   I think love at first sight is a nice idea-but I don’t think you could love someone the moment you notice them-you may drool-may feel immediate attraction, but love is more than skin deep and at first sight, skin deep is all you have

   been with mine since 1990..I do not believe in it anymore, the last 5 years he has became abise and we dont know why..it is now a daily thing..I keep hanging on, but he took his ring off tonight because I was listing on ebay and he tld me had sex with my best friend to try and ruin all my relationships with others..I know she did not, so I had to send an appology after threatening her..I hope she accepts
   
   and I do not know what the next few days will be like..sometimes I feel like I don't want to be in this body anymore, I cant take the physical pain it is giving me and the emotional/physical pain he has started in on every day since I expanded "technically" his store..Im just the unpaid designer, artist, carver, glass blower and herbalist ...

    I truly believe in love at first sight, true love is not as common as everyone believes sometimes it is just lust or people are in deep like with each other, the love that connects to the depth of being willing to die for each others' needs is rare and quite beautiful, a treasure more precious than any gold!

    one thing is that people get lust and love confused, but they are totally differnt from one another. i do believe in love at first sight. does it happen to every one No but can it happen YES. see when you fall in love with someone when you first see them you fall in love with how they carry them selves. but dont get me wrong some people fall in lust from how people carry them selves.

    I do believe in love at first sight.  For example, a mother who looks at her newborn baby for the first time.  A father who looks into the eyes of his newborn baby.  Siblings who look at each other for the first time.  Perhaps we've all been thinking about only one type of relationship.

    No.
    But physical attraction at first sight?
    Yes!
    If you base love only on physical features i think it is very shallow and it is not real true love but a physical attraction, lust, desire but love? no i don't think so
    I think love takes time to grow and develop as two people get to know each other more and more...
    
    Lasting love is NOT based solely on physical features because look at the old couples both wrinkled and old but still holding hands walking in the park...
    But yea, i agree you have to be attracted to the guy/girl on a physical level FIRST, otherwise like they say" there's no chemistry"
    Chemistry is that physical attraction i think... but i dont believe in love at first sight...

    Yes, I believe!  My husband and I met one evening, and spent the next two weeks spending every moment possible together. At the end of the second week, he proposed to me, and I said yes.
    
    Six weeks after that, we married.
    
    21 years later, we are still as in love with each other as we were all those years ago...he still makes my heart skip a beat when he walks into the room...

    Yes.  I do believe in love at first sight.  It happened to me.  A chance encounter seem to draw us closer together.  By the end of the day, we were acting as if we were old friends.  I think that love at first sight could be a chemical reaction that causes an emotional torrent of love between to biological beings.  How else can you explain the intense feeling of love!
