I am still not seeing the traffic I was seeing there for awhile, hoping mine starts flowing again.

I'm so happy to hear some good news (finally), about rising traffic.
      Congrats Stacie.

      Congratulations Stacie

Do you think that's the Xmas surge beginning? I'm still waiting, my hits have gone sluggish and earnings have slowed down this month so far.

Why don't you check your traffic sources?

I've also seen a jump in traffic of almost a third. That happened yesterday. I had unpublished all of my zzz hubs a few weeks ago, then edited the ones I was interested in keeping and published them again.

Things stayed the same for a while, then this big jump happened. I think it coincided with all of my hubs having the new Featured icon on them. I guess that we're going from having a dot to having the Featured icon for published hubs that are getting views. So all of my hubs are either featured, pending or not published. I think we don't have the zzz anymore? It's not on the legend for the statistics page.

Are all of your active hubs featured? If so, whatever programming change HP made when they were making that change is probably what has helped. If that's true, I hope they keep going in that direction.

A Hub is either Featured or it's Idled.   So if there's no Feature icon showing, it's idled.

All that has happened is that they decided the "idle" tag was too negative.  So now they're highlighting the Hubs that are still visible (Featured), instead of warning you about the ones that are invisible (Idled).

I unpublished all my Idle Hubs a few weeks ago too.  My traffic is unchanged.

That's wonderful news, Stacie L.  I wish I could say the same for mine.  My traffic has never recovered from the Penguin slap in April.  Here's to more traffic your way... cheers! smile

That's awesome. I was holding steady for a while--a little down--but now the bottom has fallen out. My views are half the normal traffic. That's depressing. I don't remember when I've seen them so low.

So I've heard, Judi Bee.. I wonder why it's so different for everyone. Mine was good in September and October when others were complaining about theirs dropping. Now it is bad for some people and not others. I wonder why. :-(

There was another Panda update on Tuesday, so I am guessing that it has affected me negatively - last one that affected me was in June.  I wonder why too - same articles, so why they are "good" one day and "bad" the next beats me!

Congrats to you Stacie, that's excellent news for you. I was about to post a similar forum with a question. I have the "H" on all 23 of my hubs. However, I have not seen a jump in traffic. My traffic continues to rise very slowly but nothing significant. Im not sure if changes are based on traffic or will create more traffic. Are your hubs SEO? Mine are not which I think is more of the issue of why I dont get droves of traffiic. Also, may be topic interest.

Congradulations to all whose Hubs are performing well. I'm glad your Hub income is increasing.

Every time there's a Panda update, some people will see a positive effect, and some people will see a negative effect.  That's normal.

I have seen a couple of my higher performing hubs drop within the SERPS affecting my traffic but other hubs have climbed position making up for the traffic that I have lost. This last Panda update seems to have changed quite a few things around in my niches.
