   There are some really good posts here! I just thought I would share this song with all of you. It has really spoken to me about what beauty is and made me realize a mirror image is always opposite of what really exists...so too often we beat ourselves up on outward appearances on what media deems right, beautiful and in style.  Hope this video touches you in some small way!

    Hey! why are you asking this question? is it for yourself or for someone else? If you are beautiful, does it really matter to you whether someone admires that or not? Always remember that beauty is not good, if you are not good to people around you. It doesn't mean that you will be good to those people who wants to exploit or abuse you.

    One who's beauty is not only skin deep.  A girl or a woman who is as beautiful on the inside as the outside.  Sometimes it is the inside beauty that makes the outward girl a beauty:)
    
    I met a young newlywed couple recently, and it was her personality and her sweet voice that made her so pretty.  She was a person, you understood, what her husband saw in her.  He met her by words only, at first, then later got to see what she looked like. 
    
    So glad looks aren't everything:)  Especially when we get old!

    A very interesting question. If it is little more generalised a new question arises" wht is beauty".A 100% subjective question and by that same reson no answer is perfect but all answers are correct. What is beauty for me is ugly for others. let me end up with a small example.So many say a mild sqint is beauty for a lady. For me and so many like me that is ugly. What is beauty then? What is beauty to you is your beauty. What is beauty to me is my beauty. So where is beauty. It is in everyones mind

       I don't quite agree with all of this - beauty can be measured and is mostly to do with balance and distribution, a nice pair are not so nice if one is much bigger than the other, short legs look ugly on a tall girl etc. Then, after the maths, the beauty is subjective - or in the eye of the beholder.

    You can debate that beauty is on the inside and blah blah blah. My interpretation of the question is regarding looks. The ONE thing that can stop me dead in my tracks, is eyes. Whether she's a nice person or not, who knows. But, the eyes are what catches my attention first. Beautiful eyes and face is my answer.

    In all seriousness, you people are ALL disgusting with your superficial viewpoints and your crass biological perspectives.   A woman’s beauty should be based on her good nature, her wit, her sense of self and other positive character traits.   Her morality and dignity, the generosity of her spirit and her work ethic also are important aspects of a woman’s appeal.
