What does your map look like? Here's mine: http://hubpages.com/profile/Moonmaiden/map
wow moonmaiden you could print that and sell it as a work of art.....jimmy
I'm glad you found the personalized tag maps. For the rest of you that haven't found it, there's a link at the bottom of your tag map on the profile page. If you click the link, it will create a tag map that is based on your avatar.
I like this one. http://hubpages.com/profile/Drax/map
I'm a little lost on this one. My profile page doesn't have a tag map, which do see on every other Hub I've looked at.
How do I activate the tag map in my Hub?
I had already selected quite a few tags in the beginning set-up of my Hub, and those currently show up in a column on the right home page. Nothing, however, on the profile page.
I didn't know that it was based on avatar! Good job. Here's mine http://hubpages.com/profile/SunSeven/map
Lissie, thanks so much for the quick reply!
Your explanation is very clear and thorough.Unfortunately, when I click on "My Profile" - there isn't a box full of tags. Um..therein lies the problem.
My tags don't appear anywhere on my profile page and I'm not sure how to make that happen. They "do" appear on my start-page as red text links on the right column.
Hmm Im pretty sure they should be there automatically - which browser are you using InternetExplorer , Firefox? You might have a setting wrong in the actual browser - what do you see when u follow the link I created above for your map?
Lissie. I've moved my question to the "Need Assistance" section in the forum - so as not to impede the flow of anyone else's fun here.
Due to your gracious assistance, by following the link you just created for my page, I too can participate in this amusement.
That's actually very, very cool!
Thanks, Lissie. :-)
Mine looks like a Transformer robot or some entity arising out of the mists. haha
Ooohhhhh, pretty....Here's mine:
I think mine looks pretty cool - http://hubpages.com/profile/Angela+Harris/map
That is so cool. Here's mine http://hubpages.com/profile/embitca/map
For some reason though, when I click on some of your maps, all of the tags are black. I use Opera, so I might try a different browser.
Nice Embitica, and I get the same problem with some people too, all their tags are black.
I won't bother posting one because I only have one hub, not really enough tags to make a picture.
I just checked it after a long time. Now its showing all black
This is fun and interesting! Here's mine!
They all look marvelous!
You won't believe mine when you see it, but if you look really, really closely you can actually see Bing Crosby!
It almost looks like it William. With a bit of imagination.
William..Your right!! the colors and layout are excatly the same as your profile pic!!
Heres mine..nothing special, but if you look carefull enough you will see mine looks like my cats profile pic!! strange but cool:)
Some are deff works of art!
Odd. When I looked at these earlier, some of them were black, but most had other colors. Now most of them are black, including mine.
I just went through all the posts and it was about 50-50. The coolest one (in color was Bonnie's!) I wish I could see some of the ones that are in black. For now, if you can see mine, here it is. Its interesting, but not quite as pretty as some of the others:
Nice, Steph. Your map really looks like your picture! Too bad some of the others are still black because they would have been nice to see. Possibly, if you have recently published a hub or alternatively, you haven't published a hub in a while, then the tags are black?
Patty Inglish, that is awesome! Yours is my favorite. For some reason, William's is still showing black.
Oh, haha, yes like a spirit entity or something; kinda neat.
Bonney's looks like a rainbow of fire! Angela and William have solid black walls to my eye - looks strong.
Something's awry. I just looked, and mine is multi-colored with only small parts that are black. It still looks like Bing. How is it that some hubbers see one thing and others see something else? Does it have to do with browsers?
This is fun!
I never knew you could that. Here's mine:
Can I join? Here's mine.
It's not as pretty as the others. I wonder if it's based on the colours of your photo?
OOOh, mystic Kitty of the Myst of compu-smart. LOL
William, I see colors now. Defintely has to do with which computer I use.
I see a Jet plane sort of, in LisaG's.
Luv the thread Moonmaiden;)
LOL @ comments and a wowee at all your Tag maps!!
Yes, its a fact, your map is based on your profile pic and is very cool indeedy..Is this the first time anyone has actually realised this!!?
Haha! There's one bright red tag where my lips would've been.
My favorites so far are embitca's, patty's and gamergirls! These are fun.
wait wait..i've got an idea...
guess which one this is, WITHOUT CHEATING and looking at the url:
Okay okay, last one for now.
Try to guess this one. If you can't guess it at first, stare at it for a while....it's pretty close to the real thing!
LOL It's easy to read in the link itself. You need to cloak your links for this to work as intended
Well, even if I cloak the link, once you click on the link it says the user's name right above the picture...so there's no real way around it! Just was hoping people would focus on the picture, but I suppose that's pretty hard.

Stumbled on this on an old forum thread. go to http://hubpages.com/profile to see a cool "quilt" of HP profiles. go to http://hubpages.com/profile/YOUR PROFILE NAME/map to see a cluster of your article categories. Of course, actually put your user name in place of YOUR PROFILE NAME.

Lyricsingray started the excellent thread "Recommend another hubbers hub"....I thought that it would be a great idea to dive much deeper into the depths of this vast lake of words and pluck out some treasure. So rather than recommend a hub by some of the big fish who have already been...

As mentioned in this thread: http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/75200There are many spammers who still have thousands of hubs up, even if they are on probation. Obviously flagging an account doesn't work so for those of us who are still trying to help Hubpages in any way - adopt a SPAM account and...
