Every time I come to the hubpages forums, all I see is this one Muslim who is posting stuff about how great his religion is all over the place.
I am all in for free speech and expressing your opinion about stuff, but this guy is just unbelievable. It is impossible to reason with him. IMPOSSIBLE.
His arguments are exactly what you will expect from a Muslim who ends all his posts with "I am an Ahmadi peaceful Muslim".
Do you really need to say it again and again?
First of all everyone knows you are a Muslim. And it really doesn't matter if you are peaceful or you beat up your wife and children after you post your stupid arguments on hub pages forums. It is the internet. Are you trying to say that there are peaceful Muslims in the world? We know that every Muslim is not a terrorist. I don't really get why you need to type it every tome you post a message?
I don't know if it's just me or this guy's posts make everyone feel sick to their stomach. In one of his topics, he writes if you believe that your parents exist, then you should believe that Allah exists.
That was his reason.
I don't know if he is trying to preach his religion or what, but he really bringing a bad name to the Muslims of this world.
Any sensible human being who will read his posts and who doesn't have anything against the Muslims will probably think..
"Man, are Muslims really like this? They are f%$%$ing stupid. Al right, I ain't never converting Islam. That's for sure."
So my question is. Will banning such a horrible and insensible person be out of question? He is making the forums a disgusting place to be in.
Will it be a blow on the freedom of speech or will it be a favor done to the hubpages forums?
Cheers,
I am NOT an Ahmadi peaceful Muslim. (
To answer your two questions "Will it be a blow on the freedom of speech or will it be a favor done to the hubpages forums?"
"Yes" and "Yes"
So we shouldn't
I can agree that he is quite insufferable at times, but being annoying isn't really a grounds for banishment.
If we banned all of the annoying people here-- who would be left?
Interesting followers you have ! LOL
And No. I wouldn't ban him. He has the same right to post as you.
You don't look very 'interesting', I have to say !
I haven't been here that long but I say NO...people have the right to express their views...we don't want to go down the road of censorship. My opinion.
The best part about the internet is that ignoring someone is just a click away! Atleast, most of the time. You don't like his threads, just don't read them. I know it's hard, but just ignore. Plenty of other things in life worth all that attention...
I almost agree 100% with you MOW...
but the BEST part of the internet is clearly porn (and my Hubs, of course)
This was my favorite line
"I am all in for free speech and expressing your opinion about stuff"
Then why would you want to ban someone from expressing their opinion?
I guess I don't want him banned. I want him to start reasoning with an open mind. But that seems impossible.
I guess it was a little hypocritical of me. But in my defense, I never said I want him banned, I was just asking a question, should hubpages ban him?
I am just asking question. (Glenn Beck style)
Maybe you should start reasoning with an open mind for a change.
I don't think he should be banned. He's been here before as "usmanali," and I don't think he was banned then. Its a bit of a mystery then as to why he decided to come on here, again, as this paarsurrey character.
IMHO, banning doesn't make people like him go away in the real world. He has a superiority complex and that's what drives him into this posting spree. He's not the only one like this out there, though. You'd find many like him in various online forums.
I should know - have been to many such forums, where young muslims trash talk westerners and their ways of living, etc., also talk down other religions. It can get quite funny, annoying to some who can't handle it - they get their kicks out of doing precisely that, annoying folks. You can find many threads involving Mr. Usmanali in the forum archives. Here's one thread for your viewing pleasure
http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/17097#post260757
Read on and decide for yourself if this paarsurrey guy hasn't been here before as "usmanali."
I don't like him. I didn't really mean to start a hate thread. I wanted to see if people felt the same way about this guy as I do. Apparently they don't.
I can see now that it looks more like a personal attack.
This thread is getting ugly.
Just so you know, I went ahead and reported it. Hopefully it will be shut down.
Hi friend mevsmyself
Stay on please; you just expressed your opinion; it is OK with me.
Thanks
I am an Ahmadi peaceful Muslim
Too late. The thread should be shut down. The original poster should not be banned because of it.
Wait,I can get banned because of this? LOL. Ironic. huh..
Only if it is flagrant. I said you should not be banned.
Ya. But you said "should" not be banned. Which implies that there is a chance of me getting banned because of this. I don't know if the hubpages moderators will take your suggestion or not.
Quick.. make this a forum post about the peaceful spread of Islam in Brazil and all will be well
Take it to Salt Lake and see what happens. I'm curious.
I am on it. **Searching wikipedia for an article on spread of Islam in Brazil**
Hi friend mevsmyself
You are a nice guy. Did you find it? or I should help you out.
Thanks
I am an Ahmadi peaceful Muslim
I'm surprised at how personally people take things written in these forums.
We should ban Greek One instead!
He thinks he can get away with anything just because he is cute, funny, bright and humble!
Constantly responding to his posts is only an indicator of how easily provoked many of us are. Rochelle's idea seems best.
He seems harmless, always friendly and respectful. What's everybody so upset about?
People see his views on religion as a threat...I think, though in a public forum I don't see how it's possible.
Teri
Everybody's views on religion are a threat - especially if they're not yours
Good point, although the views of someone who maybe thousands of miles away and don't know me seem hardly threatening.
I am somewhat worried about a guy thousands of miles away who doesn't know me but still wants to blow me up, just a little.
I'm zapping you with my laser-eye ray Buck...scared? Just kidding.
Teri
Hi friend Buck Steiner
You are a funny guy; promote smiles and laughters. May God bless you!
Thanks
I must admit i find him a tad annoying and he seems to have no sense of humor but those are reasons for ignoring the little bugger not throwing him out. And he can be a fun read at times.
I am Welsh, a fighting kick-ass Celt
Hi friend iantoPF
I am waiting you start a thread as suggested by me in one of my posts. ?!
Thanks
Would that be the "Fighting kick-a## Celt" thing?
This thread was created as a personal attack towards another hubber. In the future, if anyone has a particular complaint against another hubber in the forums, please flag their offending posts or contact us.

Someone I know just posted two painful to watch Facebook Videos of Muslims beating and/or stoning two young women to death supposedly minor infractions of their laws. This was the most horrible thing I have ever seen and was shown to advise people to vote for Trump because "Hillary" wants...

Is there any evidence for the Quran, that it is reliable? The Bible has so much proof in itself, but what about the Quran? For instance fulfilled prophecy, internal consistency and archaeological evidences are overwhelming, but what evidences does the Quran have for its reliability?

What comes in your mind when you hear the word Islam or Muslim? And Why?

As an out gay man, I'd like to address a topic that I've noticed in recent months that's extremely disturbing. Specifically, I'm talking about forum posts that are nothing more than homophobic sentiments, disguised in the form of a question. I'm not going to link to these posts because I...

It seems that Islam is on the rise in just about every nation around the globe. They are pushing their agenda onto any and every government that is TOLERANT, and using the freedom (and laws) in those countries to gain more and more control. The UK is a prime example, where political will is weak (at...

The posts I loathe most are the ones where people resort to childish name-calling.Almost as bad is where some clogs up forums with large sections of stolen content copied and pasted from elsewhere. The next most annoying IMO, is instead of debating, they make a personal attack or claim that I must...
