   Yes, BT, we all must get into sexy shape like yourself! Great advice right before 4th of July, when we can participate in all sorts of activities that will burn off those picnic calories. Great HubNugget Hub by the way!- and I am going over to make a choice and vote.

   Herald, the likelihood of HubNuggets giving anyone washboard abs is close to 0. I'm with Patty... you'd be better off buying a vintage washboard. However, if you'd like some great reading material and would like to help new Hubbers... read 'em all and then vote for your favorite!!!

   Is there an icon that the winners of the HubNuggets get to put on their hub, or something to say that they are Hubnuggets?  It would be a great promotional tool for the winning hubs and I'd love to read past winning hubs as well.  Thanks.
