Do you like Eminem?
Eminem is the best-selling musician of the last decade, so I figure some people must like him.
I like most of his stuff. I generally prefer the tracks on his cds that are not released as singles.
i love eminem.
i love marshall mathers.
great storyteller, great lyricist, great artist, and i've heard he is a surprisingly sweet person. doesn't surprise me, though.
what DOES surprise me is the quality of his new music!
right before he went off the radar a few years back he started getting really controversial and now he's just like the bulk of mainstream hip hop...watered down gangsta rap.
Errm I like about 15 or so tracks he's done. He's very hit and miss for me, some of his tracks just don't work for me. His latest album had maybe 2 good tracks on it, one being the single.
Who Made You is his worst single to date IMO. Awful song.
I hope the first single off his next album (if he has one) will not consist of him dissing celebrities - it's starting to get old.
I liked his latest album, but it's definitely not on par with The Marshall Mathers LP, The Slim Shady LP or The Eminem Show.
I like We Made You,(better with the video) after the annoying woman singing at the beginning, I didn't like that.
The Marshall Mathers LP is still the undisputed champion of his albums
Eminem is one of the most talented rappers ever. And I admire the fact that whatever he is going through in his life he shares with his fans through his music.
But I like M&M's. And George Bush and Glenn Beck. Oops those are the OTHER side.....
No, but I like Rabbit and Slim Shady.
Yes. He is a real artist. I can relate to most of his songs.
I think he has skill lyrically but his voice gets annoying after a while he sounds like his voice crackles and screeches. He's OK.
I love EMINEM! To me he is the best rapper out there!
It was nearly ten years ago that I bought Eminem's The Marshall Mathers LP.
So long ago already.
I still like Eminem, I especially like his after rehab work, lol
I like the public discourse his music sparked regarding topics like homophobia and sexism, but he's far from being a legitimate artist. Once the shock factor died down his music exposed itself for what it really was: shallow and obnoxiously commercial.
Least he don't portray or sell himself like a porno star lol
I like Eminem he has made a great contribution to free speech.
I am a huge 2PAC fan and I like Eminem. In my opinion, the quality of Hip Hop (or rap) declined tremendously when both Tupac and The Notorious B.I.G. died.
However, Eminem (and maybe only 2-3 more artists like Nas) lyrics and story-telling are excellent.
It was interesting when one of Tupac's songs made the Vatican's 12 Favorite Song list on MySpace last month.
Eminem has the same story-telling abilities to do the same.
I love Eminem. Great voice, brilliant rhythym to his wonderfully dark lyrics. His black humour is hilarious and much more intelligent than the crudely violent and mysogynistic material of some other Rap stars
I do not prefer his music over any other, but he does exercise his use of free speech. I do like the comments he made about Bush- I believe alot of them are true. I believe he will have more to come, and more power to him. He gets a A+ for being unique.
Did you see his cameo in "Funny People" (Adam Sandler) where he flips out on Ray from "everybody loves ray"..its hilarious.
iv'e always liked eminem, although i think his music has deteriorated a bit..who made you..yeah thats lame, expected much better from him.
I like very little of his stuff. Don't really care either way.
I have a love/hate relationship with him as an artist. I think that he's brilliant at what he does and admire him as a musician and a writer (and yes, I count him as a writer, assuming he pens his own raps, because much of what he says is quite clever).
But then again, I don't agree with a lot of what he says and some of the more violent tracks scare me. But I guess it's that push-pull that makes him interesting.
I actually think he sounds like a rat. His lyrics may be creative- but crude as well.
LOL, what does a rat sound like? Yeah, his lyrics are pretty crude.
I love Eminem! The Hip Hop scene was growing a bit stale when he came along and for a good few years he kept it fresh. There's still no one quite like him.
yeah the man is a genius you only have to listen to the song where he disses mariah carey to reliase that
He is very talented at what he does, and his lyrics are often smart or very clever.
He earned his money the right way...
However, I'm not so into it as its very very angry and I'm such a happy person!
I'm sorry momma
Dumm dee daa daa
I never meant to hurt you
Yea yea dum dee
I never meant to make you cry
Yay dee ya dee
I liked his first couple of hits he had when he first started. I would call them one hit wonders, but since I'm not a fan of rap, I can't really give him a good vote. Also he degrades and disrespects women and uses foul language in his songs
It must be the ganja, it's the marijunana that creeping upon me while im so high. maybe its the hindi that has go in me, but whatever got into me i don't mind.
Haha. I like some of his music. I prefer most his older stuff to the new. But some of his new is ok as well.
I like that he's not afraid to speak his mind through his music. Do I have him on my ipod...not so much!
I like M&Ms. They are yummy, especially the blue and yellow ones.
I love him very very much. I feel like he often is speaking straight to me. His voice gets down inside my soul. I think he's very bright and I love that he wears his heart on his sleeve. If he's feeling it, we are going to hear about it!
A lot of his songs are satirical commentary about popular culture and/or parenting. I think that much of the time though people just don't get that it is satire.
"I'm Sorry Mamma".
See this guy thinks about his mother, he has to be good.
My daughter sings and dances to one of his songs on my facebook. Its quite funny....
The guy is almost 40 years old, he needs to call it quits. He has the skills to make a difference with his music, but instead uses it to add to the cesspool that is the current state of rap.
I like eminem because I can relate to him in some ways... I also know that my mother was a pill popper.. which makes me mad because I cant seem to figure out if she was on them between the pregnancy for me.. or when she was abuising me . to be honest I dont want to know the truth not because my school knew before me and wont tell me and I wont ask again... its because no matter what my mom did I still love her because shes my mother... even though it angers me...
"Cleanin' Out My Closet" and "Hailey's Song" really hit home for me, but his new stuff is just too mainstream. I preferred his old stuff, was easy to connect to.
If you liked what I just wrote ... come to my page ... and become a fan ... I have poetry based off of eminems song.. just looking for some positivity from my viewers..
I love M&Ms. Especially the red ones. I think they misspelled M&M though.
Will the real Eminem please stand up or did you mean Mariah Carey?
To answer your question, sorry, but no.
There is no better song to run to than "Lose Yourself". I'm not a huge rap fan, but he, Dre and Snoop are definitely at the top of my rapper list. I don't like the newer stuff I hear on the radio. Very repetive and boring. Eminem tells good stories.
Yeah, I like Eminem.
But his last album was a dissapointment compared to some of his others.

Many rappers have proclaimed themselves to be the greatest rapper of all time or the G.O.A.T.Fans have adorned their faves with this title. The greatest of all time. Do you think it's Drake, Wayne, Em, Jay or some other rapper.I think Lil' Wayne is the greatest of all time. He's profane...

What do you guys think about the big joke they played on the rapper at the award nite. I wouldn't find it funny if it was me, but you gotta admit...stuff was hilarious!

Just put up my first post relating to magic, and I was wondering if there are other Hubbers who are into the art as a Hobby, Pro, or just fans like myself. I'd love to find others with a similar interest.-RR

Recently Dani Mathers, Playboy centerfold of the year (2015) and aspiring actress, etc., was at her gym and decided to take a photo with her cell phone of what was reportedly an elderly woman who was overweight and taking a shower. Mathers took a\the photo of the naked showering woman without...
