    Got a little behind, due to some family stuff ... so I am starting my 30 hubs in 30 days from scratch:

    #1  I've enrolled on a glass fusing class, so wrote a short article about Glass Fusing for Jewelry as I enrolled to discover how I can use the techniques in jewelry making

    #2  I had a big list of places I could go for a class, so then created a hub about Glass Fusing Classes in England, I'll add to that regularly over the next couple of years (lists always need updating)

    #3  I read a great book called The Art of Money Getting, by PT Barnum, so did a precis of this - and showed how its relevant for people writing hubs.

    Only 27 more to go then!

    I must be on a roll, decided to use one of my other names (local area) and produced this:

    The inspiration for that came when I was looking through houses for sale in my area and saw a few there - so thought it'd make a good informational hub.

    #6 Google Mobile Payments, also known as Google Wallet.

    Trying to find ways for small businesses/crafts people to take payments at affordable rates, I discovered Google are launching their new pilot today, so I thought that was worthy of a hub!

    It's where you wave your phone to buy things, rather than paying cash or getting cards out.

      Hi Scottie _ I enjoyed your hubs, very informative and written in a relaxed way that drew me in.  If I had one thing to say it would be to work out a good intro for each one, you rather jump right in there.  Maybe try to give your readers a taster of what is to come, why you are writing it, and what your readers will gain from it.  But I am no expert.  Good luck on HubPages

    I've been putting together a new website, which needs to have the best classified ads section ever smile  There's no point in having a rubbish one (I've tried that before).

        I had an exhibition of my wildlife photos as part of my protest against developing the greenfield site in my earlier Hub about Greenhill - went well, lots of nice people saying nice things.  I did manage to get sunburnt though since it was by the canal side. Now I glow in the dark.

    Just discovered a great new home security device, it's a doorbell that fools burglars into thinking you're at home as it calls your cell phone and you can then speak to callers over the intercom.

    Also useful for being able to speak directly to parcel delivery guys while you're at work, to give them exact instructions on where to stick it smile  Or even to tell your mate to "Hold on, I'm just in the toilet/bath" when they drop round unexpectedly!
