       I lived in Anaheim for 30 years-- (when there were orange groves there). I'm now in the Sierra foothills, not far from Yosemite.

             I am thinking about buying a holiday apartment in Sunny Beach... but the prices have shot up there, depends on what happens to the exchange rate over the next 9-12 months.
             
             Having a Bulgarian wife is going to make things a lot easier for you, as normally non-Bulgarian citizens have to form a Ltd company and deposit 2500 euros into a business account to be able to buy land (apartments are exempt)... and even then, your house in owned by your own business. Of course, you wont have that problem.... so thats got to be a bonus!

    My friend always said in high school that he wanted to move to Australia. Low and behold three months after we graduated he met a beautiful Australian lady and poof he was in Australia and has been there ever since. Great guy, had a goal and saw it through.
