(Plus I've made my first 12 cents!)
Day 19, Hub 29
I very seldom write about celebrities because I'm no celebrity junkie. But if I had to interview Kris Humphries because I needed the job and had to eat, I'd handle it much more differently than the "Good Morning America" interviewer. At least, I would be a lot more professional when dealing with Humphries.

Day 19, Hub 30
I wouldn't mind going on a cruise right now. This is my 30th Hub, but I'm sticking around to see if I'll write more. I can catch up on my reading, too.
http://arlenevpoma.hubpages.com/hub/5-C … or-Writers
I'm glad to see that you made it back with another hub. I'm still trying to catch up on my reading, but I fast forwarded to see if you posted again after having said you were out of ideas.
Day 24 and I have completed 30 hubs in 30 days ahead of time with Hub 30 being about the Belo Monte Dam and its threat to the Zebra Pleco: http://bardofely.hubpages.com/hub/Can-t … be-stopped

Day 20, Hub 32
I am way behind by anything Christmas, and that includes wrapping gifts. Making your own Christmas wrap from brown paper bags doesn't cost much. The bonus? Brown paper bags are recyclable and can be composted for a green Christmas.

Good morning! I woke up super early to get this one done.

Still plugging away at writing Hubs, and still lovin' it. Here are Christmas tips my family and friends used over the years to save from buying gift tags.

Hi every body. I don't know how I did it , but I managed to write 18 hubs over the last 30 days. I missed counted some, so it could be more. I have problems with my PC but I am going to try it again anyway. Here is my 1st hub. Cay i, hub 1

Another Christmas Tradition that we started with our children.
Day 21, Hub 30: http://homesteadbound.hubpages.com/hub/ … -Challenge
Yeah, I'm done.
4 more to reach my goal of 150 by end of the year.
You aren't done, are you? Something tells me you are going to rope us into another challenge in 2012. You do ask nicely, so that helps.
It will be a while before I do another one ... I think ....
I guess I could surprise myself. But other than trying to get 4 more done by the end of the year, yes, I am done. One of the ones I will be writing is my writing goals for 2012. So I want to think about that a bit. And then a possible job after the first of the year could have an impact on things also. Like I said in my challenge summary, this challenge was harder than the first.
Day 2, Hub 2:

By the way, this is a collaborative writing project started by missolive. You're all welcome to participate. If nothing else, you'll get yet another hub out of it!

Homesteadbound - you are an amazing, supportive and unique individual - thank you for this, and thank you for all your wonderfully supportive comments along the way. You have no idea how much it helped & inspired me.
Yaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy!!! Congratulations, Beth!!!
Congratulations! You made it - I knew you would.
I was glad to be there to cheer you on and to share the journey with you. I still have reading to catch up on.
Hummmm .... I hope unique is good ....
Day 22, Hub 34
I know a lot of you have completed your 10K (ever) page views. Outstanding!!! I haven't got there, yet, but I'm plugging away.

Congratulations on finding work! I don't know what it's like to answer to an alarm clock or a boss anymore. My family and friends tell me to stay retired. My husband knows I will speak my mind, so he isn't interested in bailing me out of jail for "talking" to the boss. I hate to admit this, but they are all right about me. They've been saying this since I retired in 2002, and none of them are going to step up and post my bail. Yeah, it's nice when people know you so well.
It's still not in the bag, but it is something that I am pursuing. Even though I don't want to work like that, paying the bills is important.
Day 3 Hub 3:

All we do is either make a goal to write 30 Hubs in 30 Days or 100 Hubs in 30 Days. Or you can get on the Forum like you did and post your work as you go. I've tried it both ways, but I like working with others even better. Not only will you post your work on the Forum and the feed, you may also leave comments as you read other Hubs. You don't have to finish. It's a goal for most of us who want to see what we can do as writers. From you post, it looks like you would have no problem completing the 30/30 or 100/30. Anyway, that's my best description.
What's gone, Cindy? Anywhooo, I'll catch up with you tomorrow. It'll 11:18 p.m. here in Sacramento. Where does the time go?

I was happily surprised this weekend to find out that one of my articles was nominated for this week's HubNuggets contest )) Please vote for my "Top 10 Restaurants in Lisbon" article! http://hubpages.com/topics/food-and-cooking/1491 Thanks and have a great day!
Whoops - I totally skipped one in my count. How did I do that?
Anyway, It's actually Day 6, Hub 6 for me. More poetry:
http://capricornrising.hubpages.com/_2c … -with-drum
Everyone have a great, great day. Write lots.
Whoops. Had to unpublish. Did a google search on myself (I do this now and then), and discovered the poem from today's hub is still online, on a site I thought was defunct! Ah well. There will be others, sometime after the challenge of the holidays!
Whoops! Didn't get anymore articles done yesteday--I hit a brick wall, crashed and burned!
Since today or tomorrow (depending how you count) is day 30 for me, it looks like I fell far short of making this challenge. It takes me hours to write a single article, because I refuse to do a half-a$$ed slap-dash job, to "just publish something," so I still have the research and photo lookups, etc.... all time-consuming, as everyone here knows. And sometimes its a wild goose chase--spend all that time to look for just the right photo, finally find one, and discover it's copyrighted, with no time to wait on contacting the owner for permission. So all that time for naught.
I've submitted only 16 hubs as of yesterday; I see no way to get 14 more done just today. I have too many household tasks that must get done before the holidays, and the rest of the week is filled with assorted appointments.
::: Sigh ::: Perhaps there will be another time to try this challenge... ...
This was hard enought as far as I got--I must say, those who attempt the 100-in-30 have got to be certifiably insane!!
Damn, Day 24, still no Hub, I'll try to catch up when I'm less busy - Christmas is draining me of material to write.

Are you in the midst of a Hub Challenge? Fantastic! Should you like to share the Hubs you have published as you continue along on your epic journey, share them here. Please do not post Hub links in other threads or start a new thread for individual Hubs. That makes things messy, and makes it harder...

Hello Fellow Hubbers,One of the freelance jobs that I'm currently doing allows me to place appropriate links, as long as they are not directly to my own work.Rather than post links to random search results, I thought I'd ask around at HP to see if anyone has any great hubs on the subjects I'm...

Thank you to everyone who contributed to last week's Welsh HubMob, the response was amazing, 47 hubs published in a week. Most of us who were not familiar with Wales and its enormous influence to the USA and worldwide culture in general, have learnt a few things last week. Hopefully...
