   Yes i have real friends who do stand by me when i do an odd thing and the world will hate to say that I am a friend so far. Real friendship is a relationship that one is all free to chose from and responsible for the choice. Its not bind by any other relation but for me it feels stronger then other relation. Friendship is very precious as one is real in front of friends. With other relation one tends to pretend but with friends one becomes very comfortable to unmask else its not real friendship. Real Friendship is a relation which is pure unconditional and judgment free.  I am thankful to God for blessing me with such real friends. Real friendship helps to remain grounded in life also.

   In our old autograph albums we could usually find the following:
   "True friends are like diamonds, precious and rare;
   False friends are like autumn leaves, found everywhere."
   Real friendships are indeed precious and I hope that I'm a good friend to those whose friendship I value, too. It's a bit like marriage, it doesn't just happen but is something that needs to be two-way and worked at, but it's worth it, as it's so rewarding.

      I agree with you. Friendship is a special relationship that needs to be cultivated, and having a real friendship with someone is a rewarding thing. Thanks for responding to this question BlossomSB.

   Friendship to me,  is having someone I can rely on, who I can be myself around.  Who I can relax and giggle with, gossip with, party with.   Someone who understands me, who I build memories with, and they can think all this of me too
