I would say that the bible is incredibly accurate about human nature. Past and present.

We can take ancient chineese proverbs in context, ancient love peoms in context. 'old advise' of the bible is just the same. talks about everything we struggle with today. also everything we hold dear.

The object of everyday is to learn something new that you didn't know the day before. What you learn and How you learn isn't a choice to make. It happens.

You can make an active choice to learn something and you can make a choice on how you learn it.

But, what you don't realize there are things that you see everyday that you learn from, you don't realize it. It's dismissed as not useful, in some cases.

But, no matter what- as long as your eyes are open, you learn things automatically. big_smile

The Flaw Fatale then would be free will? Yeah right.

ps, creation time line: 1 day = 1,000 years.
            Evening came first, then morning.
the Creator made man on 6 six, THEN there was evening and morning on the sixth day. The seventh, the Creator rested.
For the entire Day 6 he 'walked' with man in unity of mind, body, spirit. Day 7 He rested, while man explored the earth.

In truth the identity of mans' time in unity is mute.
The point is there was no flaw of creation. It was predetermined and prepared for. Yet, even in this, the Creator would not violate His own principle -free will. Man had a choice, knew that choice, was shown the difference and still decided to do what he was not supposed to. Also proving that man is NOT god.
As a result, was removed from unity and faced the challenges of 'knowing' v. understanding.

What are you talking about? Are you writing in tongue?

  20. Cagsil profile image70
    Cagsilposted 15 years ago

Um....excuse me, there is a flaw in your theory. Actually, a couple.

    (1) The planet is older, alot older, than the bible's existence.

    (2) The human beings, didn't always have a choice or at least never realized they had it, until we evolved awareness. Humans were NOT always a conscious race of people. This tells me your creationism falls apart, because that proves that humans came from Earth and were not created by a "god" or all-power entity.

If you're looking for answers to questions of life, I'm sure you can find them, because I did and now I have no more questions about life, just about other people's knowledge and understanding of life. Because, if they don't understand their own life, then what's the sense of living?

    1. profile image0
Twenty One Daysposted 15 years agoin reply to this

And when precisely did this 'awareness' happen, hmmm?

Are you phreaking serious? Did you just bash the entire human race and call yourself a mule; what video game are you from man? LOL.

Man did come from earth. Was designed to rule the earth. To learn to fundamentals of creating. That's overstating the obvious.

Prove it using universal non-physic, non-linear equations.

big smiles, big big smiles smile

      1. Cagsil profile image70
Cagsilposted 15 years agoin reply to this

Obviously, you don't do history. Okay, I guess. I thought you were being serious, when you posted your mystical scripture about Earth and life on it.

You really didn't need to go through the process of ripping up my comment. As for awareness? When? Do the research. I do not have to tell you where I found it. I don't even have to tell you squat.

As for me playing video games- what planet do you think you live on? Are you sure it's Earth? Are you sure you know your name? And, just curious, did you complete high school?

Answering any of them is irrelevant, because it doesn't matter.

You believe in a mystical creation and I can see what I say isn't going to matter. So, I have decided since you're not up for this conversation, I shall bid you a good day, while I continue working on my next hub.

But, twenty one days, you be sure to learn more. It's really important to the rest of your life.

for the sake of argument (as a philosopher, i can't resist the 'temptation') evolutionary theory comes into play.

-according to sanskrit, hieroglyphs and Arabic texts, we are in the year 5,000+ . According to the Gregorian, 2,010 AD.
-according to Darwin, year -exaggerating here- 5 million.

-in the last 150 full earth rotations around the sun, man has 'evolved' into the race we see today. Weapons of destruction, rape, incest, synthetic a piori (technology), various social disorders, diseases, etc. He has become 'aware' all of a sudden that there is a problem with this earth and if he doesn't do something, it won't last another 150 full rotations.

now, if evolutionism is accurate, man came on the scene -from where? they don't know, apes, fish, primal ooze- about 1,000,000 earth rotations ago or 365,000,000 moon rotations.

as such, it has taken mankind a million years to reach this point in evolution. A million years to become consciously aware of the planet he lives on and STILL does not understand one fraction of it. not the air he breathes, the water he drinks, the animals he kills for sport or food, the male or female he has sex with for pro-creation or sport. and let's not even begin to speak of the oceans.
yet he is suddenly aware that in less than 10 years the polar caps will melt causing planetary tsunami, tidal waves, hurricanes in the form of acidic rain, massive dehydration of the oceans, an increase of toxicity in plants and food supplies, a rise in social disorder, hunger, famine, plagues, pests and flu not to mention that giant swirl of trash the size of the state of Texas swirling around in the Pacific.

in his 'awareness' he realizes what? oops, we made a mistake. no, his answer: let's find another planet to do the same thing, let's put water on Mars and move there.

so in short mans' million year march through history proves him nothing more than what Mr. Smith called him: a virus...
