    Thank you all so much. I know HubPages isn't a social site but is a site for writers, serious writers - but I've become very fond of several folks here, and I was a bit overcome and all by myself when I got the news . . . everyone but me, grandma and all her new aunts & uncles, and cousins went down (from Pa to Virginia) to welcome Polly Olivia into the world, so I shared my joy with all of you. Thank you for indulging my 'purely personal' moment.

    Splendid,I am jealous too! I always wanted to be a part of a big family - never happened. My kids don't even want to get married. I'll be lucky if I ever see a one grandkid by some miracle... It's a lot of work, but this work is so rewarding if you do it right way with right support. Merry Christmas to all of you little guys! Be happy!
