Marriage is 95% labor of love and 5% sexual intimacy. Many marriages have survived a lack of sex, despite the spouse's or both spouses having physical or emotional issues and disabilities.

After all if a marriage is based on so-called "good sex" and nothing else, the marriage is doomed from the start because there's always gonna be someone to give or dish out better sex  than you or your spouse when it comes to sexual intimacy. Marriage is viewed scripturally as a permanent arrangement or divine institution from God and should not be dictated by worldly reasoning, trends, or the "me first attitude", when problems due to a lack of sexual intimacy crops up.

Real love from the heart sticks to and cements itself to each spouse and is willing to weather through stormy hurricanes and the tsunamis of life when it comes to the lack of sexual intimacy....Please by all means necessary, stick to your spouse, fight for your marriage to stay alive, happy, and filled with contentment. Sexual incompatibility should not be a reason to end one's marriage.

Would you rather your mate leave you or cheat on you?
I suspect many people who are sexually frustrated decide to cheat because they do not believe sexual incompatibility is a valid reason to end their marriage. It's cheaper too if not caught.

dashingscorpio, if your mate truly loves you, he or she will not cheat on you nor leave you. Cheating or leaving is not an option in mrriage when both mates love one another for better or worse. I would neither want my spouse to cheat on me or leave.

Unfortunately we don't have a say on what our mate decides to do. If for example someone is very unhappy with their sex life at some point they're likely to make the choice to leave or cheat. Neither sex or love (alone) will save a marriage.
