I heard on the radio today that indeed you can absolutely break the penis.

It's called a penile fracture and it's a lot like tearing the cartlidge in your knee. These can happen often to a man but if the penis is erect during the extreme bending and it is bent severly enough it can require surgery.

They did an episode on Grey's Anatomy where it happened to one of the doctors. I got curious and did some research after that is the only reason I know, and I'm sticking to that story,
