   He is doing very well with his recovery.
   
   I imagine Tobi & Maggie have been right beside him giving him loads of love.
   
   You see...to Dogs...We're Not Just People Either.
   
   Loved your article & so glad you are getting along without a walker.

   I'm happy you have Bev & the doggies.  Take care and don't run too many races just yet.

      I thoroughly enjoyed his article. Maggie and Toby will know that Bill's a bit under the weather and will be content to stay by his side. Our animals deem themselves our nursemaids when we're not feeling well or are down in the dumps.

   This was Mr. Bill's last article before his surgery. I've already read this one before. I'm relieved to hear that he's on the mend. I sincerely miss his presence on HP, and a Monday without a mailbag felt so empty. I pray he recovers quickly. Ameen

   In a way, Bill seemed to be the glue holding this group together, you, too, Brenda. I don't do the word prompts, but I enjoy reading the work they inspire. I'm missing the mail bag, too, but recognize he needs a break. Thanks to both of you.

         According to Bill's FB page, he walked around the block yesterday using only his cane. He said he hadn't taken any pain meds and felt no pain. Our dear friend is unstoppable!

   Bill, was a very good friend of us. I do know for sure he went for a hip replacement surgery.                                           And now that he's recovering is good news indeed. The whole community of writers are happy indeed.                                    We'll not miss the Mail Bag and  Travel with Magie stories, if he's bent on writing stuff. But we'll miss commenting...I mean enjoy his sense of humor. That's the very bed rock of the oldiers!                                       Wishing every one here a happy weekend. Hope Bill is reading this too.
