Seems hubpages is experiencing a technical glitch at the present?

      In what regard, Miebakagh?

I can't edit posts I made, for example.

Now, the response I made has move up moments ago.                                       The first three replies I made about 5 hours ago failed. And my activities for the past 2 days are low except reading articles.                                       They must be a glitch or is it at the end of my opera browser?

It must be your browser, Miebakagh. I just "pretended" to edit one of my articles and had no trouble. I use Google Chrome when accessing the Internet.

Okay, my opera browser? The reply and more button still appear. But I just download google chrome.

I don't have any trouble, Farah. Are you on a phone or computer? And what browser are you using?

I can only see options for reply and report. There is no edit button.

Click on the right-facing arrow. That will display more options.

Farah, I got that. That's why I think they must be a glitch.                                       Are you using  Opera? Wonderful device. Saves lots of money. Adds a daily bonus of 70 MB!

Hi, Farah. Perhaps the comment was too old for editing. The "Edit" button on a forum post is temporary. It disappears after a certain amount of time. I'm not sure exactly how long the button is present. It's gone on a post that I made five hours ago, but I think the time length for its presence is currently shorter than that.

Lidah, editing is open only just for 5 minutes. Bv in Farah and my case, it stay dumb when clicked.

Sorry Lindah I don't see the error spelling 'bv'. I mean but. I try editing on opera with my small nokia phone by hitt4ng more. No way.

brave, you got a glitch like like issue on Google Chrome?

No glitches on my end. I use Google Chrome exclusively.

Well, I type mad instead of made in that post...so I tried to change it right after I noticed it but not exactly sure about the time length. The forum I think is still open. The buttons are at times present and at times it is only the reply and report buttons that can be seen. I didn’t think of it much till Miebakagh reported a similar problem. Anyway, hopefully, nobody will notice the mistake...at least it is not as offensive as typing retards instead of regards!

This is an interesting observation. For me, "more" is functional on my laptop, my phone, and even my ancient iPod.

Laptop. Just checked my tablet and it works fine. I don't access HP via my phone.

            My current browser is Vivaldi.

Edit: it's fine on my phone as well.

Bev, interesting to note you and Lindah are sailiig on three devices.                                       I think the only differences is the browser. What me amd the other experienced is real.                                       I had a had time login in with edge, maxthon, and opera on my laptop but not with google chrome.

You may have raised a good point about the browser being significant, Miebakagh. I was using Chrome on my laptop and phone and Safari on my iPod when I performed my tests.

Lindah, good point. You're welcome.                                        I'm experiencing same issue in other forums. I'm expfcting HubPages to wade in with a word or two. That should tell us on whose end side is the glitch.

Testing on 'more' again. All the others appear. I try hitting edit. It kind of clamp or gather the others together. When I let go off, my post to edit disappear. I reload the page and it appear.

Ok how did you post the photo? I do not see an option for that either. I hardly get time to sit in one place. So I do almost everything with my phone except for powerpoint presentations and bulk editing. I am using the default browser of iphone.

I usually sign in through my Facebook app or google app. Google app uses google chrome I think. I am not using Opera. I have Opera installed on my laptop though but I didn’t try that to get access to the forum. So I am not sure how that works...Not sure how the facebook app gains access to other sites...and I can edit this one....the edit option seems to come and go...
