    I would like to write a hub about Frank McCourt's , Angela's Ashes, a story about a poor boy, born in New York, but grew up in Limerick to a father that was alway drunk and on the dole and a very prolific mother who suffered from their poverty. The book, Angela's Ashes was a Pulitzer Prize winner, and a movie was also made about this story by the same title.

    Coming from a musical family, and blessed as the descendant of  Irish immigrants, I am grateful that my "ear" for music is influenced by my ancestors. My grandfather loved music, and loved to hear his granddaughters sing.
