and I can tell you that was the biggest waste of money, it covered nothing, it was theft, and we had the best plan available in the state that year... people worse off than us had a choice, eat and pay their rent, or throw away thousands of dollars on an insurance policy that covered nothing unless they got hit by a bus, maybe.
You... you have chosen to break things down by race. The Democrats are even more corrupt, and more useless to Americans (working Americans and those in need) than the Republicans... that is how worthless that party has truly become, but you don't see it because you bought into all the race baiting propaganda they have been selling you.
Do you know who Gillum was? We discussed it in another thread, a Soros stooge, and exactly what do you think Soros was buying for those millions of dollars? What is best for Americans? Hardly.
Soros has destroyed nations, helped cause global economic panic, the man is interested in remaking America, and devotes hundreds of millions to seeing this come about. Problem is, it won't be an America for Americans, and it won't be an America that provides Liberty and Freedom for its citizens.
And how will that be fixed... by having open borders where millions more can come in and get welfare and social services?
Open borders, so that anyone from anywhere can come to America and compete for any job available. Driving down wages as employers can pick and choose from the world who to pay $2.00 an hour to do the work?
Higher taxes! We can say the rich will pay them! Only they never do, because they are rich, and they hire lawyers, and they incorporate, and they put their money in overseas accounts (like the Clintons, like John Kerry, like Pelosi) so that they don't pay taxes... so those taxes just get pushed down onto the poor stiffs working for $15.00 an hour and living worse than half the people collecting welfare do.
Easy to say when you aren't white. A statement like Don Lemon made doesn't seem like an attack to you then, it probably is something you totally identify with.
It's all good, white people will be the minority soon enough, and then the Hispanics will be the majority, and whites will be the majority minority... it will then become a power struggle between the Spanish speaking citizenry VS. the Anglo English speaking ones with everyone else having to pick between the two if they want to get a seat at the dinner table.
Ken, we (white, middle-aged men) are not being persecuted.
That is a fantasy we have created to defend ourselves from what we perceive as attacks on who we are.
The persecution is only perceived. It's not currently possible for us to be truly persecuted at societal level.
That's because we, as a social group, literally run the world. The social group we belong to has more economic, political and social power than any other social group on the planet.
So what you perceive as persecution, or oppression, is actually just the playing field starting to level out.
The problem is, when you're accustomed to power and privilege, equality feels a lot like oppression.
And our social group has grown accustomed to power and privilege Ken, so anything different feels like oppression.
It's not. It's just equality. And it's nothing to be afraid of.
(I know this post will have triggered some of you, but go have a lie down, you'll be ok).
"Ken, we (white, middle-aged men) are not being persecuted."
"The persecution is only perceived."
It's not currently possible for us to be truly persecuted at societal level."
Which puts you square in the forefront of the problem - one of the leaders pushing the demonization of the white male for no more reason than that they are white, male and that a handful of racists and sexists are also both.
The problem is, when you're accustomed to power and privilege, equality feels a lot like oppression.
Equality isn't demonization, and it isn't a problem. It only feels that way.
We'll be ok.
Yeah. Lots of power and privilege. Got my first job at 14, delivering newspapers. Worked my way through college while watching minorities get a free ride because of the color of their skin. Worked steady, right up to retirement. That's real power!
And when we moved across the country, without a job in hand, I took up a new career while going to night school for it. Working as much as 17/7's (yes, 119 hours per week), I still went to night school, albeit skipping some nights. Real
privilege, too!
So when you put that white power and privilege onto all white males, you need to sit back and recognize it is but a tiny minority of the group that actually had it. The rest of us worked for what we got; we earned it the hard way.
I had my first job when I was 12, bailing hay from 5am to 9pm for minimum wage during the summer. I was delivering papers when I was 10... but you better zip it, we are old white men, no one wants to hear our whining. We were privileged... they told us so.
I bucked bales, too, but for a gorilla of a farmer. He baled hay at 100-120 pounds per bale and could throw them 10' into the air; a 12 year old kid didn't stand a chance at throwing them way up onto a truck! Strongest man I've ever met, but it all came from farming, not lifting weights.
Yup, privileged indeed. Living in a tiny one bedroom room with a hot plate for cooking and a shared bathroom down the hall, working 40 hours per week going to college. Very privileged! Privileged to buy my first real boys bicycle (the first bike was a used girls bike my folks got me) from money I earned myself.
On second thought, maybe I was privileged...privileged to learn a work ethic, privileged to make my own way through life.
I remember times when my Dad was working three jobs at a time to keep us fed and a roof over our head. I don’t remember appreciating him back then, I just remember him running from one job to the next.
My husband lied about his age when he was a young boy, in order to get a paper route, to help out his family, which he would run every morning before school. He learned a trade working on job sites with his Dad and then began his own business when he was seventeen, without any backing or financial support. It is still open today, but early on, we lived in a trailer, there was a lock on the outside of one of the doors and we’d use the oven for heat on cold nights. (amazing we survived) We ate ramen soup and hamburger helper for many years. Privileged, wouldn’t change a thing!
Yeah. Dad never worked multiple jobs (and neither did I), but he DID juggle log books to let him drive truck 16 hours a day or more. Mom didn't work...she grew all our vegetables, sewed all our clothes and helped remodel our various homes while raising 5 kids. These were normal experiences for people as they grew up years ago. And, being normal and expected, we didn't have a problem with them.
Problem is that so few are willing to do that today. Now they want it handed to them (black OR white, male OR female) and complain of the "privilege" we had when we MADE it work regardless of what it took to do so.
As men we have certain privileges. As white men, we have more privileges.
The fact we may also have advantages/disadvantages due to being rich/poor, doesn't change the fact that we have those privileges.
It's called intersectionality.
What you feel is persecution and oppression, is just the the realization that we might be losing some of those privileges.
But don't worry, we'll adjust.
And just what privilege do you think a white male has that no one else does? The privilege of going to school? Attending college? Joining a church? Working at a job? Starting a business? Marrying and having a family? Taking care of that family, both financially and emotionally?
Which applies ONLY to white males?
What year was it when you were a 12 year old kid bucking bales?
First, I made it plain I could not do that at 12. I was about 17, in 1967, when I bucked bales.
When I was 12 years old I had to work all day, every day, for my dad. Dad was a master electrician, and he wired a lot of houses. My grandfather was nearly 70, and he worked for my dad. I was assigned to work with my grandfather every day so that someone would be there to help him.
Old white guy just wouldn't stop working. So baby white guy had to work all summer too.
Such privilege.
Here's what real white privilege looks like though. No hate crime there, too much privilege.
I know, it's so difficult for us as white men.
Sure we run the federal government, most state governments, most governorships, and most municipal authorities.
But we're repressed! How can out interests be represented in politics?
And yes, we run the army, navy, the air force, coastguard, almost every law enforcement agency and department in the country, the lower courts, the upper courts, and the supreme court.
But we're suppressed! How can achieve justice for ourselves under these conditions?
And yes, we run the banks, the banking system, every major financial institution, most fortune 500 companies, and the government agencies that oversee and regulate every industry.
But we're oppressed! How can we thrive when we're treated this way?
And sure, we run the national news media, state news media, the TV industry, the film industry, traditional print media, and the music industry.
But we aren't represented enough in the media and entertainment! How can we make our voices heard?
And yes, most sexual assaults and rapes are committed by men against women, most mass shootings are committed by us, most domestic terrorist attacks by us, most violence associated with political extremism is committed by us.
But we're being abused and persecuted! How can we protect ourselves?
Yep, it's a hard life for us.
Perhaps you should start a GoFundMe page for our benefit. As a social group clearly we need all the help we can get!
"Sure we run the federal government"
Do you need a list of black legislators? Or women legislators? Maybe one of black chief of police? Which SCOTUS judge was just hospitalized? Do you need a list of black mass shooters?
Maybe you should actually look into what you're saying rather than just spewing nonsense.
81% of members of Congress are men(1).
No wonder we're being persecuted so badly. We're obviously under-represented in politics.
Now some people want even more women in Congress. They think just because women are literally half the population, they should have greater representation.
That's oppressive to men! Frankly, I'm not sure how we can survive this type of persecution wilderness.
(Just for your information, even Saudi Arabia - a country where it was illegal for women to drive until this year - has a higher percentage of women in its parliament than Congress)(2).
And I said most rapes, sexual assaults and mass shootings are committed by "us", i.e. men. And that's true. You can add domestic violence to that list too.
But the fact that more domestic and sexual violence is committed by men against women is irrelevant! We're the ones who should be afraid! We're the ones who need "men's rights" groups, not women!
(1) https://fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/RL30261.pdf
(2) http://archive.ipu.org/wmn-e/classif.htm
Then you DO recognize that there are minorities in Congress. You didn't mention the black sheriff's, but I assure you that they are there.
It's true that most mass shootings are done by whites. Just over half of them, in fact...a figure that matches the demographics of the country pretty close.
We? I doubt you run anything but your mouth. 9 years and 13 articles? Sad.
Hey Don, I have a gift for you. I'm in the holiday spirit, and by the way, Merry Christmas and Happy Thanksgiving.
To you, big guy, I give all my white guilt.
Wow, you really are triggered. Here's hoping you have a White Christmas.
[It's a joke, a joke.]
That's called being triggered.
While you go to your safe space, here's some light reading for you: https://www.amazon.com/White-Rage-Unspo … 632864134/
Also, I'm agreeing with you. Men only represent 81% of members of Congress. Anything less than 100% representation obviously proves we're being ruthlessly oppressed!
I think there are also some women soldiers, judges and police officers now too. A certain percentage may also be black. Again, more evidence we are being persecuted!
Quick question though, I seem to remember from another thread you were reluctant to say whether you support violence committed by right-wing extremist groups.
Would you like to tell us now whether you support such violence, or is that still something you feel unable to say?
I love this post. I read it to my old white man husband and he liked it, too.
I never said we were, never used that term, I merely stated fact.
This flies in the face of what occured to Kavanaugh, how Trump is treated by the media daily, what is allowed to be said daily by the likes of the NY Times (New Hampshire is to White) or CNN's Lemon (White men are the terrorists). And increasingly by our left leaning politicians and activists.
I'm sure no amount of examples or explanation will bring light to my perspective for you, so I will leave it at that.
I wouldn't know what privilege was, never been wealthy, never got anything from anyone I didn't go out and earn. And this is the case for MOST white people... try peddling that 'privilege' crap to some poor white folks eeking out an existence in a run down mobile home park. I'm sure they'll let you know just how privileged they are.
I grew up in a world where discrimination against someone because of their race or sex had repercussions, EO, AA, and the like was already in place.
My first 12 years as an 'adult' was in the military, where discrimination could crop up... you did not want to be the one white guy hanging with an otherwise all non-white unit, group, etc. anymore than you wanted to be the only black person in an otherwise all-white group, unit, etc. but other than that, there was no 'establishment' racism.
Been that way in this country for decades now.
Your social group clearly has nothing in common with my social group, but I imagine your 'privilege' and your 'group' is a large reason why there is so much current racial divide in this country today.
Your entire comment screams persecution complex.
And I said "it's not currently possible for us to be truly persecuted at societal level".
But I'd like to correct that: it's currently not possible for our social group to be truly persecuted at a societal level by another social group.
People like you, Brett Kavanaugh and I, don't know what it's like to be persecuted at a societal level Ken, because our social group controls the country. It's just not currently possible for us to be collectively oppressed by the rest of the people in the country.
So being oppressed, Ken, is probably the one thing you and I can't appropriate from others.
I knew you would be triggered by the word privilege though.
All I can say is, suck it up.
Being men gives us certain privileges. Being white men, gives us more privileges.
The fact we may also have advantages/disadvantages due to being rich/poor, doesn't change the fact that we have those privileges.
It's called intersectionality Ken.
But don't worry, we'll be ok.
Just repeat this to yourself: it isn't oppression, it's just equality, we're going to be ok. It isn't oppression, it's just equality, we're going to be ok.
Well your first sentence gave me a good laugh, so, the debate was worth it for that alone even if neither of our perspectives moves one iota.
So, you went from, privilege and discrimination, to oppression.
Hmmm... seems you miss the entire point of the original post you were addressing. Probably on purpose.
See its OK for black people to have their neighborhoods, their culture. Its OK for Asians to have their neighborhoods, their culture, and Hispanics, and who-ever.
But its not OK for whites to have a majority, its not OK for whites to speak out about discrimination, or suppression, anywhere. You can break this down even further to the anti-white-male sentiment flowing freely from our media and in many universities.
According to the NY Times, New Hampshire is too white... and something needs to be done about that. And according to them, its OK, its valued by them even, if you openly hate white men.
White people are already the minority throughout most of the world. In Asia, Africa, or South America, even in California they are the minority, and in the few places they aren't, that won't be the case for long.
But you are correct, those that aren't of the upper class will all be OK, they will all be poor together, broken down by tribes and race and sex as they always are, in a world without borders.
I'm still hearing that persecution complex.
And it's not about white people. My comments are specifically about us white men, Ken. We have the most privilege. When we say we're being collectively repressed, it's fiction.
Women and people of color on the other hand are collectively repressed, by us Ken!
We can't be repressed in the same way, by those social groups.
We run the government, we run the army, navy and air force, we run medicine, we run the banks, we run the most successful businesses, we run the highest paid sports, we run the sciences, we run technology, we run engineering, we run the media, we run the lower courts, the federal courts, the supreme court.
We literally run the country Ken!
It's currently not possible for us to be collectively suppressed, repressed or oppressed by another social group, in the same way women and people of color are collectively suppressed, repressed and oppressed by us.
That's a terrible state of affairs Ken.
Thankfully things are changing. That change is what you and others in our social group are experiencing as "repression".
And you're experiencing it as repression because we've grown accustomed to the power and privilege associated with being in our social group. Now people are challenging that, we're feeling sorry for ourselves and claiming we are being "repressed".
We're not, it's just the scales tipping back to where they should have been all along.
That's a good thing Ken! Stop being angry about it and embrace it. You'll feel much better.
Everything's going to be fine.
Good grief, just fall on your sword and be done with it.
Get some education. https://www.amazon.com/Campus-White-Men … 1944229620
Gotta admit. A little medicine dont taste too good. Sins of the grandfather, father.
What sins?
I know what my father did, and my grandfathers. No slave owners. No KKK members. No elite background.
I can tell you about child labor of my grandparents, how they had to wait for the adults to get done eating so they could eat the scraps. Of running down to the train to get a block of ice, of working two shifts a day so they could afford a car.
I know the history of my parents and grand parents.
I also have a keen eye for where things are headed, generally speaking the future is pretty easy to read. Trust me, I'm doing more laughing than you think.
I'm looking forward to being the majority minority. I imagine at that point it will become even tougher to be black, when you are a minority of minorities, and have a Hispanic majority in addition to a white minority to contend with. That is... when you see the world through the prism of race. Which I expect many still will.
Did your grandparents go into a diner and eat?
Probably the most ignorant disconnected retort I've read in a while.
Goes to show why open conversations online can go sideways so quickly, you can be having a decent conversation between individuals and then someone new enters the fray and the intellectual tenacity of the discussion falls off a cliff.
I rescind my reply to you PheonixV, this discussion is at an end.
I completely disagree. I think we were getting to the heart of the matter. Otherwise, why would one of my intellectual peers be so visibly shaken. Nevertheless, I'm going to blow this scene before the topic fuzz rolls up.
Yea that Broward County at it again...
Credence, I hope you take some comfort in the fact that Trump's voter fraud commission didn't find any fraud in favor of Clinton.
Meanwhile, Mueller has indicted more than 30 people for helping his election among other crimes.
abwilliams: The close races in what once were ruby red districts in Texas, Georgia and Florida were reflected in the POLLS weeks before the election even began which clearly proves the people, the voters had legitimate Democratic preferences and the tightness between candidates is not due to some phony fraud allegations by right wingers who are in a tizzy fit denial:
There might have been a case to be made for fraud if the POLLS indicated a 20% gap and the races ended up as close as they are, but that was not the case and everyone knows it: Soon to be impeached, indicted and removed Bozo Trump got pounced on NOV 6th for innumerable reasons, not the least of which he's just a rotten dark self absorbed wanna' be dictator, and he knows it:
Let him get on a one way plane to Russia before he's arrested if the rule of law and decency are an inconvenience:
Jake, I stand by my comment, how can any reasonable thinking person get behind such a corrupt, misguided, wayward Party, your Party, the Democratic Party?
I really do not care what the pollsters speculated up and until Election Day, I only care about this Country and keeping her on track. Embracing socialism, does not do that, taking us further and further left, as Obama did so well and as Clinton would have continued to do, would have taken us off the tracks, through the badlands and over the cliff.
Thank God for President Trump for unselfishly taking over, precisely when we needed him to and may justice prevail in these attempts throughout the Nation to steal this latest election.
I'm not going to respond to nonsense about "FRAUD" etc because according to officials, none has be found in Broward County it's just another retarded ruse by the paranoid orange one perched in our oval office, but Bozo Trump has forced the crumbling USA into a real and explosive state of semi-fascism, semi-communism, and has facilitated along with his republican accomplices, a Complete Capitalism TAKE Over by transferring trillions of our wealth to the filthy rich, and we are half way toward a two bit dictatorship and that's the TRUE Mega-Danger of this massively corrupt and VILE illegitimate administration:
Socialism is the opposite, and we as a nation have already incorporated many aspects such as critically important life saving government programs such as social security and medicare which have been an overwhelming success for decades, a protection for our senior citizens, a success that republican Mitch "Mutt" McConnell and con man republican Paul Ryan have been trying to destroy for many years and if republicans had God Forbid held the house, they would have began their assault with the blessing of that orange coward who refused to visit veterans in France because of poor weather:
If you've ever worked a full time job in your life, you'd better thank the good lord that the Dems WON the house of representatives because they are committed to protecting and enhancing social security and medicare and now they can at least BLOCK republicans and that crazy fool in our oval office from dismantling our retirement programs and healthcare system:
Wow, as much as I disagreed with practically everything Obama did, I never disrespected the office, I never called his Presidency illegitimate, I certainly never referred to him by such ugly names as you do our current President. You do it all of the time, I’ve seen it and ignored, but not this time.
No one can possible have a discussion with you, unless they think just like you, you are too full of hate for anyone else to attempt to.
The reason why you didn't call President Obama illegitimate is because he won the popular vote twice WITHOUT the help of Vladimir Putin and he is an extremely intelligent, decent, incredibly compassionate man who tried and succeeded in many cases, to ENHANCE the lives of ALL Americans, not take everything away from us like the circus clown in the white house now is trying to do:
You might not personally have questioned the legitimacy of Obama's presidency, but plenty of people did, including our esteemed President, Donald J. Trump. Apparently, the "maturity" of Trump voters did not extend to dismissing the one candidate who built his candidacy on the birther movement, even going so far to send his lawyers to Hawaii to find proof of Obama's Kenyan birth (if what Trump says is to be believed). How can a person support such an immature person for President? Seems contradictory to me.
Fortunately, Trump is reversing as much Obama era stuff as he can.
Oh excuse me, I thought I was responding to Jake.
That’s fine you can compare “questioning” to actual pathetic, nasty and constant insults.
Perhaps the two of you can put your heads together and come up with some new and fresh insults for our President and for the half the Country that elected him to office.
But, we always have to remember that "the better half" did not elect Donald Trump into office. Do they not constitute more than just chopped liver?
Are the insults true or not? Or does this make a difference to you at all?
Lol, I wasn't aware that an open forum had rules about who one could reply to. I'm just wondering how you reconcile your view of the immaturity of those who question the legitimacy of a president with supporting a man who launched his political career by questioning the legitimacy of a President.
Seems like a reasonable question to me, but I guess you don't care to answer.
For the record, even if Russia did assist Trump during the campaign, I still view his presidency as legitimate, just as I viewed Obama's as legitimate. The same cannot be said of Trump, though, and apparently those who voted for him and continue to support him don't care. They don't care about his immaturity, at least not enough to dismiss him as a president.
For the record, I was a staunch Ted Cruz supporter, I didn’t like that he was upstaged by Donald Trump, but he was and I have come to terms with that.
I would not vote for Hillary Clinton on a dare or a liberal bribe , she is as corrupt as they come. Look no further than her, when you hear talk of Russian influence or collusuion.
It came down to a choice between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. I voted for the person I believed would best Serve this Country and he has far exceeded any expectations, I may have initially had.
I am sorry that you and many others on this thread, have never even given him a chance and can only insult and name call.
I brought “maturity” into this discussion because Jake used orange-faced and Bozo a few too many times for my liking.
Okay, but you specifically used the term "maturity" in relation to questioning the legitimacy of the Trump presidency. Our president is also "immature"by your own standards. If you are now in his camp, then berating others for engaging in the same behavior as the President seems rather contradictory, especially since the President is our leader and Jake is merely a guy posting on a forum.
Oh, and how about that Ted falling in line even after Trump lied about his father and insulted his wife? Crazy, huh?
I guess Cruz can see that the man knows what he is doing and he is mature enough to move on.
Do you want to keep doing this or are we done here?
Have any proof of HRC's involvement with Russian influence or collusion? Other than Faux News, that is..
There is nothing to substantiate this, mainstream, not rightwing media states that when there is a difference in vote tally between 2 candidates of less than 5 percent than a recall is authorized. There is no impropriety in this policy except from the running faucet of the Clown and Chief and excrement from the standard rightwing rags.
Corroborate this with other more mainstream media sources?
This gives a better run down of previous violations by Snipes. Maybe you prefer this source as 'impartial'.

With the recount, I assume it will be handled very carefully and scrutinized. If there was wrongdoing by this woman and her staff hopefully we have some form of laws to punish her by law? At best would one not think she is fired? I would not think it a surprise that to anyone that there is a problem with Snipes, she has been caught many times vote tampering. What really surprises me is she I still in her job.
"What really surprises me is she I still in her job."
Which does not bode well for any kind of punishment.
People's Pundit Daily has an anonymous owner.

It won't say where it is getting its information:
"According to multiple sources", "It has been widely reported", "according to our multiple sources".
But it's telling the truth?
Hard to believe a blog being run by Russian intelligence.
No doubt Chief Israel, head of the Broward County Cowards, is on the scene serving and protecting.
From my understanding some of the lawyers who are there now trying to ensure the election is stolen (From DeSantis and Scott) are some of the very same folks who created 'the Dossier'.
Last night at 3am, Scott and DeSantis had more than 60,000 leads in votes, Broward county continues even now to add votes in, and the leads are down into the teens.
This is 3rd world style election stealing right here in America. Live.
Makes sense. They're trying to get 3rd world level candidates installed.
Chuck Schumer is going on and on about how "democracy must be held up" and "how the right is trying to steal the election from them..."
It's unbelievable that such a clear and blatant violation of the law is unfolding before our eyes - there is a 30 minute rule in Florida, not a 30 day rule.....
"It's unbelievable that such a clear and blatant violation of the law is unfolding before our eyes."
I'm sure the feds are watching. With Trump in charge, they will do something. I mean, if fraud is happening right before your eyes then they can see it, too. Where is that voter fraud commission Trump set up just for this type of thing?
Impartial, are we Ken? I did not hear all the outrage during the "hanging chad" controversy that gave the election to GW Bush in 2000. I don't let anyone have it both ways.....
Oh there was outrage alright Cred, because there never should have been a recount to start with, G.W. had already won! Dems brought this. They brought Floridians the non-ending nightmare, they brought us the "hanging chad" and dimple/no dimple controversy, because they would not accept the results.
The Panhandle that was literally wiped out a few short weeks ago by a hurricane, managed to finalize the vote, seal the deal, get-r-done....but not incompetent Broward or Palm Beach Counties, they have a history of corruption.
I am sorry, I guess your question was meant for Ken. My apologies Cred and Ken.
I am willing to accept the results after ALL votes are counted and those in authority certify that they have been.
Does that include the fraudulent ones the Democrats add into the pile?
https://www.peoplespunditdaily.com/news … g-ballots/
This is far from the first time Broward County has been caught with it's hand in the cookie jar.
Does it also include the votes of hundreds of illegal aliens in Philadelphia that should never have voted?
https://www.peoplespunditdaily.com/news … g-ballots/
Democrats are forever crying about voter suppression, but voter fraud is alive and well in blue areas.
Has this really been substantiated beyond the ravings of some right wing rag? Where are the reports from mainstream media?
https://www.heritage.org/election-integ … iladelphia
http://www2.philly.com/philly/news/poli … 70920.html

https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/20 … ts-all-to/
How many would you like? Or is anything showing fraud a "right wing rag"? Lawsuits filed, Philadelphia officials admitting it happened - this is not some fake news story.
"Where are the reports from mainstream media?"
Uhm, they are way too busy blatantly campaigning for democrats (and celebrating any wins) and vilifying Trump to be bothered with the truth. They are gonna ignore that like its the plague but later admits its true but its old news. Get with the program.
But, You don't really think that I am going believe Trump and rightwing propaganda do you? If so I have beach front property in Colorado to sell to you....
Careful! Denver has it's own problem with illegals registering and voting. They'll vote to take that beautiful property away from you!
"Colorado Secretary of State Scott Gessler, a Republican, told the panel that his department’s study identified nearly 12,000 people who were not citizens but were still registered to vote in Colorado.
Of those non-citizen registered voters, nearly 5,000 took part in the 2010 general election in which Democratic Sen. Michael Bennet narrowly defeated Republican Ken Buck."
https://thehill.com/homenews/house/1530 … for-states
Let me put it on the record that those that are not American citizens should not be voting in our electoral contests.
with all this fabulous technology, it is like Bill Maher said tonight, "you don't see these sloppy kinds of mistakes made in the banking industry". No one would tolerate errors like this. Why can't we get these sort of problems cleaned up without blanket disenfranchisement of legal voters being considered collateral damage.
As I recall the one in Philly resulted because illegals can get a drivers license, which can then be used for voter registration. Several states are foolish enough (or want illegal aliens to vote, presumably under the theory they will vote Democratic) to do this.
Unfortunately, the forms required a box be checked if one was NOT a citizen, and far too many people do not check it. Were it the other way - requiring it to be checked in order to register - the errors may not have been made.
The question, then, was whether the form was deliberately designed that way for just the result that occurred. It seems so simple, and so obvious what would happen, that I have to think it was, indeed, intentional fraud even though likely not by the illegal. In Philly (and I think Denver) it was only found when illegals reported on themselves - no one checks for fraud (as opposed to suppression) because we've been told dozens of times by Democrats that it never happens. Even though we KNOW better (witness that this isn't the first time Broward county has played games with the voting process) we're still told there isn't any.
You are even more conservative than me in this regard. I don't care if Green Card holders, or refugees, or whatever vote. So long as it is one person, one vote, and it is tracked so that they can't vote at multiple voting stations or with 'absentee' and 'provisional' then Fine.
What I care about, are these election officials that add thousands of votes to an election. Like what has occurred in Broward County where they have created tens of thousands of ballots after the election was over, to change the election results.
These types of criminals need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, not given slaps on the wrist and given an opportunity to do it again, two years from now.
That's confusing. It sounds like it's OK if 5 million ballots were to be sent to, say, France and 5 million Frenchmen voted in our election, determining where our country would go in the future.
Yet it's not OK when an American votes a few extra ballots, trying to define where his own country will go.
Allow me to clarify then.
I don't care if a Green Card holder, or a Illegal Immigrant with a CA license, or a Refugee with a State License votes... so long as the State has provided them with an ID, and they are registered in that county to vote, let them vote.
Where they do not have an ID, where they cannot provide proof of residency, where they have not been registered to vote they should not be allowed to vote. Not provisional, not at all.
Some states allow this, anyone can walk in off the street, and with no identification claim to be a resident and vote... wrong answer IMO, but even if a person spends all day busing from one poll to another and voting again and again, only so much damage can be done.
But a corrupt group of county officials, creating thousands of ballots, can change an election result, as is occuring in Broward County right now. This is fact, they have violated multiple laws, there are those who have already given testimony under penalty of perjury that they have been witness to these crimes... this election, never mind elections past where they were already found guilty of fraud.
That article is from 2011. If they were able to identify 5000 non-citizens who voted, did they follow up with fines or criminal charges? Did they purge them from the voter rolls? (Obviously, they would have to prove they were non-citizens before they purged them.)
What was done about these 5000 votes by non-citizens? I can't imagine that if they identified these people they would do nothing about it.
Sir. It is so bad. It is so flagrant, that I would honestly, truthfully, give more credence to a smaller, obviously leftwing independent publication, than anything remotely "mainstream".
Don't you remember the episode, Day of the Dove?
Yes, that particular Star Trek episode was a good one. We are all driven by outside sources to define and pursue an enemy that has been created for us.
I will give it all time to allow for the truth to find its way to the forefront overriding exaggerations from either partisan pole. I have to forage for the truth as wingnut publications are inherently biased and are a waste of newsprint.
As am I, as long as they are not duplicated, triplicated, tossed or bogus!
Who knows what the heck is happening to ballots in Broward County!
https://twitter.com/twitter/statuses/10 … 1868114944
Why are ballots going from car to truck, instead of straight to the Supervisor of Elections? Why is a single person allowed to travel with ballots? Who is watching these people traveling alone with ballots? Where is their accountability partner? Is there a such thing as accountability in Broward County? Can we trust those in authority in Broward County?
There need to be charges, jail time, permanent felony records attached to those in Broward County responsible for this fraud.
Its amazing they were found guilty of fraud, of burning ballots, of forging ballots in the 2016 election, and still the same people are running this election.
There is fraud again, hopefully this time they will be held accountable, this time it is national news with the federal government willing to step in, as it should, examples need to be made out of these criminals.
The punishment needs to be so severe, that even the most irresponsible and corrupt among us will think twice before committing fraud in an election.
Hanging on to ancient history and personal offenses and projecting out with them much?
2000, ancient history, I was still serving back then, that's how long ago that was.
Second, I voted for Gore, shows how ignorant I was back then, I actually thought Clinton had done a decent job.
Lastly, that was about a dozen years before I joined Hubpages, if it even existed back then... so I guess your "I don't let anyone have it both ways..." doesn't apply to me.
Didnt the last time this happened people started washing up on the beaches of Florida? 6 or 7 shots in the back, from apparent suicides. Or was that all the times before.
#walkaway if you still can.
Just reported on Fox News by Senator Rubio.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSlAHEZXqVA
They're definitely not getting away with it if the story has made it to FOX.
Just checked very fakenews cnn twitter feed if they reporting it. They having a Nancy Pelosi lovefest instead. Did I just say Pelosi and lovefest in the same sentence. Ok Im done for the evening.
Local videos are starting to show them actually bringing in THOUSANDS of ballots out of cars, trucks, AFTER the election, to be added to the vote.
https://www.facebook.com/Qpin4sale/vide … 322261869/
Ken, there might be another explanation for that video. The individual precincts report vote counts electronically - and then, as they close up shop the actual paper ballots, (already counted and reported), are transported to county election headquarters - by precinct volunteers, (explains the personal vehicles?), not picked-up by official vehicles or personnel..
Also, Broward county's site glossary speaks of 'blue canvas bags', which are used to transport precinct operating materials, ie. a cell phone(?), instruction manuals, special forms, signage placards, (Vote Here), etc. to each precinct. Many of those bags in the video appeared to be blue canvas bags.
I am not saying that was what was videoed, just pointing out there may be a valid explanation. And if it matters, regarding my perspective, I am not rooting for a Democrat victory in Fla.
GA
Here is a quote from the witness/taker of the video:
Once they posted the results on the door, I started photographing the Congressional race tallies.
It took a little while, but when finished, I headed out to my car.
As I was leaving, 2 women carrying a box marked "provisional ballots", and a woman with a small cart that had a ballot bag on it came walking back towards the precinct building.
I was curious and asked them if they were allowed to just walk around with that stuff.
One lady told me "the truck left these out there."
I thought, WTF?
As I turned away from them and headed out to the parking lot, I noticed there was a truck at the far end of the parking lot.
Did she not just tell me it had left?
I then noticed a long line of cars lined up leading to that truck. Where did these ballots come from?
Watch the video of what was happening.
Please make note that our votes are being loaded into a rental truck, not a State Official truck, heading off to parts unknown.
Please also note that some of the cars delivering the ballots to the truck only have one person in them. Rules dictate that ballots are never to be handled by fewer than 2 election officials at a time.
I also believe that these ballots are supposed to go straight from the precincts to the Supervisor of Elections warehouse, not driven to another precinct.
I wish I would have waited and followed the truck. How do we even know these ballots ended up where they were supposed to?
This is absolutely absurd and needs to be rectified.
Election integrity in this County is a joke.
This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
Let's see how this plays out guys..let the system do what it does remember? Never mind, we will defend Trump against all accusations big or small. Then when accusations against others come out, here come the tin foil hats. No real evidence at all presented by Rubio but you never know. Oh no..I'm not following this thread after attacking the exalted one.
Mke ,Perhaps it's time we all need some highly secured National ID for voting , driving , gun ownership and citizenship . For any official ID and purposes .
Want to bare naked the usual election Fraud ?
Look to the party of election fraud recidivism , Democrats , The DNC , the cheating in national election debates , the Clintons , the Brazile's , the Wasserman- Schultz's , the graft , corruption and "foundation " financing .
What ? Crooked Democrats ............NO! Really ?
Ken, I couldn't find any videos showing what you claimed happened in 2016. Could you link to them?
Also, you say they were creating ballets "AFTER the election was over last night," but the link you provided speaks to a 2016 charge. Was that just a mix-up?
Obviously those comments indicate skepticism, but they do leave room for clarification.
GA
The video at one time existed, I watched it back in 2016 when it had occurred. A person recorded it with their cell phone as the individuals sat in a back room and filled out the ballots, the video had been on Facebook in 2016, its not on there now (will be able to do a better search when at home tonight).
I would expect the link I have provided to last night's video showing those ballots arriving in the middle of the night via personal vehicles to also disappear soon off of Facebook, surprised it has lasted this long.
This explains it all rather well I believe:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWy0TJ6rJr4
It does expose a potential fraud - if he is right Ken, and I see him as a serious guy, not some internet 'operative/pundit', but, it still is just a claim. Just as I pointed out your links and statements were.
You both may be proven right, but at this point it is still just supposition.
GA
There is less conjecture now than there was.
First, we have Snipes, and that county, responsible for fraudulent acts (as in more than one, in more than one election) in the past.
Second, Snipes and Broward county are currently in violation of Florida law, this has already been ruled on, and hopefully this will invalidate all or most of the 80,000+ votes they have 'found' since well after the election was over and polls closed.
I have no sympathy, not for Broward County or the voters there, this is a repeat offender of election violations that they have continued to place in charge.
What needs to happen now, is a very public display be made, and the full force of the law be brought against any and all of those who are responsible for this fraud, so that maybe, just possibly people who are inclined to commit mass voter fraud realize that there is an actual price to pay for violating the law.
Maybe then, counties would stop putting repeat offenders in charge of elections, and these criminals would consider the price to steep to pay.
Its the only way to ensure a relatively honest election process... if Snipes gets away with these flagrant violations and felonies yet again, it will only multiply across the country in 2020.
P.S. The Republican Party is far from perfect, that is why I describe myself as Conservative. I do not cherish the Republican Party or any other Party. I cherish my God, my family, my Country and those invaluable Documents in place, insuring the best interest of me and mine, but the Republican Party is NOT so lost, that they’ll never be able to find their way back. They haven’t sold their soul.
Phony people.
I would suggest to all that any accusations of racism between the two parties comes from simply an Ideological bias . If one belongs to the democratic party you HAVE to accuse racism , you HAVE to accuse bigotry , you HAVE to accuse misogyny, you HAVE to accuse white nationalism , If you don't follow the narrative then your accused of being a party traitor . They don't know any better , it would require too much independent strength in one's thought process to belong to the conservative party where independent thinking is the first and foremost ideological requirement .
I feel so bad for democrats .
Does any actual evidence exist to support election fraud in Broward County because I haven't seen any reported by a legitimate source, unless you count right wingers on social media and Fox Fantasy Channel crying pools of tears like fragile little darlings because they lost the midterms: I briefly passed by the Hammity Show last night and boy, Sean looks about 10 shades whiter than he usually does and that's pretty darn ghostly, a little sickly:
I just watched the head of elections in Florida a couple hours ago and he hasn't sen any evidence either and I guess he should know:
My husband was born in 1947 and grew up in Florida. At the age of 16 he was hired by a small fruit packing business. All the other employees were black females, many of whom had worked there for years. My husband, with no experience, was made supervisor.
At the time, he thought nothing of it. It was just how things were.
I was made supervisor of a road construction labor gang, at about 20 years of age, after working as a grade checker for perhaps 3 weeks.
An all white gang, I got the position because I drove my own pickup and could carry the tools we used.
Education for liberals ;
White and Privilege are two separate words with two separate meanings altogether , It's kinda -sorta the same difference as minority and crime . It's pretty simple .
Say one word at a time . now separate them .
“The Democratic playbook of dirty tricks is getting so, so, so old.
First the Blasey/Kavanaugh show, which was a redux of the Anita Hill/Clarence Thomas show. Now the Florida recount, which ecrudescences, well, the 2000 Florida recount. Are Democrats so out of ideas they can't come up with new dirty tricks?
It's just getting amazingly predictable what they are capable of pulling.”
https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/20 … y_old.html
Wow Mike, obviously a "fair and balanced" site!
It is painfully obvious that Brenda Snipes is incompetent - at the very least. That is giving her the benefit of doubt, which I personally am not inclined to do. I would not entrust her to count a child's piggy bank.
Elections everywhere are imperfect and always have at least some problems because people make mistakes.
There is a difference between normal human error and fraud / incompetence. She shouldn't be fired for the first and she should be for the second.
Do you agree?
I lack necessary information regarding the first to make a call. But, I am not unreasonable and willing to deal. Fired for the 2nd with the stipulation she cannot get within 500 yards of anything that counts a vote. Even if its to elect a Den mother over at Cub Scouts.
Mr. Promisem, what kinda car ya drive. I will throw in am/fm, power steerin and waive the 500 dollar lot fee. What can I give you to drive Ms Snipes off the lot today..
Since this thread is relying on the claims of an anonymous blog, we lack the necessary information for the second as well.
If that were true, we would not be here. Like I said earlier, lets just do it over again. We can sub-contract it out to Barnum and Bailey
Sadly, that seems far too accurate to be funny.
Every vote has to match up to a real person who actually voted on Election Day, but we cannot be confident of this.
You have to be able to reconcile the ballots. A specific number of ballots are sent to every precinct. And in every other County in Florida, we know how many of those vote ballots were voted, and how many of them were returned blank because someone didn't vote them.
But in Broward County, we still don't know the answer to that, that's what makes fraud probable. They did not follow the law, they did not retain proper chain of custody, they did not report to the state what they should have, when they should have. And Snipes herself has already stated rejected ballots were mixed into the tally and counted. Invalidating the entire count of the county.
Its not a matter of was fraud committed or were laws violated, both are evident and provable.
What we will see, is if our laws don't have any teeth, if accountability can't be enforced, future elections will be decided by who controls the counting and reporting, and not by the voters.
Truth! How many are we going to need....let's make that happen.
It certainly is not a laughing matter, people need to go to jail and hopefully will, when it is all said and done.
Isn't it ironic that ONLY Democrat votes are discovered? I don't recall Republican votes being discovered after an election that changed the outcome of the election. It seems to be a Democrat occurrence.
Show me evidence of no new Con votes being counted, Mike. Or is this simply another opinion from the right like the others on this thread?
It appears that after "regular" votes are counted they are almost even, with conservative votes coming in just slightly more often.
But all those "lost" votes are apparently coming in at about 10 to 1 Dem. Wonder why? Held in reserve since last year, maybe.
Democrat votes are like wine or whiskey. Kept in oak barrels. Aged.
Wonder why there's so much corruption there since Snipes is a republican, appointed by republican governor Jeb Bush? Don't blame the Dems for their screw-ups if there actually are any.
But don't worry, when Gillum becomes governor he'll clean up this republican mess.
Where did you find that Ms. Snipes was a Republican Randy? All I can find say she is a registered Democrat.
GA
I heard it on TV, GA. Why would Jeb appoint a Dem?
Beats me. But Google says she's a Democrat.
GA
No I don't recall that ever happening either Mike. Is "occurrence" the right word? I'm thinking, something much less nice than that.
Hmmm, wonder if there's so much evidence of fraud as the pro-Trump folks claim, why the FBLA can't find evidence of it. Oh Yeah, I forgot Trump said so like he's done in the past when the numbers don't add up for him. Remember the inauguration......
More election fraud by democrats in Florida. I wonder where else this is happening?
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/53k-de … kWXRR_ALXk
“Our staff has seen no evidence of criminal activity at this time,” Sarah Revell, spokesperson for the state Department of Elections, told the Herald Saturday morning.
Two DOE staffers have been stationed in Broward County since at least Nov. 6 to oversee the administration of the elections, visit polling stations, and “ensure that all laws are followed.”
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced Friday it had received no reports of illegal activity activity in Broward, nor had Scott formally requested an investigation into voter fraud.
Elections monitors from Scott’s office remain in Broward, overseeing the process.
I think its only a matter of time before whichever scapegoat is responsible for this fiasco, winds up experiencing blunt traumatic "remorse" on some Broward County park bench.
“Snipes acknowledged the processes her office have been using aren’t perfect and that non-citizens and felons have voted despite not being eligible — especially right before major elections when groups are actively registering new voters.”
https://www.sun-sentinel.com/local/brow … story.html
Have you noticed most of the states with election problems are governed by Republicans? So are many of the gerrymandered states. They don't want the election process to go smoothly or they'd clean up their confusing electoral processes.
Remember when Buchanan admitted he didn't deserve the many votes he received in Fla. due to the confusing butterfly ballot which made voters pick Buchanan when they wanted Gore? They stole the election with that and the punch ballots. Hanging chad....
Have you noticed the Supervisors screwing up are Democrats, in Democratic Counties? Have you noticed that 80,000+ ballots have been FOUND since election night, after the State was called for the Republican, Rick Scott?
You bring up the Bush/Gore race of 2000, do you recall that the State was called for the Republican, G.W. Bush, on election night? Do you recall Gore having a hissy and demanding a recount? Just like old and tired Bill Nelson did, (where he found the energy, God only knows) G.W. still won....he won twice, I guess you could say.
Where were all the problems with the demanded recount found and with whom.....Democratic Supervisors in Democratic Counties, the same damn Counties 'in the news' today? Why do knuckleheads keep electing incompetents to these Counties, again and again...I can't explain it, God only knows.
If you aren't questioning any of this and if you don't see any of this as highly suspicious, I can't explain it.....
Who runs the Florida election process, AB? Is it like here in GA where a GOP candidate for office oversees the process?
Secretary of State? What party has oversight this role in the FLA elections?
Mike, is that because you care more about this Country, than you do a political party?
I find your response refreshing. I'm tempted to respond in Ukrainian...but...I'll stick with English. The answer to your question is an extreme yes. (Відповідь на ваше запитання щаслива так...couldn't help myself...may not translate well...but it's close)
Love it, I'll go with a Southern expression, Abso-damn-lutely we do!
Oh how quaint! A kumbaya party..
I too am a patriot, not a "Nationalist" as your idol claims to be.
A Florida judge in a Monday ruling told Democrats and Republicans invested in the Florida recount battle to "ramp down the rhetoric," warning unsubstantiated allegations of malfeasance could undermine the public's support in state officials.
“I am urging because of the highly public nature of this case to ramp down the rhetoric,” Tuter said, according to the Associated Press.
“If someone in this lawsuit or someone in this county has evidence of voter fraud or irregularities at the supervisor’s office, they should report it to their local law enforcement officer,” Tuter said. “If the lawyers are aware of it, they should swear out an affidavit, but everything the lawyers are saying out there in front of the elections office is being beamed all over the country. We need to be careful of what we say. Words mean things these days.”
And DT and Scott are fearmongering the gullible Trump base as usual. They fall for it every time which will be the end of the Republican Party due to Trump's lies and corruption.
The Judge is obviously out of touch with the fact that this already has undermined the public's support, and for good reason.
Laws were broken. A Judge's orders were ignored. Proper custody of ballots had been lost, repeatedly, and the Supervisor herself admitted that rejected ballots had been entered into the count.
This needs a full investigation, with people going to jail, examples of them being made, and if it takes going all the way to the Supreme Court, again, to get it resolved, so be it.
Ken, so far no one has come forward to swear on an affidavit any fraud has been found. Just consider how important it would be if you were the first. You did state there was obvious fraud, didn't you?
"The people who cast the votes don't decide an election, the people who count the votes do." --Joseph Stalin
Gosh, I didn't realize those on the right admired a brutal Russian dictator. Kinda makes sense in the Trump camp.
All I can say is hey, with everything trending toward the good righteous progressive direction, if we keep counting, Dems might actually win the senate too:
Perhaps, but probably not, but if it stays this close in the re-count I just might hop on a plane headed for Florida and vote a few more times for Nelson, lol, in BROWARD County !!!!
They don't have to, Phoe. There are plenty of votes cast legally in Fla. Got some proof they're counting dead voters? of course not, like Ken you simply make up shit. You guys are just like your hero truthwise.
Well now thats the beauty of it Mr Goodwill, now isnt it. Its not like we can round up the people from Forest Lawn and question them, now can we.
In that case you're just screwed, aren't you. Try getting an investigation started with nothing to show the charge is real like Scott and Trump. Just claim stuff like your hero does. It didn't work out for him too well and the same goes for your false claims of fraud. Prove I'm wrong or go to the authorities with your claims. I'll wager you'll do neither. Are we on?
That's right Randy, this whole bizarre stunt is just another charade: The head of elections and law enforcement of Florida is waiting patiently for a shred of evidence pertaining to any kind of fraud to be submitted but they've received ZERO evidence to date according to reports, which is no surprise considering the accusations came from the orange circus clown camped out in our oval office who also claims Ted Cruz's father was somehow involved in the assassination of JFK, China invented climate change as a hoax, and his inauguration crowd was the grandest of all:
If anyone is looking for voter fraud they should start in Kentucky, ain't no way republicans Mutt McConnell and space man Rand Paul were re-elected this time around: The people of Kentucky ain't that dumb, I don't think:
Well Jake, it's not surprising at what's happening in Fla now. Dems try to get the people to vote and the Cons try to keep them from voting. This happens in all of the former slave states but finally a change is happening.
White Supremacy advocates felt like it was a great win for them when the Senate stayed red and have stated that even though Trump doesn't come right out and say he's in favor the groups he infers it often enough by his words and actions.
We cannot have this crap in our country!!
Randy, if we RECOUNT the entire state of Kentucky I'll bet the BLUE Wave of Righteousness TAKES the Senate:
I still find it very difficult to believe that the good people of Kentucky would actually be dumb enough to vote for republican Mitch McConnell who came right out and told them to their faces if republicans maintained control of the house after the midterms, he'd be comin' to get their social security and medicare:
RECOUNT Kentucky !! :
Jake, if nothing else comes from this disastrous admin, I do believe we will have more effort to make sure each American citizen's vote counts. Both sides of the aisle should agree to this simple Constitutional right.
And Mitch is a Bitch...
I shouldn't have to state this but for the record I am opposed to election fraud no matter who is perpetrating it.
Ken has stated three times on this thread that someone (Snipes?) was convicted of election fraud in the 2016 election yet still "runs elections" in Florida. Even though he gave me a date of May 2018, I could find no reference to any such conviction. Ken, maybe you could provide a link?
If an elections official is found guilty of election fraud, one would think the Florida Secretary of State or Governor Scott would fire him or her (I don't think Ken has identified this election official who was found guilty of fraud by name, unless I missed it). If not, something is really weird in Florida.
Also, if election fraud is taking place right now in Broward County, surely with all the critical eyes watching their every move, incontrovertible evidence will be found and the perpetrators identified and fired. I mean, Florida is run by Republicans, right?
So, to conclude my ramblings, I find it hard to believe 1) that an individual previously found guilty of elections fraud is still employed running elections, as Ken stated more than once; and 2) that given the scrutiny and suspicion surrounding the current vote counting, and that Florida is governed by Republicans, that anyone in Broward County could get away with election fraud so great as to be able to steal an election.
If someone could provide a link showing that an elections official previously found guilty of election fraud is still running elections in Florida I would appreciate it.
I had given some links throughout this thread, but considering the amount of posts this thread has, I can see how you would miss it.
This link provides the basic information AND a link to the Judge's ruling against Snipes:

Tim Canova is a very Progressive Liberal person who has been fighting against the corruption in Broward County. One would have to understand the depths of corruption in that county, which runs through the Sherriff's Office as well as its political appointees...

As an aside, when using search engines like Google and Bing most of the links I have provided will be filtered out, or buried on the 50th page of results. Its not censorship, its just leaving out sources of information they prefer you not find/read.
Thank you. That sheds some light on things. The first article states "Florida's Department of State said it will send election experts to the Broward County elections office in upcoming elections to "ensure that all laws are followed.""
If that occurred as planned, then violations of law, if they are currently occurring, should be well documented. As a Democrat, I wish Snipes had resigned after the ruling against her. I understand she contends she didn't intentionally destroy the ballots, but that would still be incompetence, which only adds to the concern about how the votes are now being counted.
If you spend some time reading and watching about what has gone on since 2016, up to this past week, you will no doubt find that she has had contempt for Judge rulings, has not been compliant, and as to date has not suffered any consequences.
You mention additional oversight, the grievous actions 'alleged' to have occurred, were done AFTER the election was over and those additional oversights were no longer in place.
More than 80,000 ballots were 'found' after the election was over, and after the officials whom were there to ensure a fair and lawful election process transpired were no longer on the scene to witness what occurred, there will be no 'documentation' (other than citizens who took videos of suspicious or illegal activities) or proof that violations occurred.
But by any reasonable measure, a person of sound and fair (don't have to be impartial, just reasonable) mind recognizes that under no circumstances should tens of thousands of ballots magically (no records of how they arrived, when they arrived, or from whom) appear days after an election is over, nor should ballots that were rejected, ever be allowed into the count. But this is exactly what has occurred.
I don't know why but the old saying "Who's Kidding Who " comes to mind not only with political corruption and democrats in Florida BUT the democratic party standing alone .
Evidence ? The 2016 DNC
While I always admire the depth that Ken Burgess gives to all matters political , the evidence from the DEMOCRATS OWN NEWS MEDIA in 2016-17 with Donna Brazile , Debbie Wasserman Schultz , The DNC , the CNN debates , Hillary's scripted Trump debates ,........I mean come on people , democrats have a strange reaction every time they move around voting booths . It's kind of like an employee embezzler given access to a bank vault key .
You KNOW it's just a matter of time.
Boy ,the more I read about the ideals and opinions from the democratic party , the more I come to realize that I have finally met the people who wrote on the bathroom stall walls in elementary school.
At some point, you just have to sit back an laugh at it all, the incredible incompetence combined with the audacity and willingness to commit fraud right out in the open makes it a comedy.
You can't waste your time worrying about a country where such flagrant disregard for law is taking place, and nothing is done about it.
If Scott and DeSantis, Bernie Sanders and Tim Conova are all willing to allow these criminals to steal elections they won from them, there isn't any sense that you, I or anyone else lose any sleep over it.
It seems Americans are fine turning away from blatant disregard for law and voter fraud on a massive scale being committed... so be it.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2018/1 … car-video/
The proof I asked for earlier Ken, and have you reported your important discoveries of fraud to the authorities yet? Of course not, you simply post far right links and offer no proof of your claims. No, you won't answer these questions either.
Ken , In twenty short years the Democratic party has lost all sense of human decency and embraced 3rd world political corruption and promoting of blatant media lies . As shown by at least the once stoic decency of Sam Donaldson , Helen Thomas, what has happened to bring about the Jim Acosta's ,the Rachel Maddow's ?
Was it Dennis Miller ? .................:-]
I think there is a really corrupt element within the Democratic Party, which the likes of Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Gillum, are controlled by.
Then I think there are legitimate believers who have progressive ideas and are not (or were not at one time) under the control of the that criminal element like Bernie Sanders and Tim Canova who had their Democratic primary efforts torpedoed in Broward County.
Pockets of total corruption like Broward County, screw over progressives and conservatives equally, to ensure the worst criminals in politics remain or gain control.
What you "think" doesn't mean very much, Ken. Why don't you talk of something you actually KNOW? It's definitely not about voter fraud or the Dem party as it's apparent in your opinions. Have you ever run for political office before? If not, why do you believe you know more than anyone else about hw elections are run? More questions you won't answer...
BREAKING NEWS: It's painful to bring this news, but footage has been uncovered of someone, now identified as a Democratic operative, physically stopping a polling station worker from collecting a ballot box. The operative then goes on to physically assault the worker.
Everyone knows I'm no fan of Trump, but this footage is genuinely shocking, and there needs to be an investigation:
https://youtu.be/rVlhMGQgDkY?t=87
Ken , The corruption relatively new to the democratic part is evident in two phases those caught or not caught yet operating corrupted campaigns and elections AND those who stand back and watch while all the while denying it's existence for the party good . These two reasons are the most damning evidence of the most corrupted party known to modern politics anywhere .
No proof at all as usual, merely bluster unless you provide something to back up your words.
Whether it is the courts on multiple occasions that have found against Snipes/Broward County... or its Donna Brazile torching Clinton and exposing the corruption in the DNC, it doesn't seem to matter how much evidence there is, or how many times the courts rule against them.
Broward County has proven that the laws do nothing to keep fraud from happening.... no matter how many times they violate the law it doesn't seem to matter, they do what they want, if its only about maintaining the illusion that voting matters, or that the election process is legitimate, they have failed at that as well, because this has now become farcical.
Uh oh, more voter fraud by Democrats. Typical...
https://www.richmond.com/news/virginia/ … VhYI32yp2c
Now, now. The Democrats have been telling us for years and years that there is no voter fraud - only suppression by evil Republicans.
Are you saying that after hearing the mantra 10,000 times you still don't believe them?
The Democrat Party and the Communist Party. Is there a difference? I think maybe not.
As usual, the last few remaining Trump followers seem to have it backwards and up side down in their own little shrinking world: If you're looking for "Communists and Traitors" to the USA who will soon be imprisoned or worse for their unconscionable betrayals of this once great, crumbling country if we still have laws, look no further than comrade Donald who now truly seems to believe in his warped mind that he can betray the United States of America in broad daylight on global television with impunity:
Too bad for old Donny that just about everyone on Earth has the capability to easily film his disgusting, vile and egregiously unlawful actions:
Siding with our enemy:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-Xw0_2eMJg
So you don't mind Democrats breaking the law to rig our elections as long as Donald is outed?
Just because there are still a tiny, shrinking number of Trump followers who actually believe his almost daily hallucinations about voter fraud and Ted Cruz father's involvement in the assassination of JFK, and China inventing climate change as a hoax, doesn't mean the rest of us are that gullible:
WHY not just accept the fact that I posted a film clip of Bozo Trump, who was just REBUKED in the midterms, betraying the USA by siding with our enemy over our law enforcement? It's simple to do, just say I believe the facts:
Oh yeah, the big blue wave. Lol! The numbers are shrinking because the votes are being counted by Democrats. And you won't admit that Democrats are committing voter fraud on a massive scale. The real reason liberals are against voter ID laws is because it prevents them from cheating.
Do you even believe that only US Citizens should vote in American elections, or are you a "Global Citizen"?
Another Trumpster quoting Stalin in a matter of days on these forums. Big shock! It'll get worse the closer Mueller gets to his report on your guy's hero.
