Rent, food, utilities, gas. No wait, I actually spend more on gas now.
No fork and spoon. ... its funny i feel like im actually living this right now. ... With all sympathy to Jenna commenting above and others who have little choice on how much they can spend for food,
The plan should be flexible and include monthly expenses, such as mortgage or rent, utilities, food, transportation, entertainment and clothing. Make sure your expenses are not higher than your income. If they are, adjust the plan.
BILLS! and then more bills....but I am thankful that I have bills to pay as it is a sign that I am blessed with luxuries that many can only dream of.
It's liking being thankful for dirty dishes as it is a sign that one has food.
But still it would be nice to invest in books rather than bills! LOL
I will want to wholesale to other investors and will only need 1 day cash but in the event that they are not able to close for one reason or another I need to make sure that I can still close so that I do not jeporadize my ability to obtain more deals.
I have money? You'll have to forgive me, but this comes as a real shock to me!
Hmmm...house rent, utility bills, food, sometimes shopping!
I Don't have any money. My wife says that her money is her money and my money is her money.
She doesn't know about the money I am making from HubPages, all of $1.89. lol
I made a few bucks returning plastic soda bottles that have a 5 cent deposit. I bought a soda. So I guess I spend all my money on soda.
most my money goes to electricity. After that, school books and supplies for the kids.
Now my wife!
When I was in the UK I spent most of what I earnt in taxes;
Pay as You Earn tax (PAYE) - 22% - 40% of Gross
National Insurance (NI) - 12% of Gross
Value Added Tax (VAT) - 17.5% on non esential purchases
Tax on Fuel - ?? 75% of the price at a guess
Tax on energy - 9% of household bills
Tax on Insurance - ???
Local Council Tax - Based on house value but a lot..
I hate to think how much of what I earned went in tax in total, but I guess 60 - 70%!!!!
