If you have never tried Cambodian food, you are missing out! Cambodian food is very colorful and flavors can be intense or very light. A lot of the food is inspired by the climate as only so much food can grow in 115 degree Fahrenheit weather! The rain season is short and so Cambodian farmers work very hard to maintain their crops.
This article is a collection of different Khmer Cambodian Recipes that I have created individually. I have decided to put them together in a digest, all on one page for easy reading and reference! I hope you enjoy these delicious and healthy recipes!
