Yesterday I was only a couple dollars shy of reaching payout and wanted it then, but woke up this morning and reached it during the night!
YAY!!
Yes, I am excited about my first payout, because I have managed to watch my earnings DOUBLE over each month for the last 3 months and seems to be an incredible trend.
wow, congratulations. hopefully with any luck this'll be only be the beginning where you'll probably earn like a 1000 dollars a month off this site, like Hubpages advertises about.
Congratulations Cagsil, this is a momentus occasion for you mainly but we all share in your triumph, kind of. Good work and here is to many more payouts and to faster payouts.
Thank you Wesley. I'm glad to be part of HubPages and the community. And, I figure I reached it, then what I am doing is correct, working and continuing a nice trend. Much appreciated
Oh, I see. It's like stock photography i guess. it was the same with images. I thought they would never pay me and then a year later I gt 1000 dollars! that's cool right?
On HubPages it's related to traffic, though. It takes a while for good-quality hubs to get traffic, backlinks and more traffic, so that you earn. Most of my best hubs are still increasing their traffic a couple of years after I first published them.
Well, that would be true, had I not made any money since the posting of this thread, but since I continue to earn, that number is a misrepresentation of where I am at.(j/k)
wow. lucky you. I have been on here for a while, and barely breaking 1,000 views. But, i don't have a lot of hubs either. Too busy these days with family stuff, and trying to find a real job. Congrats to you.
Thats wonderful Cagsil. I know how ecstacic you feel right now. Its such a feeling of great relief when one reaches payout. Its a confirmation of the fact that earning online is for real. And a call to 'keep on keeping on'! CONGRATS.
Thank you RNMSN. I am not sure it was fast.... But, the present doubling effect which has been going on for the last three months, give hope to quicker returns in the future.
Oh that is so cool am expecting another check myself I reached my threshold last month and more!!!! We need to double celebrate. The bad thing bout Oz is you the threshold is 150 but did it again. Yahooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!
I just received an email from Paypal saying I had received a payment from Hub Pages. I have been in AdSense for 10 months and finally reached my first payout...happy days! Now, I am looking forward to my next and see if I can make it happen sooner.
It really does take off. I got my first adsense payout at the end of June, and I've just hit the £60 mark for July, so another payout this month. That's not all hubs, because I set up my own blog a month ago, but hubs is most of it.
It's been a little over 2 weeks for me on the new HP Ad Program and I've reached payout. I'm really glad to see this because my Google revenue has taken a major nosedive. Thanks HP!!Hang in there hubbers!!
