Only in the case of Hub Pages, the spank-ee has the modern equivalent of CPS on their side and can yell "personal attack" and the spank-er gets banned.
So the spanking (or tongue lashing) however much deserved, does, in fact, hurt the issuer more than the issuee.
Whoever it was who turned Cags in, I hope that they have learned from this experience and are out improving their intellect. Or at minimum, growing a thicker skin.Hmmmm.
