Former Senior Intelligence Analyst for Suth Yorkshire police Tony Farrell refuses to pay his Council tax as the money would be used to support alleged terrorists. This man is extremely brave to place himself in this position. If more people confess t o giving money to terrorist organizations, do you think that law enforcement would eventually have to investigate the claims?
RE: TONY FARRELL WILL CONTINUE TO WITHHOLD HIS COUNCIL TAX RATHER THAN COMMIT AN OFFENCE UNDER SECTION 15 OF THE TERRORISM ACT 2000
I refer to your letter of 7th March 2012, my summons before a magistrate court on 14th June 2012 for non-payment of Council Tax and your continued attempts to pressurise me into committing a criminal offence under the above act. As outlined in my letter of 5th March 2012, I refuse point blank to pay my council tax. I will not budge on this issue until and unless justice is seen to be done with respect to my unfair dismissal from South Yorkshire Police. Recall that I was sacked for telling the truth when tasked to assess the strategic threat. In that assignment back in July 2010, I was obliged to cover the threat from terrorism. As the analyst, it was my assignment and SYP shot the messenger when I told them the truth.
By now it should be abundantly clear to not only your department in Barnsley MBC, but also South Yorkshire Police, Sheffield Employment Tribunal, the Employment Appeal Tribunal, the Court of Appeal in London and the Westminster Parliamentary list that I had and still have reasonable cause to suspect the government’s involvement and concealment of the London Bombings atrocities of 7th July 2005 (7/7).
What is more, South Yorkshire Police come directly under suspicion for their suspected participation in the wider false flag operation which involved the murder of 57 of our own citizens. Shamefully this act of terror was blamed on four innocent Muslims as part of a putrid counter-terrorism strategy which is demonising Muslims in the UK. The abject failure of my former employer’s to deal appropriately with their Principal Intelligence Analyst on the 5th anniversary of the bombings provides me with reasonable cause to suspect them in the concealment of terrorist activity. That is not all.
More specifically, besides their abject failure to investigate the analysis on offer from terrorism, I would point to three other distinct areas where I have direct reasonable cause to suspect their involvement in the cover up and concealment of monstrous state terrorist crimes against democracy.

Guy with a grudge because he was fired pettily attempting to get revenge.
You do not think he brings up a good point? If he believes his government is behind a terrorist attack, under British law knowingly giving aid to terrorists is a crime, in good conscious shouldn't he follow British law?
The United States commits more terrorist actions than any other entity on the planet. U.S. law also makes it a felony to aid and abet a terrorist organization, so one way to make the government stop committing atrocities in the name of the people, the people should stop providing assistance. It is the law!

(a) Offense.— Whoever provides material support or resources or conceals or disguises the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources, knowing or intending that they are to be used in preparation for, or in carrying out, a violation of section 32, 37, 81, 175, 229, 351, 831, 842 (m) or (n), 844 (f) or (i), 930 (c), 956, 1091, 1114, 1116, 1203, 1361, 1362, 1363, 1366, 1751, 1992, 2155, 2156, 2280, 2281, 2332, 2332a, 2332b, 2332f, 2340A, or 2442 of this title, section 236 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2284), section 46502 or 60123 (b) of title 49, or any offense listed in section 2332b (g)(5)(B) (except for sections 2339A and 2339B) or in preparation for, or in carrying out, the concealment of an escape from the commission of any such violation, or attempts or conspires to do such an act, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 15 years, or both, and, if the death of any person results, shall be imprisoned for any term of years or for life. A violation of this section may be prosecuted in any Federal judicial district in which the underlying offense was committed, or in any other Federal judicial district as provided by law.
(b) Definitions.— As used in this section—
(1) the term “material support or resources” means any property, tangible or intangible, or service, including currency or monetary instruments or financial securities, financial services, lodging, training, expert advice or assistance, safehouses, false documentation or identification, communications equipment, facilities, weapons, lethal substances, explosives, personnel (1 or more individuals who may be or include oneself), and transportation, except medicine or religious materials;
I think the man is batshit crazy and shouldn't be given more oxygen/attention for his vendetta. His council tax goes to paying the trash collector and school crossing guard etc.
Has anyone gave a satisfactory explanation about these circumstances on that day? This was aired on national TV and also on BBC Radio on the day. A security group was conducting a training exercise on simulated tube bombings at the exact same day, at the exact same time at the exact same tube stations where the atrocities actually happened.
Can someone explain the amazing coincidence? It's claimed a similar occurrence happened with NORAD on 9/11 and alleged as a tactic to create confusion amongst the security systems and allow the bombings to happen.

It's not about the background to the bombing as far as I'm concerned, it is about the man's futile and uninformed gesture of withholding his council tax, none of which goes toward paying security services and therefore, as he argues, terrorism.

The Principled Analyst Not Against the Police Service
At 5pm on Sunday 30th September 2012, I pressed the button of a door outside Digbeth Police Station in Birmingham as the building was closed to the public. Over the phone system, I spoke to an operative and told them I was presenting myself for arrest under Section 15 iii of the Terrorism Act 2000. The operative took some details and told me to wait for assistance. Within 5 minutes, three police cars pulled up outside and five uniformed police got out of their vehicles.
I stood still and held out my arms with wrists together so that they could easily cuff me. They asked me what did I want them to do that for. I said I wanted the police to do their duty and act in accordance with the law. I quoted the act at them. Nne of them seemed aware of the S15 iii TA2000. I told them that I was confessing to the above offence and wanted to clear my conscience. I told them I had in the past paid lots of money to an organisation which I had reasonable cause to suspect had been engaged in terrorist activity and that now that I was aware that what I had done in the past was a criminal offence. I told them I just wanted to make a fresh start and confess my crime and take the full consequences of the law.

Yes, this is old news being reposted and we went over the problem with the report then. Do we need to have another thread on exactly the same topic?
He didn't pay his tax for local community services, he repeated refused to do so, he got arrested and charged in open court with multiple witnesses. That is what happens when you use services (roads, water, street lights, cops etc) but refuse to pay for them.
Perhaps you are thinking of Roger Hayes? Different man, different scenario, different thread! This man turned himself in to the Police for PAYING his Council tax as the money was going to a suspected terrorist organization.
Oops. I stand corrected. It does seem the same principle though.
And if he think the local government bombed London, I stand by the term "Batshit crazy"
I find this hilarious as the Police must have when he showed up at the station confessing to aiding and abetting terrorists.
"I had been the Principal Intelligence Analyst in SYP (South Yorkshire Police) for a long time and had come to disbelieve the Government narrative on 7/7 in July 2010. I mentioned the roles of former Chief Constable Meredydd Hughes and DCI Steve Williams in the London Bombings and the role of other officers in sacking me for speaking truth to power."
If the Principal Intelligence Analyst for South Yorkshire Police is "Batshit crazy" then we are all in trouble.... on the other hand, if his analysis was accurate, then we are all in worse trouble.
Take you pick.

Hi Reality Bytes - look people in this world love to keep their eyes and ears closed to anything that may disturb their logical thinking. The thread you have started here is true but it goes against what many think is not possible afterall our governments are pure and flawless - besides why would the government and the police force demonise the Muslims and kill 54 of their own citizens doesn't make sense - that's why I'd rather deny things like that can happen then to open my rather prudish mind and explore the alternative reality that we see in front of our faces today. Any thanks for posting this thread,
It seems pretty obvious why they would demonize Muslims and kill 54 British citizens. For the world to witness their evil and give our blessing for any actions they will trigger to eliminate them!
Well they failed with me!
I see that terrorist did the attacks, but think that those terrorists were either intelligence operatives of the UK/US dark side, or that the actual 'patsies' who were blamed were actually set up by those same forces to be in the right place with their bags when the operation was conducted.
In 'my world' I know that the authorities can access every communication and/or transaction anyone carries out, in real time if required, so I can tell you that NOBODY could put this operation together without intelligence services approval and co operation.
Present a scenario where it is possible to not pay taxes and not use these services. I don't buy the theory that simply because you are born in a place it means you have implicitly given consent to taxing and the 'services' forced upon you. Taxation is violence and I hold that tax avoiders are some of the bravest of us all - those who have the courage to stand for principles like non-aggression and truth.
Indeed batshit crazy (love that expression, going to steal it and make it my own )
Council tax in no way funds central government, in fact council tax is topped up by funds from central government!
It's exactly what every citizen should do. Refuse to pay the taxes that allow governments to finance operations worldwide, that support Al Qaeda (US creation) in the name of our so-called Freedom and security!
This witnessing supports undoubdtedly the so-called conspiracy theory. From a theory it becomes a fact.
And the fact that the alleged bombers were MI6 and MI5 monitored puppets, as verified by whistleblowers.
Personally, I'm more concerned about the millions of taxpayers money that has been wasted trying to deport Abu Hamza and associates.
I think our legal system is a joke!
I dont anybody should support terroism,I dont like the us government turning all them terrorist loose in this country, after bring them back from Iraq.It seems to me that there is a failure to communicate here.
Regardless of whether the 7/7 bombings were an inside job or not, I admire the guy in the OP's article. I like the way he went "arrest me because I'm paying my council tax" rather than "I'm not going to pay my council tax because...".
When you think about it, it's true - by paying our taxes, we are indeed funding several government activities that could certainly be described as terrorism: the wars in Afghanistan/Iraq, plus a number of covert operations over the last decades (the CIA/MI5 deposition of Iran's president Mossadegh in 1953 is one that springs to mind).
Except council tax does not go to fund any government activities, on the contrary, central government contributes to council taxes.
So whilst I would say more power to his elbow f he had been withholding his taxes to central government, he wasn't, he was depriving local services.
Council tax does fund the police though, who are essential to maintaining the status quo and thus indirectly keeping the government in power.
I believe it's convoluted to make a distinction between different kinds of taxes. They're all immoral and they all serve to prop up the illegal powers of government, like committing false-flag attacks upon the country, financing terrorist cells across the world and drone-bombing children. You're being dangerously dismissive.

Don't you think Pakistan should be called a "terror sponsor of terrorism" by the United States? There are various proofs of Pakistan officials giving aid and also giving shelter to many terrorists. So don't you think it should be called be a terrorist state?
