Broward County FL in 2016 caught on video cheating, making up false ballots. And the same county, with the same people running the election, are at it again, tonight, trying to steal the election.  Literally creating ballots AFTER the election was over last night, and refusing to report to the state how many they have left to count.

I lived in Los Angeles for eight years.  I saw people paid by Democrats go to different places and get huge amounts of absentee ballots.  They each had a list to fill out the absentee ballots.  I asked one of them what this was about and a guy said "these are our just in case votes." I asked them if they knew that was illegal and they laughed.  One said "It's only illegal if someone has a problem with it." Nobody confronted these people.  I understand out there...it happens every election.  I saw people who proud to not be citizens and people would give them ballots.  Out there, voting was done in a person's house.  I saw a lot of things. Most of the voting was okay, but there were some blatant disregard for the laws.

I guess that I shouldn’t be surprised Ken. Here I am questioning the closeness of many of these races, which should not have been anywhere near close, while the Dems work to find more votes and they always do....one way or the other!
How anyone can continue to get behind the corrupt, misguided Democratic Party, is beyond my comprehension.

What I have a hard time comprehending, is how the State allowed those who were found guilty of Election Fraud in 2016 to run this year's election.

More importantly how did they not have oversight there to ensure they did not attempt this again, filling out absentee ballots and casting them is not that hard, when you do it AFTER an election, and have the list of those who already voted.

Like I said, 3rd world here we come.

I tried to find out who was convicted of election fraud in 2016 and still currently running elections in Florida, but no luck. Would you mind sharing that info?

Trump's voter fraud commission, packed with his own people, couldn't find any evidence of fraud and finally disbanded.

            https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/President … _Integrity

Trump and his followers believe that simple human error is the same as fraud. It is not, as his own commission found out.

Two words; political correctness. Worry and hand-wringing over how it will appear if these people are demoted, let go, challenged whatever... Appearances are everything, apparently, while honesty and integrity are wavering, to put it mildly!

Kudos to Rick Scott for facing this head on and calling it what it is, "an attempt to steal an election."

Ken said that officials who were found guilty of election fraud in 2016 are currently running elections. If that is true, wouldn't Gov. Rick Scott be responsible for that? I can't imagine not firing an elections official found guilty of election fraud.

Do you have an explanation for this?

Good question. Ms. Snipes has been 'overseeing' elections in Broward County forever....maybe she received the proverbial slap on the wrist, was re-elected on name recognition (having been there forever) and returned to her old ways.

I am in Central Florida, so I am not privy to the local News, south of me.

Who am I to say? I am a citizen of the United States Of America and I can plainly see what is right before my eyes. A Party, your Party, the Democratic Party, is attempting to steal an election.
Prior to this, I questioned the “closeness of several races” and I stand by that comment. The Democratic Party has embraced socialism. They seek to keep We the people, under their thumb, in control, in servitude to them. Yes, I have a big problem with that. The Government exist to Serve we the people, not the other way around, so yes, I have to question close races.

Have you read any stories, watched any videos of what is happening in Broward County right now?  Are you paying attention or are you waiting for permission from your beloved Party?

You seem to be a very intelligent person, don’t just walk away from the Dem Party Cred, run as fast as you can and don’t look back!

Don't want to ruffle your feathers, Ms. AB, but I am, myself, a citizen of the United States of America, and what you speak of is not what I see. Is your vision of things any more valid than mine?  Why would it be? There are a lot of people in this country that see things the way I see them. That is one reason why there now is a House of Representatives in Washington, where the Dems are now in control. I help put them there.

I have a LOT of problems with Republicans, too. I simply do not trust them nor their political instincts.

I will wait for the officials in Tallahassee to rule on the viability of the ballots in Broward County and go with their decision. But I want ALL votes counted.

Then you see that it is in my interest to question close races for the same reasons that you do but with a desire for a different outcome.

As a Black man, I run away from the Republicans as our natural adversary in this place and time.

Black men and women are indeed gravitating toward Democratic Progressive Salvation, the party which has their best interests at heart:

Just FYI: Democrats are fighting for Universal HealthCare, lower premiums and deductibles, fighting for protection and enhancement of our senior citizen's social security and medicare and medicaid, fighting to save our environment before Bozo Trump completely destroys it, Dems are fighting for women's rights, LGBTQ rights, racial equality etc while short timer Bozo Trump and his Russian Republicans fight AGAINST all of these critically important issues and believe it or not, Donald has instructed his DOJ to bring legal action to CANCEL the law enacted by the Obama Administration which PROTECTS pre-existing health conditions, a law which protects ALL Americans:

                    Just the Facts:

This type of animosity I hope for your sake you grow beyond one day. The worst most corrupt individuals in politics will use this sentiment to get you to work against your own best interests.

You cannot have black identity politics, and Latino identity politics, while  ‘white identitarians’ are demonised as driven by hatred. Whites are the sole race the mainstream media forbids to forge a sense of unity or to defend their own interest. The only identity whites are allowed is self-disgust. Whites who stray from ceaseless self-criticism are considered moral degenerates by the 'left'.

The American left urges every race to organise, pull together, demand their rights if not special treatment, recognise their common experience, celebrate their people’s separate history and separate accomplishments except one. If white people do the same thing, they’re bigoted and racist.

Trump rises in popularity, as the MSM doubles down on its idiocy, calling him evil, racist, and anyone who supports him as such, it leaves more and more Americans with little choice but to turn completely away from the 'left' and the insane antics of the likes of Don Lemon and Rachel Maddow.  To do otherwise is to support the 'white-people are evil' mantra of the left.

That message may be something easy for you to go along with, it may speak to something you have felt inside all your life.   But I would hope most people, regardless of whatever race they identify with, are turned off by it.

To be clear, I’m not arguing for white identity politics, but against identity politics of any brand.

The current Progressive Liberal effort insists that what we are is more important than who we are.  That our lives derive their meaning from our membership of groups. That your complexion eclipses everything else about you. Identity politics are overtly and explicitly racist.

White people alone cannot be regarded as a cohesive people, cannot experience solidarity, cannot feel communal pride, cannot fight back when slandered or stereotyped, cannot advocate for their interest and cannot ever, ever feel sorry for themselves. Eventually, there will be push back.

Credence, you are promoting this reality with your position, your posts, and your politics.  You are advocating racism even while you believe you are fighting against it.

I meant this for you Ken from a previous thread and now, for the rest of you...

No you won't live long enough and I won't either.

We are already divided, it is not broken down by race but by policies of one party verses the other. The conservative, white dominated party, Republicans want to maintain the status quo, that keep whites, generally in the drivers seat. I, as the underdog, am duty bound to break up that power and influence. Of course, you are going to resist, it is natural.

For example, black families earn ON AVERAGE $57.30 for every $100.00 in income from white families according to the Census Bureau's Current Population Survey as part of a 2017 NYT article. For every $100.00 in white family wealth, black families hold $5.04.

When that disparity ceases to be as stark, perhaps we would get on board with the Status Quo as well. In the meantime, we agitate for continued changes, as we must. When it comes to the GOP and their policies, not even income is a much a determinant for how 'blacks" will vote. Oprah will vote the same as the poorest inner city resident.

Since the founding of this republic OUR existence centers around agitation for change, and when I look at the political allegiance of other ethnic groups, I see much of that there as well. The vast majority of our folks simply cannot vote for your candidates, no more than chickens will vote for Colonel Sanders, regardless of candidates in blackface or whatever spin the GOP chooses to use.

But not to worry, the demographic game changer may not be so significant because we know that in America money and power can compensate for greater numbers. This is why without any major upheavals the Anglo based system will be safe through this century at a minimum.

No one is attacking white people, just seeking parity within the system. When that improves, you will see less stark racial and ethnic division in American politics.

I get it, I do... but the problem is, supporting the Democrats destroys the very things you are fighting hardest for, you don't see it, I get that too because mostly 'white guys' are the ones arguing against this socially and culturally destructive Progressive Liberal effort.

"its not broken down by race" ..."the white dominated party"

30 years of BS Creedence... 30 years of BS... what did you get from Democrats when they had TOTAL CONTROL???

Obama gave us the ACA... what did it do?

Do you know?   Did you ever have to use it for your family?

I did for one year, when we moved, and I can tell you that was the biggest waste of money, it covered nothing, it was theft, and we had the best plan available in the state that year... people worse off than us had a choice, eat and pay their rent, or throw away thousands of dollars on an insurance policy that covered nothing unless they got hit by a bus, maybe.

You... you have chosen to break things down by race. The Democrats are even more corrupt, and more useless to Americans (working Americans and those in need) than the Republicans... that is how worthless that party has truly become, but you don't see it because you bought into all the race baiting propaganda they have been selling you.

Do you know who Gillum was?  We discussed it in another thread, a Soros stooge, and exactly what do you think Soros was buying for those millions of dollars?  What is best for Americans?  Hardly.

Soros has destroyed nations, helped cause global economic panic, the man is interested in remaking America, and devotes hundreds of millions to seeing this come about.  Problem is, it won't be an America for Americans, and it won't be an America that provides Liberty and Freedom for its citizens.

And how will that be fixed... by having open borders where millions more can come in and get welfare and social services?

Open borders, so that anyone from anywhere can come to America and compete for any job available.  Driving down wages as employers can pick and choose from the world who to pay $2.00 an hour to do the work?

Higher taxes!  We can say the rich will pay them!  Only they never do, because they are rich, and they hire lawyers, and they incorporate, and they put their money in overseas accounts (like the Clintons, like John Kerry, like Pelosi) so that they don't pay taxes... so those taxes just get pushed down onto the poor stiffs working for $15.00 an hour and living worse than half the people collecting welfare do.

Easy to say when you aren't white. A statement like Don Lemon made doesn't seem like an attack to you then, it probably is something you totally identify with.

It's all good, white people will be the minority soon enough, and then the Hispanics will be the majority, and whites will be the majority minority... it will then become a power struggle between the Spanish speaking citizenry VS. the Anglo English speaking ones with everyone else having to pick between the two if they want to get a seat at the dinner table.

Ken, we (white, middle-aged men) are not being persecuted.

That is a fantasy we have created to defend ourselves from what we perceive as attacks on who we are.

The persecution is only perceived. It's not currently possible for us to be truly persecuted at societal level.

That's because we, as a social group, literally run the world. The social group we belong to has more economic, political and social power than any other social group on the planet.

So what you perceive as persecution, or oppression, is actually just the playing field starting to level out.

The problem is, when you're accustomed to power and privilege, equality feels a lot like oppression.

And our social group has grown accustomed to power and privilege Ken, so anything different feels like oppression.

It's not. It's just equality. And it's nothing to be afraid of.

(I know this post will have triggered some of you, but go have a lie down, you'll be ok).

I never said we were, never used that term, I merely stated fact.

This flies in the face of what occured to Kavanaugh, how Trump is treated by the media daily, what is allowed to be said daily by the likes of the NY Times (New Hampshire is to White) or CNN's Lemon (White men are the terrorists).  And increasingly by our left leaning politicians and activists.

I'm sure no amount of examples or explanation will bring light to my perspective for you, so I will leave it at that.

I wouldn't know what privilege was, never been wealthy, never got anything from anyone I didn't go out and earn.  And this is the case for MOST white people... try peddling that 'privilege' crap to some poor white folks eeking out an existence in a run down mobile home park.  I'm sure they'll let you know just how privileged they are.

I grew up in a world where discrimination against someone because of their race or sex had repercussions, EO, AA, and the like was already in place.

My first 12 years as an 'adult' was in the military, where discrimination could crop up...  you did not want to be the one white guy hanging with an otherwise all non-white unit, group, etc. anymore than you wanted to be the only black person in an otherwise all-white group, unit, etc.  but other than that, there was no 'establishment' racism.

Been that way in this country for decades now.

Your social group clearly has nothing in common with my social group, but I imagine your 'privilege' and your 'group' is a large reason why there is so much current racial divide in this country today.

But I'd like to correct that: it's currently not possible for our social group to be truly persecuted at a societal level by another social group.

People like you, Brett Kavanaugh and I, don't know what it's like to be persecuted at a societal level Ken, because our social group controls the country. It's just not currently possible for us to be collectively oppressed by the rest of the people in the country.

So being oppressed, Ken, is probably the one thing you and I can't appropriate from others.

I knew you would be triggered by the word privilege though.

All I can say is, suck it up.

Being men gives us certain privileges. Being white men, gives us more privileges.

The fact we may also have advantages/disadvantages due to being rich/poor, doesn't change the fact that we have those privileges.

                      It's called intersectionality Ken.

But don't worry, we'll be ok.

Just repeat this to yourself: it isn't oppression, it's just equality, we're going to be ok. It isn't oppression, it's just equality, we're going to be ok.

I know what my father did, and my grandfathers.  No slave owners. No KKK members.  No elite background.

I can tell you about child labor of my grandparents, how they had to wait for the adults to get done eating so they could eat the scraps.  Of running down to the train to get a block of ice, of working two shifts a day so they could afford a car.

I know the history of my parents and grand parents.

I also have a keen eye for where things are headed, generally speaking the future is pretty easy to read.  Trust me, I'm doing more laughing than you think.

I'm looking forward to being the majority minority.  I imagine at that point it will become even tougher to be black, when you are a minority of minorities, and have a Hispanic majority in addition to a white minority to contend with. That is... when you see the world through the prism of race.  Which I expect many still will.

abwilliams: The close races in what once were ruby red districts in Texas, Georgia and Florida were reflected in the POLLS weeks before the election even began which clearly proves the people, the voters had legitimate Democratic preferences and the tightness between candidates is not due to some phony fraud allegations by right wingers who are in a tizzy fit denial:

There might have been a case to be made for fraud if the POLLS indicated a 20% gap and the races ended up as close as they are, but that was not the case and everyone knows it: Soon to be impeached, indicted and removed Bozo Trump got pounced on NOV 6th for  innumerable reasons, not the least of which he's just a rotten dark self absorbed wanna' be dictator, and he knows it:

I really do not care what the pollsters speculated up and until Election Day, I only care about this Country and keeping her on track. Embracing socialism, does not do that, taking us further and further left, as Obama did so well and as Clinton would have continued to do, would have taken us off the tracks, through the badlands and over the cliff.
Thank God for President Trump for unselfishly taking over, precisely when we needed him to and may justice prevail in these attempts throughout the Nation to steal this latest election.

I'm not going to respond to nonsense about "FRAUD" etc because according to officials, none has be found in Broward County it's just another retarded ruse by the paranoid orange one perched in our oval office, but Bozo Trump has forced the crumbling USA into a real and explosive state of semi-fascism, semi-communism, and has facilitated along with his republican accomplices, a Complete Capitalism TAKE Over by transferring trillions of our wealth to the filthy rich, and we are half way toward a two bit dictatorship and that's the TRUE Mega-Danger of this massively corrupt and VILE illegitimate administration:

Socialism is the opposite, and we as a nation have already incorporated many aspects such as critically important life saving government programs such as social security and medicare which have been an overwhelming success for decades, a protection for our senior citizens, a success that republican Mitch "Mutt" McConnell and con man republican Paul Ryan have been trying to destroy for many years and if republicans had God Forbid held the house, they would have began their assault with the blessing of that orange coward who refused to visit veterans in France because of poor weather:

If you've ever worked a full time job in your life, you'd better thank the good lord that the Dems WON the house of representatives because they are committed to protecting and enhancing social security and medicare and now they can at least BLOCK republicans and that crazy fool in our oval office from dismantling our retirement programs and healthcare system:

Apparently, the "maturity" of Trump voters did not extend to dismissing the one candidate who built his candidacy on the birther movement, even going so far to send his lawyers to Hawaii to find proof of Obama's Kenyan birth (if what Trump says is to be believed).  How can a person support such an immature person for President? Its amazing they were found guilty of fraud, of burning ballots, of forging ballots in the 2016 election, and still the same people are running this election.

There is fraud again, hopefully this time they will be held accountable, this time it is national news with the  federal government willing to step in, as it should, examples need to be made out of these criminals.

Ken, there might be another explanation for that video. The individual precincts report vote counts electronically - and then, as they close up shop the actual paper ballots, (already counted and reported), are transported to county election headquarters - by precinct volunteers, (explains the personal vehicles?), not picked-up by official vehicles or personnel..

Also, Broward county's site glossary speaks of 'blue canvas bags', which are used to transport precinct operating materials, ie. a cell phone(?), instruction manuals, special forms, signage placards, (Vote Here), etc. to each precinct. Many of those bags in the video appeared to be blue canvas bags.

I am not saying that was what was videoed, just pointing out there may be a valid explanation. And if it matters, regarding my perspective, I am not rooting for a Democrat victory in Fla.

Here is a quote from the witness/taker of the video:

Once they posted the results on the door, I started photographing the Congressional race tallies.

It took a little while, but when finished, I headed out to my car.

As I was leaving, 2 women carrying a box marked "provisional ballots", and a woman with a small cart that had a ballot bag on it came walking back towards the precinct building.

I was curious and asked them if they were allowed to just walk around with that stuff.

One lady told me "the truck left these out there."

          I thought, WTF?

As I turned away from them and headed out to the parking lot, I noticed there was a truck at the far end of the parking lot.

Did she not just tell me it had left?

I then noticed a long line of cars lined up leading to that truck. Where did these ballots come from?

Watch the video of what was happening.

Please make note that our votes are being loaded into a rental truck, not a State Official truck, heading off to parts unknown.

Please also note that some of the cars delivering the ballots to the truck only have one person in them. Rules dictate that ballots are never to be handled by fewer than 2 election officials at a time.

I also believe that these ballots are supposed to go straight from the precincts to the Supervisor of Elections warehouse, not driven to another precinct.

I wish I would have waited and followed the truck. How do we even know these ballots ended up where they were supposed to?

This is absolutely absurd and needs to be rectified.

Election integrity in this County is a joke.

This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

I would expect the link I have provided to last night's video showing those ballots arriving in the middle of the night via personal vehicles to also disappear soon off of Facebook, surprised it has lasted this long.

There is less conjecture now than there was.

First, we have Snipes, and that county, responsible for fraudulent acts (as in more than one, in more than one election) in the past.

Second, Snipes and Broward county are currently in violation of Florida law, this has already been ruled on, and hopefully this will invalidate all or most of the 80,000+ votes they have 'found' since well after the election was over and polls closed.

I have no sympathy, not for Broward County or the voters there, this is a repeat offender of election violations that they have continued to place in charge.

What needs to happen now, is a very public display be made, and the full force of the law be brought against any and all of those who are responsible for this fraud, so that maybe, just possibly people who are inclined to commit mass voter fraud realize that there is an actual price to pay for violating the law.

Maybe then, counties would stop putting repeat offenders in charge of elections, and these criminals would consider the price to steep to pay.

Its the only way to ensure a relatively honest election process... if Snipes gets away with these flagrant violations and felonies yet again, it will only multiply across the country in 2020.

I would suggest to all that any accusations of racism between the two parties comes from simply an Ideological bias .  If one belongs to the democratic party  you HAVE to accuse racism , you HAVE to accuse bigotry , you HAVE to accuse misogyny, you HAVE to accuse white nationalism ,  If you don't follow the narrative then your accused of being a party traitor . They don't know any better , it would require too much  independent strength in one's thought process to belong to the conservative  party where independent thinking is the first and foremost ideological requirement .

I feel so bad for democrats .

Does any actual evidence exist to support election fraud in Broward County because I haven't seen any reported by a legitimate source, unless you count right wingers on social media and Fox Fantasy Channel crying pools of tears like fragile little darlings because they lost the midterms: I briefly passed by the Hammity Show last night and boy, Sean looks about 10 shades whiter than he usually does and that's pretty darn ghostly, a little sickly:

I just watched the head of elections in Florida a couple hours ago and he hasn't sen any evidence either and I guess he should know:

Sadly, that seems far too accurate to be funny.

Every vote has to match up to a real person who actually voted on Election Day, but we cannot be confident of this.

You have to be able to reconcile the ballots. A specific number of ballots are sent to every precinct. And in every other County in Florida, we know how many of those vote ballots were voted, and how many of them were returned blank because someone didn't vote them.

But in Broward County, we still don't know the answer to that, that's what makes fraud probable.  They did not follow the law, they did not retain proper chain of custody, they did not report to the state what they should have, when they should have.  And Snipes herself has already stated rejected ballots were mixed into the tally and counted.  Invalidating the entire count of the county.

Its not a matter of was fraud committed or were laws violated, both are evident and provable.

What we will see, is if our laws don't have any teeth, if accountability can't be enforced, future elections will be decided by who controls the counting and reporting, and not by the voters.

Two DOE staffers have been stationed in Broward County since at least Nov. 6 to oversee the administration of the elections, visit polling stations, and “ensure that all laws are followed.”

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced Friday it had received no reports of illegal activity activity in Broward, nor had Scott formally requested an investigation into voter fraud.

Elections monitors from Scott’s office remain in Broward, overseeing the process.

A Florida judge in a Monday ruling told Democrats and Republicans invested in the Florida recount battle to "ramp down the rhetoric," warning unsubstantiated allegations of malfeasance could undermine the public's support in state officials.

“I am urging because of the highly public nature of this case to ramp down the rhetoric,” Tuter said, according to the Associated Press.

“If someone in this lawsuit or someone in this county has evidence of voter fraud or irregularities at the supervisor’s office, they should report it to their local law enforcement officer,” Tuter said. “If the lawyers are aware of it, they should swear out an affidavit, but everything the lawyers are saying out there in front of the elections office is being beamed all over the country. We need to be careful of what we say. Words mean things these days.”

The Judge is obviously out of touch with the fact that this already has undermined the public's support, and for good reason.

Laws were broken.  A Judge's orders were ignored.  Proper custody of ballots had been lost, repeatedly, and the Supervisor herself admitted that rejected ballots had been entered into the count.

This needs a full investigation, with people going to jail, examples of them being made, and if it takes going all the way to the Supreme Court, again, to get it resolved, so be it.

I shouldn't have to state this but for the record I am opposed to election fraud no matter who is perpetrating it.
Ken has stated three times on this thread that someone (Snipes?) was convicted of election fraud in the 2016 election yet still "runs elections" in Florida. Even though he gave me a date of May 2018, I could find no reference to any such conviction. Ken, maybe you could provide a link?

If an elections official is found guilty of election fraud, one would think the Florida Secretary of State or Governor Scott would fire him or her (I don't think Ken has identified this election official who was found guilty of fraud by name, unless I missed it). If not, something is really weird in Florida.

Also, if election fraud is taking place right now in Broward County, surely with all the critical eyes watching their every move, incontrovertible evidence will be found and the perpetrators identified and fired. I mean, Florida is run by Republicans, right?

So, to conclude my ramblings, I find it hard to believe 1)  that an individual previously found guilty of elections fraud is still employed running elections, as Ken stated more than once; and 2) that given the scrutiny and suspicion surrounding the current vote counting, and that Florida is governed by Republicans, that anyone in Broward County could get away with election fraud so great as to be able to steal an election.

If someone could provide a link showing that an elections official previously found guilty of election fraud is still running elections in Florida I would appreciate it.

I had given some links throughout this thread, but considering the amount of posts this thread has, I can see how you would miss it.

This link provides the basic information AND a link to the Judge's ruling against Snipes:

        https://www.local10.com/news/florida/br … udge-rules

Tim Canova is a very Progressive Liberal person who has been fighting against the corruption in Broward County.  One would have to understand the depths of corruption in that county, which runs through the Sherriff's Office as well as its political appointees...

        https://timcanova.com/2018/05/14/browar … e-rules-2/

        https://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/polit … story.html

Various supporting links of current events:

        https://www.onenewsnow.com/politics-gov … elons-vote

        https://noqreport.com/2018/11/09/browar … ords-laws/

As an aside, when using search engines like Google and Bing most of the links I have provided will be filtered out, or buried on the 50th page of results.  Its not censorship, its just leaving out sources of information they prefer you not find/read.

Thank you. That sheds some light on things. The first article states "Florida's Department of State said it will send election experts to the Broward County elections office in upcoming elections to "ensure that all laws are followed.""

If that occurred as planned, then violations of law, if they are currently occurring, should be well documented. As a Democrat, I wish Snipes had resigned after the ruling against her. I understand she contends she didn't intentionally destroy the ballots, but that would still be incompetence, which only adds to the concern about how the votes are now being counted.

If you spend some time reading and watching about what has gone on since 2016, up to this past week, you will no doubt find that she has had contempt for Judge rulings, has not been compliant, and as to date has not suffered any consequences.

You mention additional oversight, the grievous actions 'alleged' to have occurred, were done AFTER the election was over and those additional oversights were no longer in place.

More than 80,000 ballots were 'found' after the election was over, and after the officials whom were there to ensure a fair and lawful election process transpired were no longer on the scene to witness what occurred, there will be no 'documentation' (other than citizens who took videos of suspicious or illegal activities) or proof that violations occurred.

But by any reasonable measure, a person of sound and fair (don't have to be impartial, just reasonable) mind recognizes that under no circumstances should tens of thousands of ballots magically (no records of how they arrived, when they arrived, or from whom) appear days after an election is over, nor should ballots that were rejected, ever be allowed into the count.  But this is exactly what has occurred.

I don't know why but the old saying "Who's Kidding Who " comes to mind not only with political corruption and democrats in Florida BUT the democratic party standing alone .

      Evidence ? The 2016 DNC

While I always admire the depth that Ken Burgess gives to all matters political , the evidence from the DEMOCRATS OWN NEWS MEDIA  in 2016-17 with Donna Brazile , Debbie Wasserman Schultz , The DNC , the  CNN  debates ,  Hillary's scripted Trump debates ,........I mean come on people , democrats have a strange reaction every time they move around voting booths . It's kind of like an employee embezzler given access to a bank vault key .

You KNOW it's just a matter of time.

At some point, you just have to sit back an laugh at it all, the incredible incompetence combined with the audacity and willingness to commit fraud right out in the open makes it a comedy.

You can't waste your time worrying about a country where such flagrant disregard for law is taking place, and nothing is done about it.

If Scott and DeSantis, Bernie Sanders and Tim Conova are all willing to allow these criminals to steal elections they won from them, there isn't any sense that you, I or anyone else lose any sleep over it.

It seems Americans are fine turning away from blatant disregard for law and voter fraud on a massive scale being committed... so be it.

Ken , In twenty short years the Democratic party has lost all sense of human decency and embraced 3rd world political corruption and promoting of blatant media lies .   As shown by at least the once stoic  decency of  Sam Donaldson ,  Helen Thomas, what has happened to bring about the Jim Acosta's ,the  Rachel Maddow's ?

Was it Dennis Miller ? .................:-]

I think there is a really corrupt element within the Democratic Party, which the likes of Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Gillum, are controlled by.

Then I think there are legitimate believers who have progressive ideas and are not (or were not at one time) under the control of the that criminal element like Bernie Sanders and Tim Canova who had their Democratic primary efforts torpedoed in Broward County.

Pockets of total corruption like Broward County, screw over progressives and conservatives equally, to ensure the worst criminals in politics remain or gain control.

What you "think" doesn't mean very much, Ken. Why don't you talk of something you actually KNOW? It's definitely not about voter fraud or the Dem party as it's apparent in your opinions. Have you ever run for political office before?  If not, why do you believe you know more than anyone else about hw elections are run? More questions you won't answer...

BREAKING NEWS: It's painful to bring this news, but footage has been uncovered of someone, now identified as a Democratic operative, physically stopping a polling station worker from collecting a ballot box. The operative then goes on to physically assault the worker.

Everyone knows I'm no fan of Trump, but this footage is genuinely shocking, and there needs to be an investigation:

Ken , The corruption relatively new to the democratic part is evident in two phases  those caught or not caught yet operating corrupted campaigns and elections AND those who stand back and watch while all the while denying it's existence for the party good . These two reasons are the most damning evidence of the most corrupted party known to modern politics anywhere .

Whether it is the courts on multiple occasions that have found against Snipes/Broward County... or its Donna Brazile torching Clinton and exposing the corruption in the DNC, it doesn't seem to matter how much evidence there is, or how many times the courts rule against them.

Broward County has proven that the laws do nothing to keep fraud from happening.... no matter how many times they violate the law it doesn't seem to matter, they do what they want, if its only about maintaining the illusion that voting matters, or that the election process is legitimate, they have failed at that as well, because this has now become farcical.

As usual, the last few remaining Trump followers seem to have it backwards and up side down in their own little shrinking world: If you're looking for "Communists and Traitors" to the USA who will soon be imprisoned or worse for their unconscionable betrayals of this once great, crumbling country if we still have laws, look no further than comrade Donald who now truly seems to believe in his warped mind that he can betray the United States of America in broad daylight on global television with impunity:

Too bad for old Donny that just about everyone on Earth has the capability to easily film his disgusting, vile and egregiously unlawful actions:

        Siding with our enemy:

Just because there are still a tiny, shrinking number of Trump followers who actually believe his almost daily hallucinations about voter fraud and Ted Cruz father's involvement in the assassination of JFK, and China inventing climate change as a hoax, doesn't mean the rest of us are that gullible:

WHY not just accept the fact that I posted a film clip of Bozo Trump, who was just REBUKED in the midterms, betraying the USA by siding with our enemy over our law enforcement? It's simple to do, just say I believe the facts:

Oh yeah, the big blue wave. Lol! The numbers are shrinking because the votes are being counted by Democrats. And you won't admit that Democrats are committing voter fraud on a massive scale. The real reason liberals are against voter ID laws is because it prevents them from cheating.
Do you even believe that only US Citizens should vote in American elections, or are you a "Global Citizen"?
