This is sort of like the hubchallenge only more (dare i say it? okay...) fun. Let us challenge some of our friend hubbers to create an "out of the box" hub (at least for them).

    So I challenge:

    dohn121 - a poem
    tony0724 - a poem
    shalini kagal - a rant/hub
randy behavior - a product review hub

    Ha!

If the above mentioned hubbers relent, please post your link/s here cool

    http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_DvBTFpQG3rc/Se0UUof1l1I/AAAAAAAAAOQ/HnaTOrFdOog/s400/3097_514856167176_22500539_30702506_2589688_n.jpg

    Enjoy! cool

And that's something interesting indeed... Can we all challenge others? Let's say, everyone chooses four other hubbers?

One hubber can only be challenged once.

Ok, you wanted it  - you got it.

            1) L. Andrew Marr should write a hub "That wonderful feeling called love"
            2) Jonathan Janco should write a hub about camera mobile phones;
            3) Zampano should write a poem;
            4) and you, Logic.commonsense, should deepen your knowledge on "diet pills - do they really work" wink

            I hope everyone accepts it...

    Hubbers orbit (popular poetry)

    Inhabited ether by disquiet waves
    invading metallic frames, sprinkling screens
    with colours and shapes
    mineral world where life craves
for yet another load of precious beams
soon to be devoured like sweet grapes

High astral body that spirits shelter
surrounding the earth like a ring
transcendent entity travelling from winter to spring
running through time as it spins
carrying words, thoughts, rebukes and grins
    immaterial rain pouring skelter

    Hi Invictus!
This is a small "poem" similar flavour to the first one I wrote when we first met.
    hehehe

So how does this work again?
If you challenge someone how do they KNOW anyway?
After having 13 hubs flagged in  one single day and having 2 or three flagged and off the air for more than 2 days MY challenge has been to recover.
(I was fluctuating between 84 and 89 and NOW it's all I can do to stay at 75 or better so that when a link to one of my hubs is posted people won't get a "This hub does not exist" message. But, I digress . . . )

Yeah, I think so, too.  In fact, someone told me that her hub was flagged that day for no good reason other than (maybe) I had commented on it.
Now back to this challenge, how exactly does it work?

      1. profile image0
ralwusposted 14 years agoin reply to this

Did you  read the beginning? Just choose some hubbers that you KNOW well and what they are accustomed to writing about, then get them to think outside the box and write a hub about something they normally would not write about. Example: Mark Knowles writing about his favorite chapter of St. John in the Holy Bible. Totally out of his genre.

  24. Black Lilly profile image61
    Black Lillyposted 14 years ago

Ok... do you think this game is something most of you would get involved?
Personally I think this is a great thread, but there are a few issues, like rules of the game:
    - what if the person refuses to accept challenge - can you challenge him again?
    - informing the challenged about the challenge - should the one who challenges take care of that?
    - what about timing - how much time you get to write a hub?

    1. prettydarkhorse profile image63
