                   to respond to pork seasoning..I have mainly cooked pork tenderloin.. I would make little incisions with a knife in random places and incert sliced garlic, then roll salt-papper-cayanne-chopped fresh rosemary around...flash fry.... and bake for about 30 mins.

      good, we have discovered a chinese rest. on the beach, and the staff are so kind..... we got free drinks and a big plate of fruit with a candle on from the staff, because our grandson told them we had been married 35 years, all the staff came out saying "YOU LOOK SO YOUNG, AND ISN'T YOUR DAUGHTER BEAUTIFUL, AND AREN'T THE CHILDREN LOVELY" YOU KNOW THE USUAL,. THEN WE BOOKED A LITTLE BREAK TO VENICE FOR JANUARY..... AH THE DAY GOT BETTER, AND NOW TO WASH MY UNIFORM FOR TOMORROW, BACK TO REALITY...... NICE TO SPEAK TO YOU... A BIT TIPSY, BUT WHAT THE HECK

    do yoou know it is not as romantic as you would think..... it is always so packed..... there are hundred of gondolas... i have some superb pics from last time we went, and i will dig them out....... we have been watching a programme about venice the art etc, should write about instead of messing around on forums....... ah but i might me missed, i like chatting, can't ya tell..... i will dig pics out any how

    Please do dig out the photos and share them in a hub...What attractss me to Venice is the Art, Acitecture, Culture and history...The gondola's seem as they would be romantic...The closest I've been is the Venician in Las Vegas...

          btw..read you had a tough day....very sorry to hear that...I do think your poem is beautiful. I admire poetry which can speak of pain...It is difficult for me to put the effort into writing something to publish if it is not uplifting..

    wrote my way through it then slept..... i really had a bad argument with one of the nurses, i screamed at her,  in front of loads of people even the manager. and i really don't get angry often,,,,,,, there is a lot of tension at work, and i am definately working too many hours... i did 40 this week, and it is hard work emotionally and it is heavy work too.......

    I can only imagine, it must be difficult emotionally..We helped with my great-grandpatents at home and grandmother and that was tough...It takes a big heart as you have to be with the elderly and luckily there are people like to there...It must be ver hard and lonely for many whom do not have anyone else to be there to care.. {Big hugs}
