I randomly got this serendipitous post that poses the same reason I gave in response to another post ~

People are confused as to their role in life so they seek an answer that suits their wants rather than their need.

They want an answer that supersedes and transcends what they sense, feel and are aware to be incongruous answers to the basic truth of our existence; but they refuse to  accept that we(collectively) are the God we seek - the entity that has the authority, stewardship and responsibility for navigating the spirit within existence.

This notion would be easy to convey; but humanity runs from its job as the discoverer of the God wished to be. They go round and round defeating their own plan, goal and objective because they lack the sense, ability and awareness to navigate the course of the journey needed to derive the inclusive, civil and selfless destiny; so probability iteration and permutation steers their random course of distress.

This is why there are so many inquiries on this subject.  The reason they propagate is the tangents that temptation provides to dilute the notion of humanities responsibility to solve its problems in an inclusive, civil and selfless fashion.

Inclusive, civil and selfless ~ this is the way of God the only way...  To act like God is to be God; to be God is to acknowledge inclusive, civil and selfless responsibility for the stewardship of the All ~ the God that seeks its Creation.

"To act like God is to be God; to be God"
"accept that we (collectively) are the God we seek"

These 2 statements are lies. THE TRUTH is...we can act like and emulate GOD...but only IF, IF, IF...we know HIM and have been set free by HIS SON, confessing our sins and repenting, changing our minds about HIM and receiving HIS salvation by redemption through HIS blood and have received HIS HOLY SPIRIT. smile

Anything, anything else is just having a "FORM" of godliness, but denying the power of GOD !!!

AND...we cannot, CANNOT "BE GOD". HE is set apart from all human beings and they can never BE...HIM...HE alone is GOD, we are created and receive from HIM and always will. We are subject to HIM and always will be.

HE is The Potter and we are the clay and always will be.

"we collectively are the GOD we seek" ???

Again a lie. THE TRUTH is that we collectively are dust, made from dust and all together cannot even contain HIM. HE is INFINITE and we are collectively finite.

HE is set apart and pure. Without knowing THE MESSIAH YAHSHUA (JESUS)...we cannot even approach GOD and HE does not hear us unless we obey HIS voice and have been bought with the price that HIS SON paid in HIS sacrifice.

The only thing about your statement "accept that we(collectively) are the God we seek"...Is that it is a collection of lies and a repackaging of this one.

"NOW THE serpent was more subtle and crafty than any living creature of the field which the Lord God had made. And he [Satan] said to the woman, Can it really be that God has said, You shall not eat from every tree of the garden?

And the woman said to the serpent, We may eat the fruit from the trees of the garden,

Except the fruit from the tree which is in the middle of the garden. God has said, You shall not eat of it, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.

But the serpent said to the woman, You shall not surely die,

For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing the difference between good and evil and blessing and calamity.

Well....everyone knows that they ate and they died. GOD is NOT mocked, you reap what you sow. Disobeying HIS voice results in death.

If one does not confess with the mouth and believe in the heart that Yashuah (Jesus) is THE MESSIAH and that HE sacrificed Himself for our sins and repent of ones evil ways and turn away from them.

If one does not, then they will DIE IN THE SINS they have done.

THE TRUTH will set you free from a life of sin and death !!!

You see, to adhere to doctrine is all well, and good, but when it makes a farce out of the evidence and the logic of empirical observation its stupidity...
My God is great and good, to let us evolve as an inclusive civil and selfless entity, to glorify the notion of love; but yours allows everything to be pathetic to the point of exclusive evil selfishness, why is that?
What I am saying is your logic is a copout for not taking on the responsibility to improve the state of affairs on the face of the earth in the here and now.  I, your belief is, your god is going to do that in due time;   I am saying, what was said by John, “make straight the way of The Lord”.  You are reading, around, the spirit of the words and stuck on the literal interpretation that we are weak; yea,” as long as you say it, it will continue to be”.  I am saying the spirit is, “If it takes destruction then it will occur”.   If humanity cannot get it together to act like the God self (inclusive, civil and selfless) as a response to the power of being energy in a united balance of equilibrium probability (this maybe to technical) it is the mechanics behind the collective energy of humanity as the being force that is evolving to the omega energy state.  Well, the spirit of logic is; God has to be us. Why would he invest in a failed proposition by giving freewill if it were not a requirement for the Godhead to develop the Omega?

Look, you cannot just extract your little delusional form of rationalization from a universe of information that states all energy is the same.
In the absolute reality, all of the evidence cards on the table must be included in the theory of faith.  To pronounce a verdict and judge by using out of context quotes from verses is a bit much.  Christ never liked that strategy either if I recollect correctly.  I am not being particular; but just because your group says something is true, it does not make it so; but in a general theory of existence, what I say includes all the rational belief you can muster.
I myself am very close to Christ and share in his dilemma, how to make humanity responsible for their actions.  He died in testament to humanity’s stupidity; that they were not capable of understanding; but I thought I would give it a shot and see if I could point out what needs to occur, so humanity, need not be, destroyed.  John did the same; and they didn’t listen to him either.  I’m guessing the prophets, of doom, are winning the bet; as you are a testament to it as you fix your position.
If we are not, God, we cannot save ourselves; so, you best, prepare to become God like during those last days you all are waiting for, well good luck... My bet is only those who attempt to be God will be what you call saved.  Good luck with your perception I’ll stick with mine, its inclusive, civil and selfless like Jesus…Yea, I’ll stick with my plan…

It would seem to be born of logic that one would find religious postings if the topic section had a heading for religion under the list of categories.
If it bothered me that they existed, I would not visit them at all and logic would tell me NOT to create a forum about WHY? WHY? WHY?
Because the aforementioned logical conclusion had already been drawn.

But that is just logic for ya.

I mean if its a thread started with a religious, christian, and or godly theme why look at it in the first place if it annoys you so much? I don't get it.

I mean if you are hitting yourself over the head and kept saying it hurt, it would make sense not to hit yourself over the head right? I mean there isn't a person here making you read the posts right? So you can't blame anyone else for yourself if you are getting annoyed being "preached at". Just ignore the threads like that then.

There are so many religious posts because there are a lot of religious bigots who love making sweeping statements to annoy the atheists, and some belligerent atheists who just can't resist taking the bait.  If we ignored them they would all go away.

The non-spiritual self, just as it is by nature, can't receive the gifts of God's Spirit. There's no capacity for them. They seem like so much silliness. For one to say.

“you have 'your truth' and I have 'my truth' and they are both 'the truth', no matter if they disagree. It's 'all good', whatever works for 'you', we each have 'our own truth' and that's OK”

That would be to say that “the truth” can have error. That is a lie.

There is ONE TRUTH and it contains no lie, it does not “belong” to a human being (“my truth / your truth”)...THE TRUTH is pure and anyone else's “truth” is NOT.

        The sermon was boring
        So I cried
        The preacher was mean

I went online to post my thoughts

If you sincerely want to THE TRUTH, then seek it.

The operative word being "sincerely" and NOT mockery...GOD is NOT mocked.

If NOT, you may go to the atheist forums smile

Any religious people I know around here are kind people not like the ones on this site who always want to argue about there beliefs.

I know lot's of "religious" people who are full of lies, deceit, gossip, slander, malice, cookies, milk and coffee. I am NOT talking about "religious" here.

Your argument is with GOD, HIS SON and HIS HOLY SPIRIT of TRUTH.

I just carry the MIND of MESSIAH to the world and tell it like it is smile

For, “Who can know the Lord’s thoughts? Who knows enough to teach Him?” But we understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ.

If they care to argue with HIS MIND, that is on them.

We are after THE TRUTH here.

Getting there is not pleasant or a placation of plastic Pollyanna platitudes.smile

THE TRUTH will set you free, not pat you on the back and tell YOU what YOU want to hear.

Does a judge in a court room "tell you what YOU want to heat?" smile

You have twice now said "I break all the commandments" and then included the "LOL" slogan and a lol to boot.

Your lack of sincerity is obvious to the casual observer and you do not see any need to repent, change your ways and ask GOD for forgiveness.

And you expect HIM to answer to you lady? smile

      HE is NOT mocked.

    What a curious place.

Why are you all so unkind and rude to each other?
Why don't any of you have any respect for each other?
How can any of you call yourselves religious or spiritual?

There's much work for me to do in these forums. I can see that.

    RAmen.

Bless you, my noodliness.  As a devout member of the Church of the FSM, I am so happy to see you here with all of your wisdom.  Indeed, there is a lot of work to be done.  Wrap them all in your appendages and show them the way.  RAmen.

Why thank you for your work here at Hub Pages. I recall that it was very pleasurable when you were touched with my noodly appendage.
I shall hang your image on the wall of the Pastary, and look forward to your support for this huge task here at Hub Pages.

She took her false teeth out and bite the noodles randomly!! lol
