As they say, "First impression always lasts", and with regards to Hubpages, we can say that "First Hub Comment, Always Lasts".  We all feel nervous and excited with our first hub, thinking that it may not be read  by other hubbers, or may not produce lot of traffic, but, we can't help ourselves to try publishing it.  Many of us have been to Hubpages for years, months, weeks or days, but we all have one in common: our first hub and our 1st commenter. If not for this hub, we are not to stay in HubPages and the first commenter inspired us to write more hubs...  Please post who is the first hubber who commented on your hub?...Post now who is the first hubber who appreciated your work to show to them your gratitude...
Note:  Please don't post the link of your hub as it is against the forum rules.  Just write the title and the first commenter.

I am pretty new to hubs as I only be here for roughly two days total. My first hub was this one: It was titled The Black Alley Treatment

Posted below may be right about not being able to post our links.

The first person to comment on my hub was Website Examiner. It was great to see as other sites I try posting stories to would not get such a quick response or no one would read the story at all.

You're welcome! It's also my fault not to include it not to post the link in my forum description.

My first commenter in my first hub "How to study effectively?" is Nancy Owens!
She was also my first follower! Thank you Nancy!

I don't think we can post our own links - so I'll just give the title.
Sitting in a Park Outside of Paris, France.  I thought HP was more like a blog, so that explains the funky title. I've kept the hub almost the same as it was when I first published it.
The first person to comment on this hub was prasetio30.  But he wasn't my first commenter as I published two on the same day. My very first comment came from Elvia Francis on my Riding the Metro in Paris, France hub. I think it took a couple of days for the first comment to appear. I was hoping someone would comment!

prasetio30 still comments on many of my hubs, and I read and comment on his very interesting hubs.

My first hub published in this account( I had to change my user name for personal reason) was Alcoholism the myth of the brown paperbag.

It only had one comment from an old hubber favourite Ralwus.

My first hub was a kind of hello to HP, look at me.  Somehow it missed being flagged for purely personal and since then I have pretty much rewritten it.

My first commenter was Summertime8, who now has no hubs and a score of 1.

    Bit sad really.

But, now you hang out with level eight commenters with scores in the 90's.  Must be lonely at the top.  tongue

Well, I've come a long way.  Although curiously, I'm still sat in front of the same computer, typing the same old.

As am I.  Sigh.  But I have become friends with many of the best folks at HP.  That counts for lots.

I can't remember what my first hub was as I had deleted most of the hubs I had written on my first month.  I was new (still is) in writing online, so my first few hubs were written like blogs.  I joined Hubpages on November 8, 2010, and I found a hub I wrote on November 10, 2010 -- Countries with Kings - Does America have a King?  My first commenter was wilderness.

Yes it's true, that a few new members of hubpages common mistake is their hubs are written like blogs not as a content article.  As what I;ve learned from the FAQ'S- a quality hub must contain at least 400 words.

My first hub was a description of low-flow toilets, which has never been commented on. My first commenter was whitton on the 3rd hub I wrote, which was about WaterSense washing machines. And my first follower was Simone, although she doesn't follow me anymore (lol).

my first was letting Agent web design, which in fairness is truly awful! I am going to make a few changes but I suspect it will be deleted, my new hubs get as much traffic in a few days as this one has ever had.

My first comment, was on a hub I published the next day which suffered a different fate it was very successful and still to this day is my most successful in terms of traffic and it was Dame Scribe who commented first.

Way to go fellow hubbers, post your first hub now and your first commenter to show  him/her your gratitude.  Your first commenter is the one who gave you the inspiration to write more hubs and stay writing with hubpages. Post now.

My first published hub was a poem called 'Heroine'.  My first ever comment came from Prettydarkhorse - thank you!.  To this day it's the only comment on the hub, even though it's had a lot of views. hmm  Oh well.

My first hub was a poem called "I am a dream" and its first commenter was a hubber named "tobusiness".
However, my first follower was "aguasilver"...shall never forget the wonderful message he sent! Truly grateful...and inspired me to share my views on God and religion (something which I'm still working on!) Due to my busy schedule, I only manage to publish haikus and poems and many thanks to "Russ Baleson", I'm encouraged beyond words and inspired to write more.
