   Many of your are busy creating Hub Answers for the Know It All Contest, but did you know that Hubs created as Answers to Weekly Topic Inspiration Questions also count? They might even have a better chance of winning because Weekly Topic Inspiration Questions are on search-friendly topics (and search-friendliness is a big part of our judging criteria).
   
   This week’s theme is parenting advice. What helpful tips and tricks can you offer as a parent (or an observant son or daughter)? Share them (and win anything from $50 to $500 in prize money) this week!

      I just re-read the directions and realized I am supposed to post a link here. Note to self: Read directions carefully. I wrote my hub on travel tips for parents who are taking a young child on a long airplane ride. This was inspired by the recent incident where a Rhode Island family was booted from Jet Blue after their 2-year-old threw a tantrum:

      I'm still in. Reading some of the hubs for the WTI I am more inspired. Although my cheese is over there, Sunday or Saturday night is still open. Some feedback may help. Could parenting be written from the aunt or uncle perspective? How about parenting in the workplace with those entry level co-workers? Does being the neighborhood extended family fit the bill too? Now, I went and made it more complicated for me - or, I have choices to choose from.

         I don't have any human children, never mind biological -I have what  DizzyMissLizzy refers to as a fur child-my cat. I'm not sure that will be of any help with this topic, though.

    Wrote a hub about when children grow up and away from their single parent.  They are still our children.  Suggestions on how a single Mother, for example, needs to be independent from them when that time comes, for her children's sake, as well as for her own.
