Yes, I am trying to put the pieces together but one of my cords is missing since I am out of town (forgot to pack it) I started to write my recipes with the new layouts, but I'm stuck!! 
I have to have multi-step recipes and the new layout only allows one instruction and one ingredient capsule. I'm going to wait to see how the others are getting around it.
Don't spread yourself too thin -- don't want you to disappear!!! BTW, your book looks FABULOUS!!

Back to laying down.....Awww... Mark, I'm sorry. I hope you two feel better soon. Make sure you change your bed sheets often and change your toothbrush too. Chicken soup, with chicken stock instead of water, four Vidalia onions and one whole garlic head. It works! It has a lot of natural antibiotics. And plenty of water and rest. YOu'll be okay in no time!

I have another concoction: olive tea boiled with 2 whole onions and ginger. Burns like crazy going down, but really works. I'll be fine by tomorrow.

I had my yearly physical... all good except my cholesterol it's a bit high. So, I've done all the changes I could possibly make to my diet... except maybe give up Mangoes! But I must start working out every day SERIOUSLY! I need to make a schedule and stick to it. But it's hard when you're married to a Piscis, you know? One moment they tell you they are hungry and want dinner early, the next moment they want to take out to the movies, the next moment they want to do laundry right away! So he can't ever make up his mind, and I'm always trying to figure out what the day will bring. Not that I'm a pushover, but I like to do things with him. I'm very flexible... that's my problem. Maybe he's going to have to get used to my schedule. Period!

Cholesterol's a little high so I have to watch it from now on. I'm going back to have it checked in three months and if it's still high doc's going to put me on that pill. I hate medication with passion, and only take vitamins and my allergy pills because I have no choice.
Its raining cats and dogs, or should I say Gatos y Perros! But we needed the rain so I'm not complaining.
@Mark, the soup is a recipe that hubber RebekahElle shared with me. It works like magic! Remember: 4 big onions, an entire head of garlic, carrots and anything else you want to add, and use chicken stock instead of water, that way its superstrong. It tastes soooo goooooood! Yum!I understand. I detest taking medication of any sorts too. Cholestrol is tough thing. My mom combatted it by removing all types of fatty foods from her diet. She was already fat-conscience before this and ate extremely healthy. Her levels never changed. Then one day, she took a new take on life. She decided to stop worrying about it, ate normally, increased her physical activity and stopped stressing over things she could control. Within a month, her levels were normal. The doctor tested her again, thinking there was an error, but there wasn't.
I'm not saying that you should or shouldn't take the meds, just trying to give you a bit of hope that it can be combatted without the meds.
I'll send you some sun and warmth!!! It's beautiful here -- snow is melted, trees are in bud and my tulips and daffodils are showing! YAY! Spring is here!!!

Hi Everyone! Hope everyone is well. I don't seem to get by here much anymore. This is the busy season for me. School begins to wind down and all of the activities with the kids. Just wanted to stop by to say hi!
HI Cara! We've got the FCAT standardized tests starting tomorrow. I've been busy too, arguing with an atheist and two communists here in HP.

I'm getting pretty sick of a certain hubber posting all over the forums how the contest I won was rigged. I'd love to know how that is since I did all of my own writing and videoing for the hub. Apparently because I'm "elite" and in the apprenticeship program it means that HP did everything for me when that couldn't be further from the truth. I'm trying hard to shake it off but it is multiple threads and it's really starting to tick me off.
On the school note, good luck with those WONDERFUL standardized tests! They are always great fun! I will be packing early for sure. Still hoping to get that job I applied for but haven't heard anything yet. If not, I'll be moving down to first grade next year. I need a break from the big kids!Hi ya Cara. Linda and I went right to the Ocean as soon as I got home from work. It is so wonderful to be so close that you can hit the beach within minutes from home as you well know. The smell of that Ocean is so so amazing. Anyone who doesn't love that must be crazy Hey Mark, I know what you mean. About an hour ago I came back from walking up and down the beach with my husband. It's so windy and the waves are so big! It's absolutely beautiful. We're starting to get a nice easy tan.
Because we only go late in the afternoon and stay there until sundown. So happy to be living here!

I know all about night shifts... many years playing gigs for a living.
We're on lock down here. There are two guys barricaded in a nearby building on my block. It's related to a murder that happened last week where they tried to rob and ended up shooting a Hungarian teenager that had just moved to Miami Beach. So sad! I hope they catch the guy who did it and put him away. That's Miami for you! Big city = Crime.

not for me. I suppose you're right-that would be no different in any large city and trust me, I don't live anywhere near a LARGE city.
However, crime and murder occurs everywhere. We recently had a similar situation. Three armed men entered a local convenience store and killed everyone there (three workers) including the owners son, a 16 yr old. The infuriating thing is the burglers had been given the money already, but still shot them. I hope they get those three as well.
