See how many Hubber's you can recognize, or discover some good new authors.
Each time you refresh it will choose a different 49.
I wasn't bored but I was curious and I clicked on your "slice of hubs" too cute. new thing?
It's been around for a long time, but it hasn't been linked to from anywhere on the site before.
My socks came up on the first run, but not D I do have to say MrM had the most outstanding avatar of that bunch. It looked so cute in the batch and my eyes were drawn to it right away.
Cute......I saw many I know, except my own!!!! aRe you trying to tell me something? LOL!
That's really fun Paul. I can see my writing time slipping away...
Paul, this is pretty cool. I'm sure you know other social sharing sites have similar "get to know" pages. This should be somewhere more visible to visitors, etc., perhaps with clickable images to the hubber's profiles.
It is fun to check out.
And, Paul...it is "For those who are bored." Silly. Unless you were talking about trees that are bored. Or: trains that are bored. Or: shoelaces that are bored.
Stacie -- I meant what I said, that page is really only for people with piercings
Ha! Well, then I've been breaking your intention because I'm piercing free, but I've been ogling the page. I even let the ear piercings I was tied down and forced into at the age of four close up and disappear.
Tied down and forced into? You were sitting on a chair at the jewelers in Grand Junction, Co, It was your aunts idea and she talked you into it by taking you into the toy store at the mall first and telling you if you did it, you could pick out any toy in the store. Who told you that you were forced and tied down? That was how they did mine, but i was held down not tied. I just wonder why you would think such a thing?
The profile patchwork is cool! Even though I wasn't on it and I refreshed about ten times.
Stacie - I feel for you. I hate seeing young children and even babies with piercings. My parents were anti-piercing and I wasn't allowed to get mine done until I was 16, much to my annoyance (gave me a nickel allergy too).
Mine too have closed up now as I really can't be bothered wearing any jewelry at all. I even find a watch irritating.
I didn't see myself but it's because I suppose it's random so with all hubpagers I don't have much chance to view myself.
Remember, there are a LOT of Hub authors. If you sit there and refresh the screen long enough, you will eventually see yourself.
Kooooool, itz gud 2 C fellow HUBBERS. Is this accessible from the main page.
Nice... I didn't realize that there were so many hubbers... I feel like I am getting to know the family now
I must be really lame, because I didn't even know that the forums existed. And I swear that I clicked on everything else related to HubPages. But I'm only a week old.... Oh my. I better get another cup of coffee!!
pretty awesome .. its really a great time pass when got bored..

I'm finding duplicate content from a new hubber... AWKWARD!!!!! Not sure what to do, really. Plus, how can I be sure new hubber isn't departed hubber? I'd just really want someone to have my back and cover me even if I'd left and someone was taking my stuff. Anyway, what...

lyricsingray posted a really great idea a few months ago and his idea was that you check out the hubs of the person above you in the comment thread and recommend one of their hubs. The last person on that comment thread was Bronson_Hub and when I went to recommend one of his hubs I was told the...

Hi there,I've noticed that since my hubs are no longer "new", they aren't visible on my profile page. One can find them by clicking the word "more" (next to the categories latest - hot - best), but if I direct a person who's never seen HubPages before to my profile page,...

Have you noticed that you must be signed in to click on a hubber's name to go to their hubs? This does not seem good to me; it keeps readers from spotting hubbers they may want to check out and the traffic we are after is non-hubbers isn't it? So they would never be signed in. This seems an issue...

Why do some Hubber's ask very basic questions?I find some very basic questions being asked on HP. Some of these questions, the hubber can easily Google-search the answers. Why do they ask, anyway? Would you answer such questions?

If a hubber's previous username has been permanently banned should they be allowed back as another? As those of us who've been here for a while will know - there are a number of people banned for behaviour against the TOS, etc. Now, they're not necessarily IP banned, so can come back under another...
