I will be compiling a list of things people take for granted, and i already have a small list which i'm looking to increase.

This is where i need your help in adding to that list.

Please list some things that you think people take for granted.

    Thank you in advance!

A difficult task because it really does seem people take everything for granted. But, looking at people I know and their lives, I see wives and husbands are almost always taken for granted. Probably that's the reason for so many divorces.

LIFE in general. ppl speed through life instead of slowing down and enjoying things around them. They take their families and friends for granted. And even take their pets for granted.

Some people take the very basics for granted: food, water, and shelter.
They don't realize how good they have it until it's gone.

When I was a kid-- we didn't have any of these. Oh wait we had coffee probably, but not many people in my family drank it. Oh and communications; We had smoke signals and tin cans with a string between them.
