"It's almost like he's more qualified for the job, you see, running the fake economy with fake dollars while the mainstream media distributes all the fake news. And then in between the fake news bits, the advertisers come on and promote their fake foods, and fake pharmaceuticals which are approved based on faked science approved by FDA regulators who are faking it, too."

after spending millions keeping all Obama's records covered up... why do this?

don't just look at this fake...what are they trying to take our attention away from ???

It really doesn't make any difference if his dad was American born or not. His mother was American born and that makes him an automatic citizen from birth. On top of that, even if that were a lie as well, it doesn't do any good to focus on his birth cert. The reason I say this, is because the Presidency is a big crock. The presidency is a symbolic position, not one of any real influence or power. He had absolutely no control over what goes on in the white house or anywhere else for that matter. He's just the fall guy.

It will continue to not matter who is president or where they come from, until we clear the rest of the white house, FED, NATO, Gov and any federally affiliated groups, of any and all people that have been involved for more than the last 5 years. Even then there is no guarantee the corruption wouldn't continue to ensue.

(Oct. 18, 2009) — The Post & Email has in several articles mentioned that the Supreme Court of the United States has given the definition of what a “natural born citizen” is.  Since being a natural born citizen is an objective qualification and requirement of office for the U.S. President, it is important for all U.S. Citizens to undertsand what this term means.

Let’s cut through all the opinion and speculation, all the “he says”, “she says”, fluff, and go right to the irrefutable, constitutional authority on all terms and phrases mentioned in the U.S. Constitution:  the Supreme Court of the United States.

First, let me note that there are 4 such cases which speak of the notion of “natural born citizenship”.

Each of these cases will cite or apply the definition of this term, as given in a book entitled, The Law of Nations, written by Emmerich de Vattel, a Swiss-German philosopher of law. In that book, the following definition of a “natural born citizen” appears, in Book I, Chapter 19, § 212, of the English translation of 1797 (p. 110):

        § 212. Citizens and natives.

The citizens are the members of the civil society: bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. . . .

The French original of 1757, on that same passage read thus:

Les naturels, ou indigenes, sont ceux qui sont nes dans le pays de parents citoyens, . . .

The terms “natives” and “natural born citizens” are obviously English terms; used to render the idea conveyed by the French phrase “les naturels, ou indigenes”: but both refered to the same category of citizen:  one born in the country, of parents who were citizens of that country.

In the political philosophy of Vattel, the term “naturels” refers to citizens who are such by the Law of Nature, that is by the natural cirumstances of their birth — which they did not choose; the term “indigenes” is from the Latin, indigenes, which like the English, “indigenous”, means “begotten from within” (inde-genes), as in the phrase “the indigenous natives are the peoples who have been born and lived there for generations.”  Hence the meaning the the term, “natural born citizen”, or “naturels ou indigenes” is the same: born in the country of two parents who are citizens of that country.

Vattel did not invent the notion “natural born citizen”; he was merely applying the Law of Nature to questions of citizenship.  In fact the term first appears in a letter of the future Supreme Court Justice, John Jay, to George Washington during the Constitutional Convention, where the Framers were consulting 3 copies Vattel’s book to complete their work (according to the testimony of Benjamin Franklin).

Ya' think if you blow enough smoke it will obscure the obvious?

Obama is qualified to be president.

      Obama is the president.

That's why they call him 'President Obama'. Get used to it - he's the man for the next 5 years.

O'Bama will get re-elected. Because, he is doing a good job and is a profound leader. Of course I disagree with what he is accomplishing for the most part, but the voters have spoken and they chose him and his agenda. Live with it, and live with it until 2016. As for the Birfers, I did my own analyisis. The swirl patterns of a person's ears are just as unique as finger prints. Look at the newborn Baby O'Bama picture, with Hawaii in the background, look at the adult O'Bama, it's a pretty good match. As for the guy in the Utube video, that is a guy who dropped out of community college. The whole Right/Libertarian sort-of stance on issues, those isues were decided over a hundred and fifty years ago during the Civl War. The Federal Government is supreme over the states. But the modern Confederates are still trying to dust off their old ideals, calling for smaller Gub'ment. Sure, their arguments have merit, that's why those issues had to be decided through force of arms and loss of life. Sore losers.

What part of his good job do you like the most?
Is it his 800+ billion dollar pay off to the Unions (I know, he called his slush fund a stimulus)?
Or was it his ability to keep unemployment below 8% (I know, the structural unemployment is above 15% but hey, it is politics to lie about the numbers)?
Or did you like his "Apology Tour" where he went from country to country to say we are a bad nation and he is sorry.
Or is the non-stop vacations, rounds of golf, and at-home entertainment? I know, he has to live like a King. He is the King.
Or do you like the way he blames G.W.Bush for everything he fails at but takes credit for that one thing where G.W.Bush played a larger role than he did?

And the voters continue to speak. So we shall see.

I guess you don't look at too many polls. Even before Osama bin Laden was killed, Obama was polling a good 10 points higher than any hypothetical Republican, including Romney, Palin, Huckabee, Pawlenty, Bachmann, Trump, etc. The far right might not be satisfied with Obama, but for an incumbent president to lose a re-election bid they really have to screw up bad and lose the moderate vote. Obama hasn't done that yet. Unless there is a huge scandal, 2012 is going to be a very bad election for Republicans.

Speaking of polls - particularly where you put your money up...

"Ireland’s largest bookmaker slashed the odds on President Barack Obama winning reelection from 4-7 to 2-5 thanks to his triumph in hunting down and killing Osama bin Laden. Paddy Power said the incumbent now has the shortest odds of securing a second term since he took office in January of 2009. Obama now has a 71 percent probability of winning four more years in the White House...

Among GOP contenders, former Massachussetts Gov. Mitt Romney has the next best odds of winning the 2012 election, at 10-1. Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels is at 12-1 odds.

Alaska Gov.-turned-TV star Sarah Palin, Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.) and Gen. David Petraeus --who recently accepted a new job as the next head of the CIA --each are pegged as 16-1 candidates. That is better than former Govs. Tim Pawlenty (Minn.), at 18-1, or Mike Huckabee (Ark.), a 22-1 shot."
