The biggest worry is, where are we headed. There was never a defined correct or incorrect. Winners wrote History and that is how it is perceived. So there is nothing to fall back upon to make corrections and change direction either.
The intense power games have already began to harm the world.
To add to it economic pressures.
Then following it is the morale issues.
All in all it isn't that bad as yet and there is hope, but then are we going to hold on to the olive branch or simply follow others will decide the future.
Simply following others will lead to only question what kind of future are we headed towards?
Olive Branch and smart negotiations will bail the future and all the others .... ?

All related to loving God? have I loved enough? The future I am not really worried about. I'm simply discussing in terms of the hereafter, if that's what you mean.

I try to live in the Eternal Now. Life is Spirit and so I strive to please God. To be tomorrow, a better person than I am today. To love and serve mankind, my fellow brothers and sisters. Religion is not as important as having a compassionate and a contrite heart. I strive, through His Grace, to improve at every moment, and hope that I am worthy. This is  my worry, if you can call it that. Nice question.

My biggest personal worry is what will happen if I am physically incapacitated and no one taking care of me.  I can't rely on my children.  I don't have anyone, if my wife goes before me.   Be that as it may, I live each day at a time.

I worry that I will never be able to really cut loose and live life to the fullest.  I had a rough childhood, but at least I was able to escape the ghetto 2 weeks a year when I went to summer camp.  My greatest desire was to live like that all the time as an adult, but I have done an extremely poor job of it.  I am now trying to use the principles of The Secret to attract it, and am making some progress.  I hope to retire early so I can enjoy life while I'm still healthy and vibrant.  Fortunately, I've inherited good genes towards that end, so that's a possibility.
Regarding whether or not the world is going to hell in a hand basket - I doubt it.  The problems we face today aren't nearly as bad as they were in the past.  For example, Ebola is horrible, but at least we know what causes it, and how to avoid contracting it.  Compare that with the bubonic plague that wiped out a third of Europe in the Dark Ages.  They had NO IDEA what was going on, or what to do about it.  The cause and cure wasn't even discovered until 1896.
I believe our greatest concern is global warming.  However, I'm confident we'll find a solution for that.
