New, old, or complicated,,,if you wanna say ILOVEYOU and really mean it, just say so. Doesn't matter who said it first. If you won't say it, you might gonna regret it for the rest of your life...

My husband told me first and I said "Thank You", lol. I was a little gun shy from a bad divorce. I did say it back later in the night and now we're married. I really don't think it matters who says it first as long as you mean it but those words can  be scary to some men, especially if they're not looking for a big commitment.

It should not matter who says it first, just make sure that it is said for the right reason and is not being said just to move a step towards intercoarse or prevention of breaking up.

Wait for him to say it? Hrmmmm is that a good question. If you are comfortable with the idea of being in love with him and you feel that you are in love with him. Why, should you wait?

I suggest when you have that feeling come over you when your with him then tell him that you love him. Maybe he is too scared to say it to you. It could be a way to bridge the gap. On the other hand please don't forget it can create more of a gap. But I think your sitting there waiting and waiting for him when you feel love for him could damange your relationship more. You can start feeling paranoid in how he feels and if you two have a connection.

Say it and see how it goes!
