Sinkyone National Park - It is a wilderness park, the drive up is not for the weak of stomach. There are beautiful and ancient trees, and actual places that humans have not been able to "tame". The Pacific Ocean and a River meet here on the Lost Coast of Northern California. It was gorgeous!

I really like Colorado Springs. The mountains are breathtaking. There are also several touristy things to do such as Garden of the Gods and a drive up Pikes Peak. The area is just gorgeous though, especially if you haven't been around mountains!

Bali is pretty hard to beat. I especially liked Ubud. I was also very impressed by the Hymalayas-the trecks are spectacular-but then I am a mountain freak. In the USA I love Zion Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon.

San Juan, Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico has some great places to see and if you like history, then Puerto Rico is for you. It has some great historical sites and some of the houses are preserved like in colonial times, especially in the Old San Juan area. The food is outstanding too, especially if you have a strong stomach. It is very spicy.

The two most amazing places that I've ever been were Spain and Honduras.  To be more specific, I was on a little island of Honduras named Roatan.  I believe it might be filled with a lot more tourists now in comparison to when I went but it was a really, friendly, awesome, and beautiful place.  You got a sense of both the local lifestyle and could still enjoy being a tourist.

My favorite city in Spain was Valencia.  It's a million person city so it's still a huge city, however, it's rarely visited by non-European tourists.  Usually people from the US always go to Barcelona and Madrid but I would suggest Valencia.  It's a big city but because it's not super touristy, you get a sense of what the local life is.  They have a huge university there so you get to party like a college student a lot too.  They also have beautiful beaches right on the Meditaranean.  You must get Paella and check out the market.  It's amazing.

Thats a tough one ! South Island New Zealand has some beautiful scenery as well as Ningaloo Reef WA/ Yet Geneva is a beautiful city to fly into.
Guess it depends on what you like -- the coast - inland and so on as well !

Kaui Hawaii. You can see the most beautiful multiple waterfalls and their version of the Grand Canyon.  You can watch tower high natural water spouts with turtles swimming by it. There are mountains you can see from the ocean that are untouched because they exist at such a sharp angle. It is breathtaking.

Monterrey California was quite lovely for a warm weather getaway. Nearby San Francisco was pretty nice too.

For colder places. Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Without doubt the most beautiful place on earth that i have visited is Wales in the UK.

Wales is a stunning place to visit full of mountains and quaint little villages. The air is scented of forest aroma's and freshly baked bread.

Driving around Wales is a joy as each bend in the road reveals more beauty and new sights to behold.

It seems that every hill has a sheep roaming around and when i was a boy my father told me that the sheeps legs are shorter on one side so that they dont tumble down the hill, this i believed until i was old enough to know otherwise.

Wales is full of Historical castles and its coastline brims with ancient splendour, each tide reshaping its beaches, creating new sandy carpets for us to walk upon.

    Wales...go visit...its fantastic.

Iao Valley on Maui is so beautiful, I got married there. There are miles and miles of hiking trails back in the rain forest and the most beautiful clear stream of water ever.
Next to that is Haleakala crater - the house of the sun and I do not need to say more than that. It is the house of the sun.
Then to top it off, drive to Hana, Maui. Stop along the way for breathtaking scenery.
There is more beauty per square mile on Maui than any other place on earth.

Perhaps not the most beautiful - nature wise - but definitely the most exotic, I vote for Mayamar, I plan on writing a hub on this, as soon as I get my photos assembled, and definitely after the new year
