To Randy Godwin, I’m not going to get into a bunch of name calling with you that solves nothing, it only get in the way true communication but I would like to respond your comment about Islam. Just because its an Islamic production does not mean that its not true, I disagree with Islam on who the true God is. This video is not about who God is, its about how evolutionist lied about the fossil record and how even after it was proven to be a hoax even by the scientist that once defended it. Its not who produced it, the question is, is it fact or fiction! According to the scientist that you put all your trust in, they confirm what Islam produced in that video. “Your Scientist” The reason evolutionist like to get into name calling is to distract one’s attention away from the true issue, because they know that when it come to facts their religion can’t stand up to scrutiny. Instead of all the tactics of distraction lets get down to the facts, show me evidence in the fossil record that evolution is true, this is the issue, not who produced the video. Lets go to “your evolutionist scientist” and see who they agree with , you or that Islamic production.

I was actually trying to get Randy Godwin to engage in real discussion without all the name calling, but I do believe that’s impossible. What I was really going for was some particular of evidence that in the fossil record that evolution is a fact as it is taught in our schools. I tried half the day to get to this point. But all I heard was bitterness and name calling how in the world can we get to the bottom if we can’t get pass this foolishness.

Since I can’t get any one of you to come up with any proof of any one subject, I’ll introduction one. Lets call it “The Hoax and Deceptions of evolution.”

Lets take for example, “The Piltdown Man” In 1912, Charles Dawson, an amateur fossil gist brought Dr. Arthur Smith Woodward, the paleontologist at the British Museum, bone he had found in a gravel pit at Piltdown Sussex, in England. The sum total of the bones he brought was a piece of jaw, two molar teeth, and a piece of skull. They were acclaimed to be one half million years old the only one that was more important to the cause of evolution was “Pithecanthropus Erectus” we can get to him at another time. This was proof, as far as evolutionist were concerned. This Piltdown man that they created from a jar bone and two teeth was dressed up in a body that looked almost human and placed in our sons and daughter’s text books in schools across the country. As fact! But the hoax was exposed, in October, 1956, in the issue of Reader’s Digest and Popular Science Monthly, called it “The Great Piltdown Hoax” I didn’t get into how they filed down the teeth to deceive the world. There’s a lot more we can discover about this Piltdown Man deception, the is only one case of intended deception by evolutionist, the list is long. Why would anyone knowing of this great evil of evolution would attach themselves to such a religion.

  It is unknown who exactly perpetrated the hoax, but one thing is for certain, it was science and scientists who exposed the hoax.

The Nebraska Man or Hespero-piteous, this fellow was presented as the so-called “missing link” it was Professor H. H. Newman of the University at Chicago at the famous scope trail in Dayton, Tennessee. William Jennings Bryan stood in defense of the bible, Mr. Bryan said he thought the evidence was too scanty to upon it such far reaching conclusion. As is usually the case with those who think themselves “wise” by replacing their Creator with the “gods of science” the man was laughed and scorned. Even after it was exposed as a fraud they went on to put it into text books and disturbed them to the schools all across the country., he is still in the text book today!

Now lets take a look at the evidence they call proof. Ok, here’s the evidence, “one tooth” that’s it! One single TOOTH! From that one tooth they determine the size of his feet, the length of his arms, his bone structure, his height, the size of his head, even his facial expression. All from one tooth. For a while they got away with this deception, later the whole skeleton belonging to the tooth was found. It was the remains of a peccary, a species of pig that is now extinct here in North America. So they had to go find another so-called missing link. And they will continue to manufacture so-called “missing links” and they will continue to be debunked because there is no link between monkey and man. The link is between man and his creator “JESUS CHIRST.”

Dr. Ethridge is the curator of the British Museum he had this to say about evolution: “Nine-tenths of the talk of evolutionist is SHEER NONSENSE, not founded on observation, and wholly unsupported by the facts. This museum is full of proofs of the utter falsity of their views. In all of this great museum there is not a particle of evidence of the transmutation of any species.” here is a man with millions of fossils at his disposal, here is a scientist who has examined many fossils and have investigated the claims of evolutionist and says its all a bunch of scrap! There is no credibility to the whole evolution foolishness. Its something like 250,000 species of life that have been discovered in fossil form. Out of this great collection of fossils, “not one” support the theory of evolution!!!

When I posted my first comment on this on one problem I had with the “theory” of evolution, I thought there was going to be a real debate on this false religion. I kept trying to get someone to tell me something that they stand on in their religion, they couldn’t come up with anything. I kept trying, almost begging, please give me just one thing that you stand on in your “religion” just one thing. Please! Right there I saw the bankruptcy of that false religion. Ask just about anyone from any other religion what they base their faith on, they can come up with answers right away. I know if you ask the average Spirit filled Christ that question you had better have your breakfast, lunch and dinner with because it can be an all day affair. But they could not come up with one thing. After giving up on the ideal of getting any answers from them I found out that I was not the only one that experience this unbelievable reaction to my question. Here’s what an evolutionist scientist had to say about this same thing happening to him:

“One morning I woke up and something had happened in the night, and it struck me that I had been working on this [evolution] stuff for twenty years and there was not “one” thing I knew about it. That’s quite a shock to learn that one can be misled for so long. Either there was something wrong with me or there was something wrong with evolutionary theory. Naturally, I know there’s nothing wrong with me…” [The] question is: Can you tell me anything you Know about evolution? Any one that is true? I tried that question on the geology staff at the Field museum of Natural History and the only answer I got was silence. I tried it on the members of the Evolutionary Morphology Seminar in the University Seminar in the University of Chicago, a very prestigious body of Evolutionist, and all I got there was silence a long time, and eventually one person said, I do know one thing- it ought not to be taught in high school.”

Just as last blast from me before I return to a world populated by real people, since, as per normal, this forum has degenerated into a nonsensical pissing contest I have a couple of final questions to all those who think there is no proof of Evolution.

Ever heard of a Natural History Museum, they’re all over the place, take the brilliant one in London or how about the Smithsonian ? Ever visited either of them ?

When you have get in touch and explain to me where I might visit the museum of God or the Bible where I might find all this proof you say I’m missing. Until then stop going round in stupid circles you will just drive yourself dizzy and the rest of us Mad !

To Randy, do your own research, if it have already been debunked than you should have no problem debunking it one more time.

To get trite, try to stay on point, you are trying to start an augment about Christianity, that is the trick you try to play on unsuspecting believer. When you know you don’t have one bit of evidence to prove evolution so you turn the discussion to the bible to get the believer off of evolution. We are not talking about bible, it is about a your case that you have proof that evolution is fact.

To Merlin, you said this is turning into a pissing contest, it was never my intention to turn this into any contest, I thought we were going to discuss the evidence you claim to have to prove evolution as fact. From the very beginning when I asked the first question, you have been nothing but condescending, I have been called ignorant stupid, etc. now is that the way super intelligent [which evolution claim to be] to discuss anything? You would expect that form one who is ignorant and don’t have much of a vocabulary, but you are obviously an intelligent man, so I cannot understand why you would stoop to such tactic. I may not have the education you have, but I do have common sense, and common sense tells me that if I enter a discussion cussing and being condescending before the discussion even get started it will turn into a pissing contest. But who is responsible for turning it into a pissing contest.

  Roy...I'm not sure why you should think my comments are aimed at you personally that was not my intention only to suggest that if you or anybody else actually seek proof of evolution go to a Natural History Museum, seek out someone there who will show you whatever it is you don’t know. I sight the Smithsonian or the London museums as being among the best there is anywhere in the world but there are others.
  If you go and think they speak with ‘Forked Tongue,’ say so, go challenge those who can show you first hand the proof you seek.
  All I said was I was tired of going round in a stupid endless loop, no one is going to give you proof here in this forum, for one thing this site is not big enough to supply what you think you’re asking for.
  For what it’s worth I’m tired too of the God and the Bible Loop as well, with people asking you and others to prove God exists or show one decent historical fact from the Bible. You can’t and they know you can’t which is why they ask. You belief, they don’t... so be it, it’s a free world, least our bit of it is. Try holding this debate in a Muslim country !
  You don’t have to prove to me there is a God for I Know there isn’t. I have proved to myself, to my own satisfaction that We... Man Invented God and not the other way around. I know this to be a fact, again I don’t care whether you or anyone else believes me or accepts what I say to be true. You so very obviously need a God... I don’t... why does that make me a bad person ?

Merlin, I’m not hurt by your comments or anything, but whomever it was aimed at it just seem counter productive to establishing a civil discussion on matters of such importance. If I tell you that the bible is fact and not theory you have a right to ask to see the proof. If you ask me to show you proof of why I believe the bible to be the truth I would have something to give you even if you don’t buy it at least I some gave you answer. As an example, one of the many reasons I believe the bible to be the truth is fulfilled prophecy like Jesus told his disciple that when he return that mankind will be on the verge of destroying all flesh on earth, and if he didn’t step in when he did there would be no flesh left living of left alive. That means everything that live on this earth. Now this when this warning was given over two thousand years ago, wars was locally with knives and rocks and stuff, very primitive weapons, there was no way all living things on earth could be destroyed in a war. 2,000 years later we can see the wisdom of this persons warning. Who can’t deny that this world is headed for self destruction, not only for mankind but for all flesh. Because its just a matter of time before just about every hateful country will have nuclear weapons.

Now you may but any of this, but I did give you a definitive answer as to why I believe what I believe, I was sure I would get a similar response form someone who have such strong beliefs in evolution, strong enough to state that its fact and not theory. That’s all I was going after. I know if someone why I believe [according to the bible] I would have lot of information to give them [according to the bible].

By the way I never said you are a bad person because I don’t know well enough to come to that conclusion.

  What we are looking for is any evidence to support the claims of the bible itself.

  There a hundreds of links to his work over 50 years, they are well worth a look even if you don't believe a word he says. He has done a series of programmes on life on the land, in the air and under the sea.
  
  He sees gross over population and the planets limited resources as a serious threat to ALL life, yes he believes in Darwin and has tried to explain much of his work, again these are explanations not Holy Scripture.
  
  His aim is to educate not convert, he is a gentle soul with numerous credits to his name take a look at him and some of his work...What harm could it do ? Same as a visit to a Natural History Museum, OK it ain’t Disney World but still full of wonder.
  
  You may find that both you and I harbour the same fears for our world, whether that comes from a 2,000 year old prophecy or an understanding of Logic and Reason it matters not. The main point is we need to do something about it.

Beelzedad, you are missing the point, when I talked about fulfilled prophecy that if you ask me why I believe what I believe that I’m not going to send you to some other website for the answer it will come from me. But again you are clouding the issue by bringing the bible into this. I never said I have proof that the bible can be proven to be fact, I said I “believe” I might not be the sharpest sharp knife in the in the bunch , but I have enough sense to know that I cannot prove something beyond any doubt that happened so far in the past. No person with any kind of understanding would ever make such a statement. If I ask you to prove to me that dinosaurs once walked the earth you can prove that they did, why because there’s proof in the fossil record, that can be proven, the evidence is there for all to see, that can probably be seen as fact. But when you tell me that monkeys turned into men, you need some kind of proof. If monkeys did transformed into men at some point there must in the fossil record where we find a being that is half monkey and half man. Everything else that died returned to the earth some became fossil. So what happen to the monkey-man why is he not in the fossils. You keep saying that you have shown be proof have you shown me? I hope you have more proof than that video that was shown. If you actually believe that to proof. Then you are guilty of the same blind faith the you condemn Christian for.

  Evolution indicates men, chimps, gorillas etc. have common ancestors, not that men evolved from monkeys. It's as goofy as if I kept asking you if god and Mary were married before they had sex and conceived Jesus which made Joseph the wronged husband, over and over again. There is no way that creationists or evoluctionists can do anything close to proving either theory; and scientifically speaking, there is no such thing as absolute proof, lest we discover something along the line that doesn't fit with the other evidence that has been gathered. Nobody has found any missing links, just things that seem to "fit" into certain categories. Creationism is actually many theories, not just one. There has been research done in several areas, but it is still just theories, some evidence, but nothing that could be labeled proof any more than any of the evolutionary evidence is absolute proof for evolution. In the end, all any of us has is what we believe to be truth. Throwing names at each other is counter productive on both sides. Scientists know that they are presenting evidence, not proof, so why not just stop labeling it as anything else. Since religion is based on faith in a higher being, and most people of faith admit that to be the truth of the matter, why not stop labeling it as anything else?
We could learn much from each other if we so choose.

That was a newspaper quote round about the 1920's The so called 'Scopes Monkey Trial' or The State of Tennessee v. Scopes.

No one, and especially Charles Darwin, ever said man decended from a monkey or and Ape, What he stated was that somewhere along the line of Evolutionary Time we must of had a common ancestor.

In one breathe you say you want a decent reasonable debate yet you keep quoting unsubstantiated rubbish like this.

It only goes to prove that if a lie is repeated often enough people will believe it !

OH BTW.... for the Record Jimmy Cagney never ever said "You Dirty Rat..." either !

  Neanderthal is the step previous to Homo Sapiens although originally thought to be two separate species with a common ancestor, but there is evidence that there was a small degree of cross breeding between the two species but only after they migrated out of Africa.
  
  Prior to that you would be looking at Homo Erectus but there is evidence that there are one or two other sub species of Erectus in between.
  
  PS modern genetic suggests that modern man has about 1-4% of their DNA derived from Neanderthal DNA... Hope that helps clear things up for you.. You wanted answers

  They simply cannot accept the simple logical explanation that like all animals our only purpose is to procreate and pass on our genes to the next generation.
  
  True if we stuck to Mother Natures rules of the survival of the fittest things might be a little better but there are just so many humans around there is little or no competition for breeding rights.
  
  So instead of the female looking for and only mating with the biggest, stongest, fastest, smartest male around as a way of giving their offspring the best chance in life they will now mate with any dork that comes along !

  Another problem is the stupid humans don't get eliminated as easily as they used to and still keep passing their genes on to their offspring. Many of them would be eaten or killed by their lack of common sense in ancient times. Instead, natural selection is hindered by modern safety requirements.

  I can find no mention of David N. Mentor the author of the article you linked, GT. Nor does it say on the article what subject he has a PHD in. usually those who are published on these cheesy creations sites aren't even trained in the subjects they propound on.

I know most people that don't believe in God think that all religions are of the occult that's where they are wrong. the stuff that go on in the occult would floor you. Christianity is nothing like the ocult. in the occult people actually call up demons from hell to have sex with them there are many horrible that go on in the occult that most would not wouldn't believe.

see Randy what you are trying to do is make it sound like God had sex with mary. what you don't seem to understand is that the bible does not teach that. if as Christianity teach that God created the first man without sex being involved he can put a seed in a woman without the use of sex. even man can do now. so the one that created the man in the first place would surely be able to do as much. Today god would have had to pay child support. Are you using the King James version or one of the dozens of other different interpretations? Ever read the original Greek version?

The bible says the it was the shadow of the Lord came over the woman, it never says anything about anything penetrating the women. Do you remember Joseph’s reaction after the Lord sent his messenger to explain Joseph what had happened? So Joseph must have been alright with because he took her as his wife and care for Jesus as his own son. So he could not have believe it to be an adulterous affair.

Wow. Congratulations on asking a question that so many people have an opinion on. You're right about one thing. Genesis doesn't attack evolution, even if taken literally. I read a great article by some english theologian. He took the Pentatuch, word by word, and tranlated it; then wrote a commentary after each point. It was a great article. According to his take on it the Bible supports the idea of evolution. I think I singlehandedly took out a rain forest printing it out so i could read it comfortably. But, to answer your question, it's probably an attempt to show God that they have faith. I guess they'd rather please God than evolutionists.

Sorry this is slightly off topic, but...

My brain nearly explodes every time my cousin who received an organ transplant tries to explain creationism to me. The fact that she denies so many of the principles of biology and science that helped to save her life is just too much for me sometimes.

On on the same note, why do creationists get flu shots? The whole concept behind flu shots is that each year the many flu viruses from the previous year EVOLVE and therefore require new flu vaccines to be developed. If you don't believe in evolution, that flu shot you got 10 years ago should still be just fine right?

  They do? I believe evolution is valid but I don't get flu shots or any shots for that matter. Never have never will. Don't even take a pill. Not because I don't believe in them. Just have not had a need for them. Power of the mind is a very powerful thing. You can let it work for you or against you.

  Yes, but there are so many of them which are worthless it's hard to be sure about their claims. My only problem is glaucoma and the medicine is outrageous even with insurance. There is an effective natural remedy, but it is frowned on, unfortunately.

When I review some of the things I have read in this forum I worry for the evolutionary future of mankind. There is a level of ignorance or deliberate stupidity which I find disturbing especially if they are in a position of educational authority over children.

To question certain aspects of scientific theory is healthy to accuse ALL science of being lies smacks of an unhealthy paranoia.

You left out the one thing that may actually be worth worshipping, the oldest one of all, The Sun.

Made a lot of sense at one time, at least you can see it, feel it, know the benefits it provides and without it we all die !

Plus whats wrong with a little bit of Earth worship ? Seems to me the old Mother could do with some good old fashioned respect.

There was a time when the Sun and Mother Earth were worshipped as the source of all life and we lived in harmony with the planet.

Then came Religion !
