The most beautiful place I have visited is Chamonix in France. The reason why I liked it so much is that the glaciers were in view and very hydro-electric!
Dugi Otok in Croatia! Excellent if you like nature and diving / snorkeling, SY
I would say Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Empire Michigan. It's picturesque beauty will stay fresh in my mind forever. I actually have pictures of it in my Hub called Natural Water photography if you're interested. Have a great day!
There are so many places that could qualify as an answer to this question. After a bit of a review, I would have to say Western Canada in general and Lake Louise specifically.
Lake Louise is a hamlet located in the Canadian province of Alberta in Banff National Park. With a glacier on one side, the lake is surrounded by the Canadian Rockies and some of the most spectacular mountain views in the world.
First I would have to say, Bertesgarten Germany (See Picture Below)

Next would have to be Oahu, Hawaii where I went on my honeymoon.

And another favorite beautiful place is the island of Bequia (See Picture below)

Assisi, Italy. Beautiful scenery and an overwhelming sense of peace.
Although I haven't been there in what seems like a million years, the west coast of the African country of Ghana. We would body surf at beaches the felt as if no man had ever walked upon them. The water was beautifully clear with a slight green tint and the beach lined with coconut palms. Papaya and mango scented the sea air creating a unique odor which I can still smell. What a wonderful, remote little piece of the earth.
Milford Sound, New Zealand. Actually all of New Zealand. Absolutely stunning. Like no other place on earth!
As per a couple of my hubs, I have to say New Zealand is the most beautiful place I have visited. It has got beauty in abundance. More specifically:
Beaches: Abel Tasman
Mountains: Southern Alps
Glaciers: Franz Josef
Sea Wildlife: Kaikoura
Bird Wildlife: Stewart Island
and much, much more.
Oh I have visited so many places that pointing out at one of them is not easy, rather not logical but if I have to be honest I would say out of more than thousands of my favorite places I would say Gulamarg on hills and Lakshadweep along the coast. I would not name any places out of my country as we have lots of them in our own country, in fact I am here to show them to all of the people around.
Otago Peninsula in New Zealand
Alaska
Scotts Head Dominica
Pulau Redang, Malaysia
Yellowstone
There are too many places. One particular place I can think of now is Cameron Highlands. I love the view at the tea plantations. Hope it doesn't change too much and become over developed in future. http://hubpages.com/hub/Cameron-Highlan … n-Malaysia

Of the places you have visited, which is your favorite and why?My favorite place I've visited is Seville, Spain. The old part of Seville is filled with ancient, tiny streets, many of which have been turned into walking malls with beautiful little boutique shops. I have been there around...
