I had to laugh when I read this because Southern British Columbia weather is not cooperating. It reminds me of March or May weather. Remember that song from Carousel about June? "...May was full of promises, but she didn't keep it quick enough for some..." It is cold and wet this week.
You haven't really breathed Colorado air until you breathe it from the top of a 14,000 foot peak that you climbed yourself. The view from the top cannot be described in human words. I'll try, though. It's an ocean of blue depths and white breakers, and you're on an island, surrounded by this great expanse. I plan to do a lot of horseback riding this summer, myself. That's a good summer activity for all ages. I know horseback riding is not for everybody, though. Swimming is also a good summer activity for all ages, in my opinion. I love to swim, also, and I plan to do this some this summer , too.
