      Its not necessary to become friends, with the people, whom we give some help, when they were in need. Because, If we really want to help any one, we have to just help them, with out expecting a thanks from them.

   Breathe...live in the present.  Looking back or projecting too far into the future are unhealthy.  Reminiscing is fine, yet living in the past is not.  Planning for the future makes sense, yet we can only get there by living one day, one hour at a time.  Being  fully mindful of the present makes us better people no matter what else we do.

   The best thing we can do is to love others as if they were ourselves and to wish for them everything that they desire. We need to do this without any self-concern, including without any thought of recompense or reward.
   
   When we do this, we rise above all concept of victim into the realm of creation and inspiration. This is where true forgiveness is born. Those who never make it here, never truly forgive.
   
   When we put this altruistic Love, first, then we heal the world like nothing else can.
