Hi Hubbers,
I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!
Here is my article: Absolutely Tasty Cocktail of Athens: The Grande Bretagne No 1, The Recipe
Hi Dee, I think you just need to attribute the photos. If you took them yourself say so. It may also help to add more words. Maybe tell us a bit more about the hotel, The Grande Bretagne.
Thank you! That's great advice. I have stayed there several times and it's fabulous. I will be easy to discuss the hotel itself!
Attributing the photos would be good, but I think the main problem is the links. Your article is about a cocktail. Linking to commercial airlines seems irrelevant and promotional. Linking to your tour company within the article is also promotional.
All your articles are promoting businesses. It's not permitted as per the Terms of Use.
Here is the relevant section of the FAQs: https://hubpages.com/faq/#overly_promotional
Maybe remove the 12% discount link...i don't see relevance here.
Find out more about the drink.. .what that story is behind it's making...that would be interesting.
Turn this aryicke around to include both the hotel and the drink...but talk more about the atmosphere of hotel...lounge area....dining area. Etc.
Make it a total story on visiting this place. Include Maps & pictures.
This is an interesting article. I wonder whether the title needs to be a little more specific in relating to the content? The fascinating information about the hotel takes up more space than the cocktail. Maybe a photo of the hotel would fit better at the top, with the cocktail coming in later. The photos are great, but they need a source. I am a little wary of putting links in an article, even to a relevant product on Amazon, as they do not tend to go down well. I suggest saving the links for your own website.
Don't be discouraged. We have all been here before. Making a few changes and a little perseverance usually does the trick with getting an article featured.
Thank you all, I appreciate! I will consider all your advices.
