Hello Hubbers,
The HubMob is back this week with more ideas for top hubs. If last week we concentrated on The Greatest HubMob hits as a point of inspiration to write some more top hubs, this week we are going to dig back into the HubMob 4 most popular topics ever in terms of number of hubs and users.
We are going to keep the Greatest hits in terms of popularity topic for the next two weeks so you have enough time to think about these four topics and create unique hubs for the HubMob and for an opportunity to win one of the daily prizes offered this month by HubPages contest.
The 4 topics for the next two weeks are:
1 Cooking Ingredients
2 Toys
3 The return of the Health Hubs
4 Best gifts ideas

Good luck to all of you!
I had already started my hub (http://hubpages.com/hub/blood-glucose-testing) before I realized I had to go to the question and "make a hub about it". I hope my hub still counts!
great ideas! you could perhaps kill two birds with one by doing a health hub on an ingredient. thanks for the ideas.
Happy Sunday! Here's my hub about collecting Steiff toy animals, my very favorite brand of plush toy: http://hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Collect- … oy-Animals
Or rather I'm adding it but it won't show up in my hub. It's there but when I go back it's not finding the feed.
I am excited to participate in my first HubMob! My contribution is to the Toys topic. I wrote about video games and how they have impacted my life in positive ways.
http://hubpages.com/hub/Video-Games-More-Than-Toys
I'm having trouble getting the RSS link to work b/c it is partly hidden due to its length. I'm also not sure which URL to use for the graphic -- wyanjen's profile page?
Open it and do a copy and paste from the top to your hub rss box.
Hi Princessa, good Monday to you too. Another great set of topics. Thanks so much. I had fun doing a series on hairstyles the last two weeks and at the same time doing the April challenge and contest. Super great.. three birds in one stone. Off I go a-writin'
Great topics. Maybe I'll do one about toys this week

Ow, thank you very much. I am very much interested to join here..
This is my first try at attempting a HubMob hub--I hope I did everything correctly! I picked Best Gift Ideas, and chose Mother's Day Gift Baskets, because I just love receiving any kind of gift basket, and thought other moms might enjoy them, too!

I love garlic so here's a hub I wrote on the "stinking rose" along with a recipe for roasted garlic soup - yum! http://hubpages.com/hub/Garlic-the-stinking-rose
Thanks for the good topic ideas - will get my thinking hat on!
Rose Mary or Princessa, can you help me out? I am having trouble with the rss feed for the last hubmob - HubMob Weekly Topic: HubMob Greatest hits.
Only two hubs are showing up in the feed, and when I look up the question, those same two hubs are the only ones that show up there as well. I am sure there are more hubs but they're not popping up in the feed.
Thanks so much for any help you can give
I had a similar problem as well. You're not alone.
Since hubs are entered through the original HubMob links, the hubs should appear in the original HubMob RSS feeds. So the Body Art hubs are in the RSS from the Body Art HubMob 18 months ago, Hair Styles from 2 years ago, etc.
I pretty much agree with you, Rose Mary's reply notwithstanding. I had seven hubs in this particular HubMob and they appear like you said, and in the original 2-yr-old question. HubMobs before and after this one are "normal."
I did notice that my RSS had an odd end to it (/hot?&RSS) rather than the usual (?new&RSS). I might have introduced that variation myself. But moving the <?> and/or changing hot to "new" made no difference.
Whatever. Onward.
How wonderful! I believe I may be able to squeeze one or two in here, since the topics we can choose from are so vast.
Here's another on cooking ingredients - Ginger
http://hubpages.com/hub/Ginger-Recipe-I … cinal-Uses
Treating Young Children Injured by Third Degree Burns and How to Recognize 6 Degrees of Burns

OOPS! Almost forgot to add mine about yeast and yeast-free hot cross buns for Easter!
http://hubpages.com/hub/Yeast-Free-Easter
Thanks!
I finished this and forgot to come back and post the link here. I wanted to do a hub about a sauce that used a small number of ingredients but has a taste that seems like it would be much harder to make.
Jezebel Sauce that can be used with Easter dinner seemed like a good choice. It's a spicy condiment that works well with most meats and makes a creative snack.
Here is the link:

Hubpages webmasters should try and initiate a monthly contest on a particular topic, even if it doesn't go with a cash prize but should a prize to encourage hubbers to participate, and the result should be by voting among hubbers and the outside community, how is the idea?
