What's one word that you'd use to describe your relationship with God?
Grateful--but there are more!
(HP does not like one word answers.)
Faith because I am a believer who has trust in his wisdom.
If I had to describe my relationship with God in one word, it would have to be: "undeserved".
Forgiven. If not I would be on my own and that's no good. No GOD-no good.
Being an agnostic, that one word would probably be "Who?"
The love He has for me, and all of us is just that, eternal.
In one word -Transforming. That is the best way I can think of express it.
Theocentric: defined as,
1) Having God as the central interest and ultimate concern.
Friend - He is my friend who would never leave me alone.
the same relationship i have with santa, fairies at the bottom of the garden, zeus etc..
Balancing - HE is weighing me in each and everyday by word and deed - tough stuff in these days. Some days I am up for the task and other days I am not. So Be It.
Beloved, because we are so gifted and well thought of that we are given this wonderful existence and the joys that it holds for each of us.
Thanks to all of you for your active interest and input concerning your relationship with God. I did not realize this question would generate a poll; so if you answered and do not see your response, it is probably hidden because it received more votes down than votes up. God bless!
That one is easy, but getting rid of the 'your answer is too short' may not be - Trusting
A gracious, wonderful, healing, day by day experience that is the greatest relationship that anyone can have .
Total love and forgiveness, peace and contentment - it is not free of aggravation or hurt per se, but when i am down and tired i can always go to Jesus/God for comfort.
Fun, I think that God has a strange sense of humor and is a happy and exciting being (having the ability to create the entire universe and all). I am naturally a happy being and I am usually having fun with friends and loved ones. When I think of God my happiness increases. I recognize that Krishna is the supreme personality of Godhead, and He always seem to be having some fun. I want to be created in his image. BUt I am happy just to do the best I can and move on from this world peacefully.

If Jesus Christ is God in the flesh, is He then one being in heaven?I always thought Jesus was the son of God, in all actuallty. I never knew the meaning of "the son of God" until just now. So now I realize that God came in human form and was called Jesus, Jesus and God are the same. So...
