Over easy.  The gooier the better as long as the whites are firmed up.  I only have them for supper and it's always five eggs and I use five pieces of dry toast to hold the eggs like a half sandwich.

I never had them over rice as was mentioned in an earlier post but am intrigued and will try it next time.  smile

starts off with a muffin, then bacon on top, then a poached egg, and covered in a hollandaise sauce. Bloody gorgeous, and only about 10,000 calories each! smile

I have no problems with any manner in which eggs can be cooked. I do have my preference of over easy, toast and coffee, and possibly a side of sausage.

sad I can't eat most of them anymore...For some reason they turned against me (i.e. they make me sick). But once upon a time I enjoyed them over easy, with the white well done and yolk runny with bits of toast.

I still CAN eat deviled eggs (Thank Goodness! I love them) without illness, but I usually don't mess with them in the morning.
