   The worst quality that I find in people is actually lying.
   
   I CAN NOT stand liars!
   
   I was raised in a household where I was always told the truth. My parents didn't sugar coat anything. My mom never made a promise she couldn't keep. I expect that in return.
   
   I have no patience for people who lie and can't keep promises!

   Its a toss up between dishonesty and plain cruelty, which often includes some kind of dishonesty.  When a person is willing to cheat and be dishonest and cruel, that is not something you can work with at all.  You can't reason with such people, and they can ruin completely good situations with their tactics.

   pompous self Righteousness the people who are so sure they are Superior to you that they wont discuss an issue , Because your opinion can be backed up and their's can't    Since they can't win the discussion with facts and you can they just act as if you are not bright enough to speak about it.

   The largest flaw in human relations is that of putting on a false face or deception in order to make personal gains. This lack of quality in some individuals, such as in the political arena, is perhaps the most despicable human trait and even though most folks recognize it for what it is, they somehow seem to accept it as the norm, rather than the exception.The next most disturbing lack of values in human kind at times is that of some who deliberately do misdeeds, as with adultery and other sexual atrocities, and still are accepted by their peers and the public as a whole, as heroes and admired for what they have done. Thank goodness there are just as many admirable qualities in human kind, such as respecting others, kindness, compassion, and genuine caring for fellow human beings. These are the heart felt qualities of life and what makes it all worth living, after all. In the long run, this positive force of goodness, opposes all the evil done and in human history, and is, perhaps,the saving grace for us all.God is a forgiving Father.

   The only qualities that I dislike in others are usually the ones that bug me the most about myself. I am honest enough to say that the distorted mirror of someone who is not me doing what I would do but in a way that I cant justify leaves me the most cold.

      Good show. I would agree I often get mad at my sons then on reflection realize im angry because I see in them what I dislike in my self.

   Two-headed snake.
   
   Upfront, the people pretend to be good to you.
   
   Behind your back, talk bad about you and spread rumors.
   
   This is what had happened to my daughter in school when she treats her classmates well and teach them. In the end, they turn against her and said bad things even though it was never true.

    The worst quality would be being too self-centered. I abhor these kind of people because they will only be thinking of themselves and disregard their relatives, friends and even parents. This also entail dishonesty, disrespect and superciliousness. People who have this quality are not fit to be leaders.

    Arrogant self righteousness. Because these people think that they are better than everyone else, they tend to have the following qualities.
    1) Judgmentailsm - The are free to condemn others because they feel they are superior. When you think you are better than everyone else, bigotry, condescension, and prejudice are not far behind.
    2) Insensitivity - Because they think that everyone should be able to be like them, they have no sense of kindness or sympathy when people fail. When insensitivity turns active, it becomes cruelty. They are SELF-righteous, they have a standard in their own mind that they have met. As a result, everyone who isn't as perfect as they are is a loser. (And I think that using the word loser is a nice way of putting it.)
    3) Nasty speech - Arrogant people don't listen to others and don't care about them. Remember that the base principle of arrogant self-righteousness, is that if you were like me, you wouldn't be such a loser. This gives the arrogant person the mental freedom to lie, gossip, and make up their own truth. They will say anything to make sure that their public image is always perfect.
    4) Uncaring - Arrogant people ultimately live only for themselves and they don't care about anyone else. It is interesting that self-righteous people are more concerned about blame and punishment than about the fact that frankly, people are weak and make mistakes. A self-righteous person can't comprehend what to do about someone who is weak.
    And, so that I will not condemn myself as arrogant and self-righteous, yes, I admit, some very specific people come to mind when I ponder this question. And since they are arrogant and self-righteous, obviously, I am better than they are. Oops! For the record, I pray for these people regularly, and I pray that I will be humble.

    Deception is at the very top of my list of the very worst quality in people. I believe it's because so many other undesirable qualities are manifested from deception.

    There is nothing more frustrating than a people who JUDGE. People who can't look beyond appearance~ who use nothing more than their eyes to see a person...who take other people's word about a person before getting to know him/her themselves...

    Cruelty is the worst humanity as far as I see.  Cruelty implies that a person has intentions to harm others.  I could understand harming some one by accident or in some kind of mental break down.  I cannot understand plotting to harm others. 
    I could deal with Arrogant, Greedy, lusty, dishonest, ignorant people, but if a person is truly a cruel person, I would want nothing to do with them.
