I just received an email from Paypal saying I had received a payment from Hub Pages. I have been in AdSense for 10 months and finally reached my first payout...happy days! Now, I am looking forward to my next and see if I can make it happen sooner.
How awesome and ironic ...I saw an email pop in just last night saying I received my first payout too! I did not join to earn the first year and decided the next year to join since I was on here so much at the time and now, finally, one came in! Yes, let's hope they come more often now. Blessings
Yes, that is what I was thinking too. It is about time for both of us for sure! Wonder why my profile photo is not showing up here. I just signed in from my phone, I guess. Well, sign in now on computer. Here's to many more payouts to come!
That's funny I also just got a message from hubpages. I also received my first payout...and you are right happy days are here again! Although it seems like my most viewed hub has went down drastically in views. I don't understand it! But hey I don't want to be a kill joy so...congratulations my friend I'm happy for you and may I add myself too!
wow, I'm seriously looking forward to the day that I'll receive my first payout, I'm new to this game and finding it a bit difficult to grasp the entire concept but I'll definitely get there someday. congratulations and much success in the future bro.
Congratulations Jodah and may many more payouts arrive in your inbox!
Well done especially on making the topic of poetry pay. That would have been a hard mountain to climb. You'll find payouts get more and more frequent over time - the first one is always the hardest one to get.
That's great Jodah, I've come back to HP after a time away, and it's really the only site that pays you. Even if there is a slow month, soon you would get paid every other month if you couldn't get your numbers up to the payout. But now that the summer is over (at least in the U.S.) usually the traffic picks up.
I never got an Amazon payment, my topics aren't easy to use with products. Don't worry about that so much, there are so many rules against promotional hubs anyway. It feels good, doesn't it?
Thanks Adam, wow I just checked your profile and may I say you are doing very well to be close to payout already. You only have a handful of hubs and followers, but your hubs are certainly high quality especially the 5 most endangered species hub and I can see how they would be popular to outside traffic. I am impressed.
Thanks for the encouraging words. I usually don't publish a hub unless I know it's good quality based on the hub score. I know that there's a lot of duplicate work out there and that's what I try to avoid by letting my writing style set my hubs apart. Writing articles is one thing, but writing one that draws masses in is wholenother, ball game
Well done! It's an exciting bonus as part of this community, isn't it? :-) I've been a member since August, so no payouts just yet. But I am crossing my fingers that I might meet the threshold this month.
hi. I was so happy last night after posting in a thread and noticed my score of 100 so I went to check google ad sense to see if I had reached my goal of making it to $100. by Aug. 31-- and I did! and I reached my Aug. goal with Amazon. I looked at the ad sense report closely to see which...
I had hoped to make my first payout this month, but realized it was a stretch as I would have to once more double the previous month's earnings. I went to bed needing only a few more dollars and hoped to make it today.Checked adsense first thing this morning (of course! ) and had earned 3...
I've been a member for two years but wrote the majority of my hubs over the last two months after I finally got motivated to do so. $100 is not very much to be honest but it just goes to show that making money online is possible when I really didn't believe it at the beginning! Now I...
