Thank you to everyone who contributed to last week's Welsh HubMob, the response was amazing, 47 hubs published in a week.
Most of us who were not familiar with Wales and its enormous influence to the USA and worldwide culture in general, have learnt a few things last week.  Hopefully your hubs will bring awareness to the importance of Wales and its people.  Thank you for your Hubs HubMobsters!

The special mention for last week's HubMob goes to Ethel Smith  who contributed with 12 awesome hubs on the topic.  You are an amazing lady Ethel, we wish you all the best and a prompt recovery when you go for your eye surgery.

This week we are staying in the UK but crossing the sea to another beautiful country, Ireland.  In a week we are going to be entering the Irish-American Heritage month and this year we are going to join in the celebrations by writing not only about St Patrick but about everything Irish including the contributions the Irish have made to the growth and development of the USA.  This is a very wide topic, so again I am going to be asking you to take special attention when you categorize your hub.  I will be making the question under St. Patrick's day but please make sure that you choose a category that best suits your hub's content.

Some ideas for a St. Patrick and everything Irish HubMob hub are:

    St. Patrick
    St Patrick's day
    Celebrating Irish American heritage month
    US presidents with Irish Origins
    Interesting Irish facts
    Travelling in Ireland
    Traditional Irish food
    Traditional Irish dress
    Famous Irish writers
    Irish actors
    Irish films
    Irish Music

To join this week's HubMob please follow the steps below:

    1. YOU MUST START YOUR HUB CLICKING THIS LINK.  Choose the Answer the Request green button.  Choose the MAKE A HUB ABOUT IT option.

    2. Choose a relevant title for your Hub to get a good ranking in the search engines, AVOID starting your title with "Weekly HubMob"

    3. If necessary change the category on your hub to best suit your topic.

    4. Include the HubMob RSS Feed in your hub: http://hubpages.com/question/39520/hubm … ew&rss For more information on how to add the RSS feed to your hub you can click here

    5. Add the most suitable HubMob graphic from below to your hub so that everyone who reads it will know that it is part of the official HubMob topic of the week.

    http://i43.tinypic.com/rup3mg.jpg

    http://i50.tinypic.com/iqizq8.jpg

    6. After you publish your HubMob Hub, come back to the forum and post a link to your hub with a brief description of what you wrote about and why.  Take advantage of the free publicity!

If you are still not sure about what is a HubMob and the benefits of taking part in one I created this guide http://hubpages.com/hub/What-is-a-HubMo … o-join-one  please feel free to come up with any questions if you have any doubts left.

Sorry Dolores, but older hubs cannot be included sad The reason being your hub has to be started by answering this week's question above(#1 You must start the hub by clicking on the link).  Princessa usually suggests that an individual write another hub here and then reference a link to your original hub.  Hope this helps! big_smile

Irish, maybe you can write a little something about some American icons that the Irish like, if that's true.  It doesn't have to be anything long, like do the Irish like pizza? etc. Anyway, I'm sounding silly, just a thought.

For those of us who are still novices at all of this, I’m pasting 2 really helpful hubs by Darkside.

This one is on selecting tags and keywords for your hubs, and the impact:

        Tagging Your HubPages
        http://hubpages.com/hub/tagging

Great info in this hub, my interpretation:  If you type in the exact name of your hub, of course it will come up on page 1, likely number 1.  But what reader besides your mother is going to type in your exact title?  Type those same words into Google AdWords, and you’ll likely get the phrase “Not enough data”, meaning, no one is really doing that search.

Since we're already at 32 hubs, I'm going to predict that we will need 2 roundup hubs.  I'm trying something new this time.  I'm working on 2 hubs, and will divide your hubs between the 2.  Among other things, this makes keyword selection a little less schizophrenic for me!  Here are my titles, unless I change my mind:

St. Patrick’s Day Events, Traditional Irish Food, and All Things Irish!  Your HubMob Index of Hubs

Irish American Heritage, Irish History & Culture, and All Things Irish!  Your HubMob Index of Hubs

The first will have any hub with St. Patrick or St. Patrick's Day in the title, and any food or beverage hub.  The second hub will have everything else.  I hope to have one done tonight and the other tomorrow.  And/or I may get them out to you initially without the poll capsule as it is slooooowwwww.  Both should be published and complete by tomorrow evening.
